About: I have been a dog lover all of my life and possess a special way of relating to dogs. For the last decade, I have been the neighborhood go-to for dog sitting and boarding, while also taking care of my own three dogs. With the large back yard, sunning deck, and kiddie pool, I ensure a fun and relaxing experience for your pups stay. I am skilled in grooming (basic grooming), dog massage, feeding, medication administration, communication (basic-training, recall, etc.), walks, dog park outings, etc. and most importantly, lots of lovin'! I am a musician, property manager, (former massage therapist) who works from home and keeps a daily schedule of caring (feedings, exercise/play/socializing/outings, naps, etc.) for my own and my clients dogs, while keeping up with my creative practices and administrative duties. Dog care is well-integrated into my daily life. After morning feedings, we usually load up into the car and head to the dog park for 1-1.5 hours. Once we return home, the pups generally take a nap for at least 1.5-2.5 hours (allowing me to get some work done and/or to run errands). Once awake, we typically do some playing in the yard and/or training (sometimes involving Charlies Chips Treat - no/low calorie treats). After about an hour or so of play, I shift to preparing dinner for myself and also the dogs, if there are special wet food protocol requests from the owners. After feedings, we spend another hour or so outside before quieting down for the night. I usually play some soft music to settle my own energies down and the dogs seems to really appreciate that too as they tend to fall asleep to it and sleep comfortably throughout the night. I also do a late night potty break at around 10pm, just to avoid accidents throughout the night. Safety is priority to me. My home is set up specifically for their safety and my own. Cleanliness is also an important part of safety and I tend to do that throughout the day (sweep/vacuum, spot-mop, wash bedding, etc.). The second bedroom has a day bed that the dogs sleep on, as well as multiple dog beds and the couch, if they prefer. I have water bowls in multiple locations throughout the house and backyard. I utilize room dividers at feedings, if necessary, or if I sense a dogs need for space away from the pack.

Zoe was well exercised and came home fully relaxed. About: I really do love every kind of cat! I've had cat companions my entire life, and I feel like sometimes they are so soft and so squishy I just can't even stand it. I wouldn't say my cats are trained exactly, but they do let me give them a bath. And most of the time when I call them they do come so I'm calling that a win. I can give the pills and such when that's required, and I'm happy to work with all cats young and old.

For clients outside my immediate area, I begin with a video meet & greet so we can go over your pet’s routine and make sure it’s a great fit for everyone. I’m also happy to arrive a bit early on the first day to ensure a smooth, comfortable transition. If you’re looking for a reliable, thoughtful sitter who truly enjoys and understands animals, I would love to connect with you. I am currently working part time remotely and so I have plenty of time to play with your beloved pets. I'm around alot, especially for the first 3 days when they're usually missing their owners a great deal. It's helpful when the owner leaves instructions for what to do for the pets so that I am aware of their schedule because pets love to stick to routine.

About: Overnight stays with twice daily walks are no problem. I’m a friend to all dogs and love getting outside just as much as them. I’m happy to take them for a quick walk if that’s all you need. I frequently watch my sibling’s Great Dane, Rhodesian Ridgeback, and German Short Hair I can walk your dog(s) just about any day of the week, and at least twice a day if necessary. It’s the same for an overnighter. I’ll wake up and explore the neighborhood with a good sniff walk and take them for a poop walk at the end of the day. I make sure they have plenty of water. I cook them fresh food. Take them on plenty of walks. I enjoy walking for the sake of walking, so it’s easy for me to get out there with a dog.
About: Animals have a way of positively impacting anyone they come in touch with, dogs especially. They have a power that no human being can access: immense, non-judgemental love. I was blessed with the gift of a dog in May of 2021 and cannot imagine life without the infamous piece of love (aka Chubakita ). Here is what my dog means to me I’m available Mondays and Tuesdays all day. Most of the time I spend it at home taking Tessa hikes and runs to the park. And watch lots of movies at night. That’s the reason I will love to share this days with more puppies. I have a fenced yard and one beautiful sheepadoddle puppy to keep your fur baby company. I can crate your dog if needed. “Our Luna girl stayed with Adam and Julie for over a week and this was herfirst stay with them. We did do a meet and greet a couple months before the actual stay so we had an idea if Luna liked Adam and Julie. Luna is normally a fairly reactive young puppy like adolescent with frequent barking and lungeing at people and dogs that distress her which can be many people and dogs. We went to their home for the meet and greet and Luna was fairly comfortable with Adam and Julie right off the bat. That was definitely a good sign. Two months later and Luna now 2 months older and more mellow has her stay with Adam and Julie. We picked Luna up after our trip and she was happy, playful, and reacted like she had a good stay. Julie and Adam gave us a full report and it seems everything went well. We got a daily picture of Luna sent via text which made us very happy to connect with her. Thanks to Adam and Julie for taking good care of our girl while we were on vacation.”
