Not only did she keep their litter clean and made sure they were well-fed, but she also took the time to comb and play with them, which made a huge difference. My cats are typically very shy, but Taylor's gentle and patient approach won them over, and they warmed up to her surprisingly quickly. About: I’ve been around cats since I was a kid. My mom had 2 cats that I helped take care of for years, and now I have a cat that’s been my companion for the last 8 years. I admire their intelligence and curiosity and I have always been very attentive when it comes to learning the personality of each and every cat I take care of, young or old.
About: Hi! I’m a former vet tech who loves caring for dogs of all kinds. Since I work from home most of the week, I have lots of flexibility for long walks, quick potty breaks, dog-park fetch sessions, or trips around town. I’m currently without my own dog, so I can’t wait to enjoy some quality companionship with yours! Especially love the big, older dogs but I’m also happy to help with younger pups! I work from home part of the week and I am home during the weekends so I’m happy to spend lots of quality time with your furry friend! I also have neighbors who work from home so if there’s ever anything needed when I am at the office, there will always be help available. In my home, depending on what you do at your home, I am happy to have the dog in a crate or free range. I also have a large patio so we can enjoy some sunshine time together as well. My complex does have a dog park and we live next to a walking trail so outside time will not be an issue however if your dog loves just snuggling and staying indoors. I am fine with that vibe as well.
“Ms. Jordan has been wonderful! From the initial interview meeting to scheduled then cancelled visits, to the real thing - she's been very communicative. Our fur kids loved her visit, and I did too. We received updates and pics. We're grateful to have found her! I hate to recommend her though because that means she may be too bust and not able to come when we need her. ;-) I won't be selfish like that though. Thank you, Ms. Jordan.”

About: I have always grown up with dogs, since I was a young child I have shared the responsibilities of caring for a family dog. We have always had Bernese Mountain Dogs, so I am particularly adept at caring for active, very large dogs. Growing up I always cared for friend's, family's, and neighbors dogs while they were away on trips, or busy with work. This gave me the ability to care for a diverse profile of dogs with diverse, individualized needs. I am responsible and will closely follow the instructions left to provide your animal with the care it requires. While my experience is primarily with dogs, I also have experience caring for cats for my friends and family as well. In addition to providing your pet with high-quality care, I will also ensure that it feels secure, safe, and loved, even in your temporary absence. I have experience with dogs with high- anxiety, specifically separation anxiety, and I know how to calm your pet in these scenarios. Being apart from your furry loved one can be a time of anxiety for both you and your pet, but I will be sure to provide exceptional care to ease the anxieties of all involved. Overall, I am extremely loving, caring, and responsible, and feel I am an excellent choice to care for your pet. I am currently a Physician Assistant student, so I am busy during most of the day from 8-4, however I have breaks and can stop by to let your dog out or have a romp with them if needed. Other than that, my evenings, Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays are entirely open, allowing me to dedicate much attention to your pet! I will be sure to accurately and closely follow all instructions that you leave regarding your pets care. I am comfortable with crating dogs if that is your desire. I am also quite adept at "pet proofing' your or my home before leaving, to ensure there is no trouble your animal could get into. My home has a fenced in yard and one very friendly Bernese Mountain Dog, though I could make arrangements for him to reside elsewhere during your pets stay if that is your desire.

“Michaela was a wonderful caregiver for our three cats while we traveled for a week. She kept them happy while keeping me updated on how they were doing. And she even got our cranky cat to love her and let her give him medication. She’s great!”

“Oh, my pups were just so happy to see Jessi, and my younger dog who always barks with new people, did not bark at all! Jessi was very kind and had a calm demeanor with my senior pup and my anxious pup:) I will definitely request their help again!”

“Courtney was available last minute to swing by and let my golden boy out. Flexible with timing and great communication. Will definitely be booking her again!”

“Lisa was an absolute ANGEL. She took such good care of my little girl, playing with her tons, and giving her lots of love and attention. Lisa sent me tons of photos everyday of my baby loving life. She even made me a magnet to keep with my cat's photos on it! I was blown away with this service and will absolutely be calling her the next time I need a sitter. I would recommend her to anyone!”

About: I provide low-volume, personalized boarding for dogs who deserve more than a kennel experience. I intentionally accept only a small number of dogs at a time so every pup receives plenty of attention, supervision, affection, and individualized care. I’ve cared for animals my entire life, including dogs, rabbits, guinea pigs, parakeets, and reptiles. As a dental student, attention to detail, communication, and responsibility are a huge part of who I am. One of my favorite parts of pet sitting is getting to know each dog’s unique personality. Whether your pup is energetic, shy, cuddly, food-motivated, or has a very specific routine, I take the time to learn what makes them comfortable and happy so they can truly enjoy their stay. A typical day includes plenty of outdoor playtime in my large fenced backyard, lots of attention, couch naps, treats (with owner approval!), enrichment, and quality one-on-one time. Every dog is different, so I tailor the day to their personality and energy level. Some dogs want to spend hours running around the yard, while others are happiest curled up next to me while I study. Either way, they’ll be included in my daily routine and treated like part of the family. My goal is simple: I want your dog to be excited when they arrive and exhausted from fun when they go home! Your dog’s safety and comfort are always my top priorities. I have a large fenced backyard for secure outdoor play and closely supervise all interactions. Before every stay, I take time to learn your dog’s routine, feeding schedule, sleeping preferences, medications, and any special needs so I can provide the smoothest transition possible. I also provide frequent photo updates and communication throughout the stay because I know how important peace of mind is when you’re away from your pet. My goal is for both you and your dog to feel completely comfortable and cared for.

I can provide references for those I have serviced in the past that have not been through the app. 🐈 I am a former President, Vice President, and class representative of the Animal Legal Defense Fund at the University of Tennessee College of Law. I am available any day of the week for boarding. 🐈 Currently, I am not accepting bookings over 2 months in advance. 🐈 For drop in visits and walks, I am available Mon-Fri between 7:30-8:30 a.m., 11:30-1:30 p.m., and after 6 p.m. Available all day Saturday and Sunday beginning 9 a.m. 🐶 Drop off and pickups must occur between the hours of 7:30 a.m. and 10:00 p.m. 🐈 Meet and greets must occur in the evening and are offered at Sutree Landing Park. Your pets become mine for a few days! I would care for them as if they were my own. I let pets staying in my home on the furniture and sleep in my bed. If you would like pictures of my home to see where your pet would be staying, feel free to ask! My personal pets vacate my home and stay with their other parent while I am sitting to eliminate conflicts with guest pets. 🐈 I send as many pictures as you want and I am available by text all day.
About: I’ve been walking and caring for dogs for the past 7 years and truly enjoy spending time with animals. I have experience with dogs of all sizes, ages, and personalities. I also cared for my own 15-year-old dog, including helping with diapers, medication, and other senior care needs, so I’m comfortable providing extra patience and attention when needed. I’m reliable, responsible, and will always treat your dog with the same love and care as my own. I’m currently taking two online classes, which don’t take up much of my day, so I have a flexible schedule and plenty of time to give your pet the attention they deserve. Because of this, I’m able to provide frequent potty breaks, walks, playtime, and lots of one-on-one care throughout the day to make sure they feel comfortable and loved. I live right on campus in a safe, pet-friendly area, so your dog will get plenty of exercise and fresh air. I’m able to take them on walks around the friendly neighborhood and down to the courtyard as often as needed for potty breaks, playtime, and enrichment. I’ll always follow your pet’s routine, prioritize their safety, and treat them like they’re my own!

About: I’ve house sat, pet sat, baby sat, since I was in high school! I’ve had dogs and cats my whole life. I’m currently pursuing my Master’s in Speech Language Pathology at UT and am looking for some furry friends to hang out with between studying! I’m currently in school so my schedule is more open than working a 9-5! This summer I have several days a week completely open and am super flexible! There’s nothing I love more than giving love and care to your fur babies! I’m ready to care for the littlest puppies to our senior citizens!
About: My family has fostered dogs for the past few years, and we’ve had at least one family dog since I was born. I pet sit for my neighbors and family friends often, both cats and dogs alike, and have experience caring for dogs of all sizes and personalities! On the daily I take care of my family dogs. I take them on morning walks, make sure they don’t eat each other’s food, and give them PLENTY of play time, pets, and loves! I’m also well-versed in caring for anxious dogs, as our medium-size dog is very nervous at most hours of the day. I don’t believe in using fear tactics to punish dogs, such as time-outs or spraying them with water. Instead, I promote positive behaviors by engaging with them happily and giving them treats (if permitted) when they do something they’re supposed to do! With my clients, I take pets on walks or do a scheduled play time for as long as is requested, and I make sure they’re comfortable and fed every time I visit! If overnight or all-day stay is needed for particularly clingy pets, I’m completely open to discussing hours for that, and will never leave a pet alone or push it away if it needs a person there!

About: I have tons of experience dog walking for the humane society and even helped with training. I’m also happy to help take care of any animals during the day or night. I currently work and attend pellissippi. Most of my classes are online . So I am usually free to help take care of your pet! I have grown up with and worked with tons of cats and dogs so I’ve seen it all. I have experience giving meditation to even the most stubborn dogs. Please book with me!

“Savannah had a good time with Joe, she got to go on walks, have her treats and just chill out on his couch with him. It didn't take her very long to roll over to get her tummy rubbed, either. Joe kept me updated with photos of her and I texted him with little things I forgot to mention. We will definitely be having Joe take care of her again!”
