We cannot say enough good things about Joseph! He watched our dog, Shyanne, for several days and was absolutely wonderful. He was incredibly communicative throughout her stay and sent us photos every day, which gave us so much peace of mind knowing our sweet girl was happy and being well cared for. We recently moved to Knoxville, and this was our very first time using Rover, so we weren’t quite sure what to expect. We feel incredibly lucky that we found Joseph! He took amazing care of Shyanne, kept us updated, and made the entire experience so easy and stress-free. We’re already looking at our calendar to figure out when we can book with him again. We would absolutely recommend Joseph to anyone looking for someone trustworthy, attentive, and genuinely wonderful with their pets. Shyanne will definitely be back!

Joseph was wonderful! Very welcoming and friendly. After the meet and greet, I knew Sioux would be in good hands. Joseph made sure to send pictures and videos everyday and Sioux was tuckered out when I picked her up. I'm glad that I found a great local sitter and will be reaching out to Joseph for future vacations!
