“Allyson and Tyler were so great with Daisy!! They truly treated her like family and she had such a great time playing with the other dogs!! Such a better experience for her than traditional boarding.. I can tell by her mood after I picked her up that she had a great time staying at their house! I will definitely be booking with them for the future !”

Our dog has some separation anxiety but we could tell from the photos that Polly made herself right at home with Tia! I would definitely reach out to Tia again if we came back to Knoxville :)”

“Katie was absolutely wonderful with my Maltese dog Maddy, She was attentive, kind, and really took the time to make sure my dog felt safe and settled. I loved how communicative she was throughout the stay—sending updates and little notes that helped me relax knowing Maddy was in good hands. It’s clear Katie genuinely cares about animals, and Maddy picked up on that immediately. She came home happy, calm, and clearly well cared for. I wouldn’t hesitate to book with Katie again, and I’d definitely recommend her to anyone looking for someone warm, reliable, and truly attuned to pets’ needs. Thank you, Katie—you were amazing”
About: I go beyond basic pet sitting by building trust with both pets and owners. I’m patient, reliable, and attentive to each pet’s unique personality and needs. Whether it’s helping reinforce puppy training, keeping up with high-energy dogs, or providing calm, compassionate care for senior pets, I always make sure your pet feels cared for and comfortable. I’m currently studying for my physical therapy boards, which allows me to be home throughout the day and have a very flexible schedule for pet care. Because of this, I’m able to provide consistent attention, frequent potty breaks, walks, playtime, feedings, and companionship rather than leaving pets alone for long periods. In both my home and a client’s home, I focus on making pets feel safe, comfortable, and cared for while maintaining their normal routine as closely as possible. I make sure they receive plenty of attention, exercise, playtime, fresh water, meals on schedule, and, of course, lots of affection. When caring for pets in a client’s home, I respect their space and follow all instructions carefully to help pets feel comfortable in their familiar environment. I also provide regular updates and photos so owners can feel reassured while they’re away.

“Stephanie is incredibly kind and the perfect sitter for our Boston terrier! Her home was inviting and so clean. This is the person you want watching your dog! We will use her again next time we book on Rover.”

About: Hi there! I am a special-needs bus driver with lots of extra time in the day to help take care of your pets. I’m off in the summers! I have lots of experience, taking care of pets from small fish to large dogs and even special needs pet care. I look forward to meeting your pets! I currently drive a special-needs school bus and have about five hours in the middle of the day a free time which allows me to have extra side gigs. I am off in the summers! I live in a house with an un-fenced in backyard.i do have lots of yard space! We live close to lots of walking/hiking trails as well.
About: I’ve cared for animals my entire life, from farm animals to household pets, including seniors and puppies/kittens. I’ve been a foster with Young-Williams Animal Center since 2019 and love providing a safe, happy home for animals who make our lives richer and more loving. I currently work an 8:30 AM–5:00 PM job with a one-hour lunch break and live just five minutes from the office. I also work remotely on Mondays and Fridays, which gives me added flexibility. I have a spare bedroom in my condo, and the space I provide depends on the animal’s size. For kittens, I often use the spare bathroom, keeping them warm with food, water, and a litter box nearby. For dogs, I set up their pen in the spare room with all their supplies. I also have a large fenced-in back patio where dogs can go outside, play, and run safely.
“Such a sweet woman ( & dog) ! Saved us when our last minute plans to have Riley watched while we were away fell through. So wonderful to meet yet another great connection in our dog family. Hoping to be able to contact Hanna again soon!”
About: I’ve always had and loved dogs! I have a soft spot in my heart for doggies. I would keep my friends and family’s dogs when they would go out of town. These dogs have been all shapes and sizes! Golden retriever, Rottweiler, Pit mix, Pug, Yellow Lab, Jack Russell, and more! I also have volunteered at Young Williams Animal Shelter walking and caring for dogs. I am a teacher so I have my summers off and will be readily available to care for your fur baby. I am currently raising a 5 month old Golden Retriever of my own! I am a teacher currently off for the summer so I have plenty of time to play and love on dogs! I am available any day of the week for boarding as well as walks! My whole summer is revolving around taking care of my teenaged golden! We have been spending our days going to the pool, going on walks, training, playing fetch, and cuddling! I have a fenced in yard with a playful teenage golden who is ready to make friends. He is super friendly. I also have crates and a play pen inside for dogs to play in without having to free roam the house. I sometimes will take the dogs to our boat on the lake or my in-law’s pool if they enjoy water!
“Henry and Elizabeth were wonderful! Mack had such a great time staying with them and loved hanging out in the sun on their patio. They were very prompt in responses and able to help when another sitter backed out. Mack will definitely be staying with them again!”

“Super satisfied with my booking with Ashley. It was my first time using Rover for my senior doggie out of the country, and Ashley made it such a smooth and worry-free process. She was very flexible with scheduling pick up/drop off, and she sent picture updates throughout the week. I was nervous about being away from my dog for the first time in the 15 years I've had her, but Ashley's quick responses and communication eased my worries very quickly. Definitely recommend!”

Knoxville pet parents share their Rover experiences
Kasra is the best Rover I have ever had. By far! He was kind, communicative, and went above and beyond for our dog throughout the stay. Our dog fell ill during the stay, and he handled the situation with positivity and willingness to help our dog feel better. He will definitely be our go-to Rover from now on. Thank you Kasra!

I was in need of a dog sitter extremely last minute, and Christa came through! She had great, timely communication and made me feel completely at ease. My dog absolutely enjoyed his time with her — she sent me pictures and cared for my fur baby as if he were her own. I really appreciate her kindness and reliability. I wish I lived in the area because she would definitely be my go-to sitter every time!

Caroline was a fantastic sitter! She was thoughtful and very thorough in accommodating all preferences and needs. She provided a sufficient frequency of communication during Clementine's stay. Caroline provided a welcoming and comfortable environment, and Clementine loved staying with her.
