About: I have hands on experience caring for dogs of all sizes and breeds through my work at a busy doggy daycare. I’m skilled in feeding, walking, administering medications, and providing plenty of love and attention. I understand dog behavior and safety, and I make sure every pet I care for feels happy, comfortable, and secure. From playtime and exercise to cuddles and companionship, I treat every dog like part of my own family. I’m an animal science major at UTK and a doggy daycare worker. I always have time for pups! I will make sure my availability is always up to date for you! Your pet’s safety and comfort are my top priorities. I live in a secure apartment with a cozy space for indoor play and rest, and while my yard isn’t fenced, there’s a safe, dog-friendly park just around the corner for walks and exercise. I provide a supervised, clean, and loving environment at all times, ensuring your dog feels happy, secure, and part of the family while in my care.

About: Hi there! I’m a proud Graduate Assistant for the University of Tennessee Lady Vols basketball team, and when I’m not on the court supporting our athletes, I’m loving on fur-babies of all kinds! I’ve always been the go-to pet sitter for friends, teammates, and coaches. And now I’m excited to open my schedule to new four-legged friends here on Rover. Growing up around animals and helping care for everything from playful puppies to older pets needing a little extra TLC, I’ve developed a true passion for making animals feel safe, happy, and loved, whether that means long walks, endless belly rubs, or a cozy cuddle session. Being part of a high-level athletics program has taught me the importance of routine, dependability, and high energy, all of which I bring to pet care, too. I’m organized, calm under pressure, and always ready to adapt to each pet’s unique personality and needs. As a Graduate Assistant for the Lady Vols basketball team, I keep a structured but flexible schedule that makes it easy to include pet care throughout my week. I’m usually up early and active during the day, so I can fit in walks, drop-in visits, and quality time with pets before practices, between team responsibilities, or in the evenings. Weekends are wide open for me right now — from Friday afternoon through Sunday evening (and even into Monday mornings), I’m completely free and available for overnight stays, extended visits, or anything extra your pet might need. Honestly, spending time with animals is one of the most relaxing and fun parts of my routine, and I love being able to give them my full attention when I’m not in basketball mode! I live in a clean, cozy condo in a pet-friendly area that’s perfect for regular strolls and bathroom breaks. Whether your pup enjoys short potty walks or long, sniff-filled adventures, I’ll make sure they get the exercise and stimulation they need. Inside, your pet can expect a calm, safe, and welcoming space where they’ll never feel alone. I love creating a peaceful environment where animals can relax, snuggle up on the couch and feel totally at ease. I stick to whatever routine your pet is used to — feeding schedules, potty breaks, bedtime snuggles — to help them feel right at home. Whether we’re enjoying a walk around the block, playing with toys, or just relaxing together, your pet will be treated like family every step of the way.
“I have boarded Charley with Viviana before, this is my second time. Charley seems very happy with their home and her surroundings. Love to receive all the pictures that Viviana sends while I’m away. I know Charley is safe with her.”

“Madison was so flexible and great to work with! I had issues with my payment and and was gracious to hold my spot until the day I needed to bring Sam. She took very good care of my boy, and will definitely be using her again.”

“This was our second time using Jordyn as a sitter. She has been super easy to work with and I can tell that my dog is in great hands! Ginger was so excited when we pulled in the driveway and could not get in the door fast enough which says a lot!!! Thank you!!!”

“Tia watched our dog Polly while we were exploring Knoxville from out of town. She sent photo updates and took her on plenty of walks and even got her a little toy! Our dog has some separation anxiety but we could tell from the photos that Polly made herself right at home with Tia! I would definitely reach out to Tia again if we came back to Knoxville :)”

“Reagan took such great care of my pup! She was extremely easy to contact and communicate with and also was very flexible. I would definitely recommend her to take care of your fur babies!!”

“Hanna watched our two corgis for five days while we were out of town and she was very prompt in giving us updates and did a great job taking care of them! Our dogs looked to be having a blast with her corgi as well, we would definitely recommend her to others for dog sitting!”

“Great experience! We left our 2 golden retrievers 10 days. We got lots of updates, pictures, and videos while we were away. They went in walks, the dog park, and had the best time. We were 100% comfortable and our babies were, too!”

“Karson was great, she’s communicative and clearly loves animals. She took great care of our dog and cat while we were out of town for almost two weeks, she sent us updates often and checked in with any clarifications she had about their care. We’ll definitely be back!”

Bridget took great care of my dog Licorice. She gave her medication as scheduled and kept me updated on how Licorice was doing and sent me some great pics. I really appreciate that she takes only 1 dog at a time, and her 2 dogs are very friendly and got along great with Licorice.

Elexis was wonderful with Synna. She was kind, responsive, and made the whole process easy and stress-free. Synna was well cared for, and I felt comfortable knowing she was in good hands. I would definitely book with her again and recommend her to anyone needing a reliable sitter.

I was sad to leave my boy for 9 days but I always know he is in good hands when he stays with Jenny. She sends plenty of update pictures and videos and I can see he’s having so much fun! I can’t imagine boarding him with anyone else! I can tell my dog truly loves her too :)

Kasra is the best Rover I have ever had. By far! He was kind, communicative, and went above and beyond for our dog throughout the stay. Our dog fell ill during the stay, and he handled the situation with positivity and willingness to help our dog feel better. He will definitely be our go-to Rover from now on. Thank you Kasra!

I was in need of a dog sitter extremely last minute, and Christa came through! She had great, timely communication and made me feel completely at ease. My dog absolutely enjoyed his time with her — she sent me pictures and cared for my fur baby as if he were her own. I really appreciate her kindness and reliability. I wish I lived in the area because she would definitely be my go-to sitter every time!

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your pet, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
Every sitter on Rover is required to pass a background check before listing their services. This process confirms their identity and indicates they are not on the Department of Justice’s National Sex Offender Public Website or have any disqualifying offenses.
Beyond ID checks, you can review each sitter's star rating, read verified reviews from other pet parents, and see how many repeat clients they have. Every booking is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes up to $25,000 in eligible veterinary care. For more details, visit Rover's Trust & Safety page .
While each sitter sets their own vaccine requirements, staying up-to-date on your dog’s vaccines is the best way to be "boarding ready". Vaccinations help create a safe environment for all pets under a sitter’s care.
Many sitters in TN ask that dogs be up to date on core vaccines like the Canine Parvovirus, Canine Distemper, Canine Adenovirus, Bordetella, and Rabies. Cats may be required to have Feline Viral Rhinotracheitis and Rabies up to date.
By discussing your pet's health history early, you’re adding a layer of confidence for you and your sitter before the booking begins.
Emergency support is available by phone or email in English 24/7. When an incident occurs, we recommend that sitters contact our Trust & Safety team immediately so that they can connect your sitter with a board-certified veterinarian or offer other resources to help.
If a sitter needs to cancel at the last minute, Rover’s reservation protection means our team will work with you to find a suitable replacement as quickly as possible.
