“Absolutely amazing! I can't say enough good things about Kristy! She listened to all of our concerns and little quirks about our boys and made us feel completely welcomed. She sent us multiple pictures of our boys while they were with her, and our puppy had a great time playing with another dog she was watching! She has a fenced in backyard with a doggy door that allows constant outside access which my older boy especially liked. I will definitely be using her services in the future and highly recommend Kristy!”

“Kathy is truly amazing! My hound dog is not like other dogs and needs a lot of reassurance, love and space to feel space! Kathy provides just that environment. She responded to me promptly each time I check in on keepsake and made sure he was happy and well cared for! I can’t thank her or recommend her enough!”

“Andrew was great and took good care of my boy Leroy. His dog Jeff is a sweetie and I would definitely book with Andrew again so Leroy has both a human and canine companion he likes while I’m away!”

“Erin was graciously able to help me out on a short notice. She sent photos of the dogs to let me know how well they were setting in - that was very comforting to see they were doing well. Thank you for being so kind and helpful. I highly recommend her.”

“Allyson and Tyler were great hosts for Oso! Super responsive and flexible and gave us nice updates on his time with them. We love that Oso could play with other pups and enjoy a de fenced yard! We’ll definitely bring him back for a future stay!”

“Somer did an amazing job looking after my 14-year-old beagle mix. It’s hard leaving a senior behind but Somer put my mind at ease. I’d recommend her to anyone and will definitely be booking with her again!”

“Rachel was the best while I away for almost over a week! She was so accommodating and communicative about Willow's stay and was even willing to go the extra mile for her care and well being. Highly recommend!”

“Slim has stayed with Jenny so many times and I feel so at ease when he is with her. So much more comfortable knowing he is with a loving family than locked in a cage at a shelter. He has so much fun with friends. He is a happy and tired little boy and can’t wait to go back!”

“Oh my gosh such a wonderful person. Not only did she send me updates, she was asking about how my daughter was. She is such a blessing. I would highly recommend her and would definitely be sending Peter there again.”

“Bridget took great care of my dog Licorice. She gave her medication as scheduled and kept me updated on how Licorice was doing and sent me some great pics. I really appreciate that she takes only 1 dog at a time, and her 2 dogs are very friendly and got along great with Licorice.”

“Sallie was amazing! Penny was very happy staying with her. She got lots of walking and play time and snuggles at night. Sallie was very responsive and flexible and sent lots of photos and videos. We definitely will plan on future stays with her!”

“Rachel is wonderful! We were gone for a little over a week and not once did I worry about my kitties, my house, or anything else. She is kind and loving toward our cats, takes their quirks into consideration and sends us cute pictures. She was even very understanding when the place we were visiting did not have Wi-Fi for several days. We are so glad we found her! I highly recommend her for anyone’s cats.”

“Brooke was amazing with our two cats while my partner and I were on a conference trip! I couldn’t be happier about how well taken care of the cats were and how much of an anxiety relief it was to know they were in the best hands. She followed all care instructions perfectly during check ins and provided the cutest pictures and updates daily. It was also so helpful for her to meet with us and the cats before booking. This was my first time using Rover and I seriously cannot recommend Brooke enough. She’s the best!”

“Thank you so much for taking such good care of my cats. I appreciate your extra effort and playing with them so much. I knew they were in good hands and will definitely book you again!! Thank you!”

“Becky was incredibly patient with our shy girl. She was very communicative and sent us daily pictures! Although our sweet tabby didn't venture out, Becky made us feel incredibly grateful we had someone looking out for our Lola. 5 of 5 stars for Becky as our 1st time cat sitter. We will definitely reach out to her again!”

“Oh, my pups were just so happy to see Jessi, and my younger dog who always barks with new people, did not bark at all! Jessi was very kind and had a calm demeanor with my senior pup and my anxious pup:) I will definitely request their help again!”

“Helena watched our two kittens super last minute. She was absolutely amazing, she played with our kittens and sent us updates throughout the day with pictures and videos. Definitely will use her again whenever we go out of town!”

“Crystal is a wonderful cat sitter—reliable, communicative, and genuinely caring. She followed instructions carefully, sent regular updates, and our cat was calm and happy when we returned. Highly recommend.”

“I just wanted to give a huge shout-out to Summer, who’s been taking wonderful care of my cat, Bryce, during my business trips. Summer is absolutely fantastic—Bryce is always content and happy when I get home, and I have total peace of mind knowing he’s in such caring hands. If you need a reliable and loving pet sitter, I can’t recommend Summer enough!”

“This was the first time I have used Rover to find someone to take care of my pets. We couldn’t be more reassured by Tia’s care for our two cats, fish, and home! She went the extra mile (swept the floor, brought over a toy for our cats to play with, took pictures and videos) and I’d hire her again in a heartbeat!”

“Allison is great! She faithfully visited Rowan twice a day and kept him sane. She took care of all his needs, but most importantly, she played with him and interacted with him for a substantial amount of time. Plus sending us photos, of course. We will definitely book with Allison again!”

“Ms. Jordan has been wonderful! From the initial interview meeting to scheduled then cancelled visits, to the real thing - she's been very communicative. Our fur kids loved her visit, and I did too. We received updates and pics. We're grateful to have found her! I hate to recommend her though because that means she may be too bust and not able to come when we need her. ;-) I won't be selfish like that though. Thank you, Ms. Jordan.”

About: I’ve always had a cat in the home for as long as I can remember. I have extensive knowledge of cat care and behavior. I have always been a passionate, cat advocate and pursue volunteering at shelters.

“Michaela was a wonderful caregiver for our three cats while we traveled for a week. She kept them happy while keeping me updated on how they were doing. And she even got our cranky cat to love her and let her give him medication. She’s great!”

“I truly cannot say enough good things about Taylor, she is an absolute godsend of a cat sitter. I had to be out of town for an entire month, and naturally I was nervous about leaving my cat, Scarlett, for that long. Taylor came over beforehand to meet her, and Scarlett instantly loved her, which already told me everything I needed to know. From day one, Taylor went above and beyond. She came every single day for a full hour, gave Scarlett so much love and attention, and took the most incredible care of her. She sent me detailed updates about what they did together and always included tons of photos (10+ a day!), which brought me so much peace while I was away. I felt completely comfortable the entire time knowing Scarlett was in Taylor’s care. She is thoughtful, reliable, communicative, and genuinely loving with animals. I could feel how much she truly cared, and that made all the difference. I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better cat sitter. Scarlett was in the very best hands, and I’m beyond grateful I found Taylor. If you’re considering booking her - do it!! She’s truly one of a kind, and I would recommend her a thousand times over! Thank you, Taylor, for taking such beautiful care of my girl! 💖🐾”

About: I have always grown up with dogs, since I was a young child I have shared the responsibilities of caring for a family dog. We have always had Bernese Mountain Dogs, so I am particularly adept at caring for active, very large dogs. Growing up I always cared for friend's, family's, and neighbors dogs while they were away on trips, or busy with work. This gave me the ability to care for a diverse profile of dogs with diverse, individualized needs. I am responsible and will closely follow the instructions left to provide your animal with the care it requires. While my experience is primarily with dogs, I also have experience caring for cats for my friends and family as well. In addition to providing your pet with high-quality care, I will also ensure that it feels secure, safe, and loved, even in your temporary absence. I have experience with dogs with high- anxiety, specifically separation anxiety, and I know how to calm your pet in these scenarios. Being apart from your furry loved one can be a time of anxiety for both you and your pet, but I will be sure to provide exceptional care to ease the anxieties of all involved. Overall, I am extremely loving, caring, and responsible, and feel I am an excellent choice to care for your pet. I am currently a Physician Assistant student, so I am busy during most of the day from 8-4, however I have breaks and can stop by to let your dog out or have a romp with them if needed. Other than that, my evenings, Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays are entirely open, allowing me to dedicate much attention to your pet! I will be sure to accurately and closely follow all instructions that you leave regarding your pets care. I am comfortable with crating dogs if that is your desire. I am also quite adept at "pet proofing' your or my home before leaving, to ensure there is no trouble your animal could get into. My home has a fenced in yard and one very friendly Bernese Mountain Dog, though I could make arrangements for him to reside elsewhere during your pets stay if that is your desire.

About: I’ve been taking care of dogs since I was in college. I’ve been looking after pups ever since. My current best friend is a theee-legged mutt named Jeff and he loves when company comes over. I’m a freelance editor who works from home so I set my own schedule. I keep a pretty regular routine with my own dog. We shouldn’t have any trouble adapting to your pet’s needs. I have a big fenced in backyard and can do most of my work from the screeened in porch. That’s nice because it lets me keep an eye on the pooch while also feeling less like a cave hermit hunched over a keyboard all day.
About: I grew up on a farm in rural Appalachia so I have been surrounded by pets of all different types for as long as I can remember. I learned how to care for them very early on in my childhood and that experience fostered my passionate love for all animals. I believe in caring for them, not just as pets, but members of our families. I am flexible with my routine so I can meet the varying needs of the doggies that stay with us. We can discuss more in depth when you inquire to book. I have a spacious, fenced in back yard that is perfect for zoomies and playtime! My home is open and welcoming. I have lots of space for them to hangout or to relax in their kennel.

About: I provide low-volume, personalized boarding for dogs who deserve more than a kennel experience. I intentionally accept only a small number of dogs at a time so every pup receives plenty of attention, supervision, affection, and individualized care. I’ve cared for animals my entire life, including dogs, rabbits, guinea pigs, parakeets, and reptiles. As a dental student, attention to detail, communication, and responsibility are a huge part of who I am. One of my favorite parts of pet sitting is getting to know each dog’s unique personality. Whether your pup is energetic, shy, cuddly, food-motivated, or has a very specific routine, I take the time to learn what makes them comfortable and happy so they can truly enjoy their stay. A typical day includes plenty of outdoor playtime in my large fenced backyard, lots of attention, couch naps, treats (with owner approval!), enrichment, and quality one-on-one time. Every dog is different, so I tailor the day to their personality and energy level. Some dogs want to spend hours running around the yard, while others are happiest curled up next to me while I study. Either way, they’ll be included in my daily routine and treated like part of the family. My goal is simple: I want your dog to be excited when they arrive and exhausted from fun when they go home! Your dog’s safety and comfort are always my top priorities. I have a large fenced backyard for secure outdoor play and closely supervise all interactions. Before every stay, I take time to learn your dog’s routine, feeding schedule, sleeping preferences, medications, and any special needs so I can provide the smoothest transition possible. I also provide frequent photo updates and communication throughout the stay because I know how important peace of mind is when you’re away from your pet. My goal is for both you and your dog to feel completely comfortable and cared for.

About: I've grown up with dogs my whole life and currently have two Labs and a Cocker Spaniel, so I'm comfortable caring for dogs of all sizes and personalities. I've also stayed at multiple families' homes to care for their dogs while they were away, so I'm experienced with keeping pets comfortable in their own environment. Whether it's going on walks, playing outside, or just keeping your dog company, I'll make sure they feel safe, happy, and well cared for while you're away. I’m currently home from college for the summer and only work 1–2 days a week as a lifeguard, so I have a very flexible schedule and plenty of time to give your pet the attention and care they deserve. Whether it's walks, playtime, feeding, or just keeping them company, I’m happy to work around their routine! When caring for pets in your home, I always follow your pet's normal routine as closely as possible. I'll make sure they're fed on schedule, taken outside regularly, and get one or two walks a day if that's part of their routine. If your dog sleeps in a crate, I'll make sure they're comfortably settled in at bedtime, or I'll leave them out if that's what they're used to. Every pet is different, so I always follow your instructions to make sure they feel safe, comfortable, and cared for while you're away.
About: I've had pets my whole life, mostly cats, but also bunnies, goats, and a dog. I have also volunteered at animal shelters, and worked in both veterinary clinics and grooming salons. I have taken care of cats, dog, horses, goats, a tortoise, and a few small pocket pets. I am comfortable with most species, but have limited experience with pocket pets, reptiles and birds. I'm currently in the process of looking for a full-time job, so I have more time than usual to take care of your pet(s)! When I get the full-time job, I will be more limited to dog-walking and drop-in appointments, with more availability on the weekends and holidays. I currently live in an apartment building, so I plan to mostly do dog-walking or drop-in apartments. I have a cat currently at my apartment, who prefers dogs over cats, but may get along with a cat with a careful introduction (she tends to be too playful at times).
About: I have grown up with dogs, and I have a big 110 pound lovable anxious boy dog and I have been trained to build his confidence and take him on enjoyable walks- with lots of patience and treats! I also have a cat and can appreciate all personalities of cats! My schedule is very open and flexible! I am willing to move my own personal schedule around for my clients needs and requests for their pets. I make sure to create an environment to make animals feel safe and spoiled. I appreciate all personalities of animals and make sure they always feel loved!
About: I am passionate about providing the best, above and beyond care to your pet. I am committed to making your pet feel loved and comfortable. I have young and senior dogs of my own, providing me with plenty of experience of all ages and conditions. I have also worked at a pet boarding school, which added to my plethora of dog handling and caring skills for various personalities and needs. I also have experience with disabled dogs and cats. I am also very familiar with cat care. I’m currently working part-time, with an abundance of free time to dedicate to playing and caring for your pets! I am available for house sitting during weeks and weekends. I am also available for daily drop-ins at any time to check on your furry friends and take them on walks. I am committed to making your furry friend feel comfortable in their own home! I can do easy tasks like refilling water bowls or feeding pets, but I am also open to other tasks given by the owners to make their pets as cared for as possible.

“Joseph is the best! He is so flexible and literally saved our last minute trip with this recent booking. He is and will continue to be our go to sitter for our girl!”

“Elexis was amazing!! From the get go they communicated well and eased my mind when it came to knowing my pup was in good hands!! At the end of his boarding I could tell that he had an amazing stay!! So much love for this sitter!!”

“Our dog had a fabulous time, made new friends (both dog and human) and was very well taken care of during her time there. We do not hesitate to recommend Nicole and Dexter to other pet parents!”

“Katie was absolutely wonderful with my Maltese dog Maddy, She was attentive, kind, and really took the time to make sure my dog felt safe and settled. I loved how communicative she was throughout the stay—sending updates and little notes that helped me relax knowing Maddy was in good hands. It’s clear Katie genuinely cares about animals, and Maddy picked up on that immediately. She came home happy, calm, and clearly well cared for. I wouldn’t hesitate to book with Katie again, and I’d definitely recommend her to anyone looking for someone warm, reliable, and truly attuned to pets’ needs. Thank you, Katie—you were amazing”

“This was our second time using Jordyn as a sitter. She has been super easy to work with and I can tell that my dog is in great hands! Ginger was so excited when we pulled in the driveway and could not get in the door fast enough which says a lot!!! Thank you!!!”
