I appreciate that they have a dog-friendly home and only take one client at a time, so my small fur-baby got the attention she needed and didn't get knocked over by larger/bouncier pets. The daily videos/photos they sent were delightful and reassuring... especially since I had to leave her for an extended period. Seeing how happy and loved-on she was vs. constantly crated (like some boarding facilities), made me feel so much better!”

“Barbara was absolutely wonderful!! She took great care of our one year old Doberman for nine days. We sadly had to miss our Doberman’s first birthday, but Barbara went all out for him and even threw him a party with a cookie and hat! She went above and beyond for our pup and was extremely responsive while we were away. She sent regular pictures and videos and genuinely cared for Toby as if he were her own. I HIGHLY recommend using her and we hope to use her again in the future!”

“Zack came to the rescue for us as we needed last minute help for watching our dog, Sophie, for four days. He was extremely responsive and was up to the task, which helped us tremendously. As soon as we went to Zack's house, we knew that Sophie was in good hands--he was very friendly, had a huge backyard, and his dog Nikki was super sweet and playful with Sophie. Throughout our trip, Zack sent updates and pictures to keep our mind's at ease. We will definitely be using Zack again in the future and would recommend him to our friends who need help with their pups!”

Ollie hadn’t had much exposure to other dogs prior to his stay with Crystal but after his stay, not only did he get fantastic experience with a group of other dogs, I believe his confidence has grown as well! I had never used Rover, let alone leave Ollie with anyone, but Crystal assured me he’d be in good hands. Not only did I get routine updates throughout the day, I also got to see all the fun they were having via photos and videos Crystal sends as well.
