About: I have had big dogs my whole life....taking care of them, walking them etc. Because I lost my big girl a year ago, and because of circumstances, I am not able to adopt yet, but would love to walk/take care of yours! I am dedicated to supporting dogs and their pet care needs. I am currently available 24/7 and am looking forward to helping all the owners and dogs! About: I grew up in a house full of animals and pets and have grown to understand and love them fully and I hope to spread that love towards other animals! I can come take care of pets almost every day! I am a working Christian girl so Sundays I have church for an hour, and I just recently started a new job so far my hours are 10am-7pm Monday, Wednesday, and Fridays! Stephanie was amazing with our mini poodle Waffles! She took the time to come meet him and learn about him before staying over at our house with him. She followed his care and feeding instructions perfectly, and we came back to a happy dog! We would definitely use Stephanie again.
Cathleen was excellent working with our dog Marley. Marley wasn’t quite prepared to have someone take care of her while we were away and Cathleen was incredible at being patient and caring for her needs. She went above and beyond by texting, communicating and sending us photos. We will definitely use Cathleen again as we feel Marley has made her part of our family.
I first met Kelly for a preliminary 'meet & greet' and I immediately sensed her comfort with our young, certified therapy Aussie dog 'Sydney'. On the day of the sitting, Kelly arrived promptly and Sydney (again) greeted her warmly. During the visit Kelly texted us some cute photos of Sydney and Kelly at-play. I highly recommend Kelly and as the need arises we will definitely request her services without hesitation.
We feel so fortunate to have found Gillian (Gigi)! She had a difficult task with her stay at our house, and his name is Kitty (the elderly pug). He not only requires extra work in the daytime, but can be a huge challenge at night by not sleeping (howling) in the night. We cannot express our gratitude for her care and patience with this guy. He is over 17 years old, and suffering from cognitive decline and nerve issues (back end failures). We typically travel with him knowing the level of work he can be, but this trip was due to a death in the family and we had to fly (and he cannot fly with us). She stuck with him, kept trying things to help him be comfortable, and we greatly appreciate her. Not easy if sleep deprived! We have two others - dog and cat - who were hopefully easier and more entertaining for Gigi! (oh and a duck) We felt nothing but total confidence in having them in her care, and in our home. She was not just a wonderful caretaker for our fur babies, but a lovely houseguest, too. That made an extra huge difference since our trip was due to a death in the family - we could go and be focused on that. We were updated throughout the day and with photos and videos and loved having that communication. If she is ever willing to take us on again, we will definitely be seeking her services. Give her a try - you will love her and your fur baby will too!

sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy , which you can find on their profile under their contact information. Sitters may set a same-day, one-, three-, or seven-day cancellation policy. Cancelling within your sitter’s cancellation policy qualifies you for a full refund.
Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement sitter.
