About: I have had my own pup since July 2020 & been able to care for friends and family’s pups for the past 5 years living in Dallas. I am completely flexible to your dogs needs and will be sure they get all the special love and attention while you are away. I live near many parks and even have my own private backyard! This makes your dogs stay extra special with easy accessibility to a potty and fresh air! I currently work in a hybrid role. This is very flexible and if I am dog-sitting I would be home instead of in the office I live in a one bedroom apartment that has a private backyard that is fenced around all sides. I also have a pup of my own! She is a friendly shitzu named Georgie and just turned 4 years old. The yard is easy access for quick potty breaks and access to the sidewalk for long walks.

Running is an additional option if you specify in the request. Pet brushing and pet vacuuming available on request. I love all animals and will care for them like they’re my own. I have experience with special need animals, animals from traumatic situations who may need special care, as well as medically complicated. I work fully remote and take frequent breaks to walk throughout the day and play/snuggle breaks! My schedule is pretty flexible and there is lots of room for them. About: I have been a dog and cat owner my whole life. Now that I am mostly retired I am available to care for your babes when you are unable to. Your place or mine. I volunteer for dog and cat rescues so I have a lot of knowledge and experience. I am retired so I have lots of time to play. I walk in my neighborhood every morning and evening and would love to walk with a friend. I don't currently have any pets of my own so there will be no issues with unfriendly competition. I know how important communication is regarding your pets.

“Alexa and her partner were absolute lifesavers! They really know how to work with/handle dogs and I would trust them to watch my crazy heelers again. I drove from Houston, anticipating driving back Sunday morning but things went south with a realtor and I found myself scrambling to reschedule tours to Sunday afternoon. My two anxious, always-by-my-side cattle dogs (y’all cattle dog people know what I mean) didn’t have a safe place to stay while I was looking at places, though. I very last minute requested a few hours of daycare and Alexa saved the day! The next challenging part is that my dogs are rarely away from me so they act a fool whenever they’re left alone in a new environment. Her boyfriend was so patient and understanding while I was dropping off my dogs. They’re trying to act tough, alligator rolling, just being an embarrassment and he calmly worked with them to get them inside. When a picked them up a few hours later, he was able to handle them like he’d known them all their lives. I’d definitely recommend them to anyone who needs dog sitting.”
