“Kellie and Richard were incredible! Our Jet had a blast with them and they treated him like royalty! We were a last minute booking that need someone to watch him for a few hours while we enjoyed the fair after checking out of our AirBnB. They were experienced, confident and comfortable even with a pup that is attached to me at the hip. It wasn’t easy to give Rover a first go, but after this experience we would do it again in a heartbeat. If Kellie is available, book her! If we are in the area again, we might just see if they are available again!”

“Joann and her boys were amazing! She was able to accommodate a last minute booking! Cooper was a little anxious at first, but he settled right down as you can see in the photos that Joann was so kind to send to me. We were able to communicate back and forth so we could make sure he was settling in. I will absolutely call her again to watch him the next time we come to town!”

“Abby and Mike were absolutely amazing! They were able to take my miniature schnauzer in last minute for day play! Abby instantly started loving on him and he felt right at home! Thank You for taking care of him!”

“Me and Niko have had a wonderful experience this week and would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for someone trustworthy and caring. They took amazing care of my puppy Niko and gave me peace of mind while I was away. Communication was great on the days he stayed with updates and photos that made me feel reassured and connected. It was obvious Niko was happy, comfortable, and well cared for. I really appreciated the attention, kindness, and care they showed, and I would definitely book with them again in the future!”

“Kelsey has been wonderful watching our toy poodle, Roman. She is incredibly sweet, responsive, and easy to communicate with, which gives us a lot of peace of mind when we’re away. Roman is always well cared for, and we really appreciate the attention and kindness she shows him. We’d definitely recommend Kelsey to anyone looking for a reliable and caring dog sitter!”

“Victor and his pup were amazing. His house is very secure and he made me and my dog feel very comfortable. He kept me updated and posted pictures of Mamacita with his pup. Super reliable and great communication.”

About: I’m 30 and have had dogs my entire life. I have two of our own — a 36-lb mini Sheepadoodle and a 13-lb Yorkie mix — so used to different sizes and energy levels. I regularly dog sit for friends, and often have their dogs stay with us while they’re on vacation. I am very comfortable having extra dogs in the house and keeping things structured and calm. I live in a home with two separate fenced yards, so there’s plenty of safe space to play or relax. My job permits me to work from home often, which means the dogs aren’t be left alone for long stretches. I also volunteer with the SPCA 3–4 times a month (10+ hours), working hands-on with dogs of all breeds and temperaments. I’m a full-time realtor, so my schedule is flexible and I work from home often. That allows me to be around consistently and adjust my day as needed for walks, playtime, and supervision. I am active with our own dogs — take them to the park as often as possible and walk them 2–4 times per week. Staying engaged with them is already part of my routine, so adding another dog fits naturally into the day. I home with two separate fenced-in yards, which gives dogs secure outdoor space to play and relax safely. My two dogs are well-socialized and regularly exposed to family members' dogs as well as new dogs at the dog park. Because I often dog sit for friends and I volunteer regularly with the SPCA, I am very comfortable managing different personalities, energy levels, and introductions in a calm, structured way.
“I am so grateful for Rita. I have a reactive Pitt who was rescued from severe neglect at about 1 year old. I am very cautious about who I leave him with and I have to say I trust Rita implicitly with my dogs. Firstly they love her, she spends actual time with them and I know she can handle my Bossko no problem. Rita has an understanding of dogs and their behavior/needs that has been literally life saving for my dog. That probably sounds dramatic but we were having some big behavioral issues surrounding a move and I was starting to worry about safety but also refused to give up on my dog. Rita offered some insight as to what he might be needing from me and offered some ideas on a routine and safety measures I could implement to help him (things that are actually sustainable in my busy life as a single mom) and it has been a game changer! I can see the difference in his demeanor, in his recovery from stressful events, and he's so much more happy and fulfilled. My whole house is so much more calm and settled and I get to give him a happier life. Rita's understanding and compassionate care for dogs is unmatched, and I'm a better dog mom as a result.”

“Gabriella was incredibly sweet and attentive with my dog, Bea. She made me feel completely at ease, and I could tell Bea was in great hands. I would 100% recommend booking with her.”

I’m excited to begin offering boarding in my home, where I provide a calm, clean environment and focus on one household’s pets at a time. I primarily work from home, so your dog will usually have plenty of companionship throughout the day. I’ll carefully follow your dog’s normal routine and keep you updated with photos and messages so you can enjoy your time away with peace of mind. I primarily work from home, so your dog will usually have plenty of companionship throughout the day. On the few days each month that I’m in the office, I’ll communicate that with you in advance. Outside of work, I have a flexible schedule and enjoy daily walks, so I’m happy to match your dog’s normal routine and provide regular exercise, playtime, and plenty of attention. Your dog’s safety and comfort are my top priorities. My home has a fully fenced backyard for supervised outdoor time, and I only board one household’s pets at a time to provide a calm, low-stress environment. I carefully follow each dog’s feeding, walking, medication, and sleeping routine so they feel as comfortable as possible. If your dog is crate-trained, I’m happy to continue that routine. You’ll also receive regular photo updates and communication throughout their stay.
“This was my first time booking with Megan, and she was absolutely wonderful. She took great care of Rocky and made me feel completely at ease. She kept me informed, and Rocky looked happy and relaxed the whole time. It’s clear she genuinely cares about the dogs she watches. I’ll definitely book with her again!”

As an foster and volunteer for the Austin Humane Society, Dallas Pets Alive, and the SPCA, I have cared for animals ranging from newborn litters to abandoned seniors, and volunteered at two therapeutic horse ranches... helping ensure the calm, steady relationships between horse and rider. This deep, practical experience means I understand animal behavior, recognize when a pet needs space or comfort, and prioritize their safety above all else. What truly sets me apart is my ability to offer your pet my undivided attention and a calm, stable environment. Because I am retired, I do not have the distractions of a full-time job or a busy household. My day revolves around ensuring your pet feels safe, secure, and loved. I live in a highly walkable, vibrant neighborhood that is perfect for daily strolls. In my quiet townhome, your pet will enjoy a small and front yard, a large rooftop, a peaceful routine, and plenty of companionship so you may enjoy total peace of mind while you are away. Throughout the day, I am primarily based at home, allowing me to provide steady companionship, regular potty breaks, and a predictable routine. Dog parents share their Rover experiences - Urbandale-Parkdale
Brittany was amazing and very accommodating to our changing schedule. She was able to adjust our booking to a different day on a very last minute notice and was even able to watch our puppy for a longer duration. She is very attentive, which made me feel at ease when leaving our puppy in her care. Her dogs Mack and Haven are adorable and gave my puppy so much play time. We had a great experience and would definitely book Brittany again!

Joann and her boys were amazing! She was able to accommodate a last minute booking! Cooper was a little anxious at first, but he settled right down as you can see in the photos that Joann was so kind to send to me. We were able to communicate back and forth so we could make sure he was settling in. I will absolutely call her again to watch him the next time we come to town!
