I got lots of picture updates, and felt very relaxed while leaving my dog while I was on vacation. Dennis also took great care of my home and was super responsive whenever I had questions. We did one meeting before I booked Dennis for the weekend, and then I booked him for one dog walk session before the Dog Sitting time because he was going to arrive after I had left. He was super open to everything and he reviewed my dog care instructions before I left. I felt like we had really clear really good communication. I’ve used several Rover pet sitters and Dennis is by far the best one that I’ve booked. I cannot recommend him enough! (unless you want him on the same weekend that I do and then I would still recommend him but I call dibs!)”

About: I’ve taken care of dogs, cats, birds, and fish since I was a child. I have trained reactive and high energy dogs and also love calm, snuggly types. I am excited to take your pet on long hikes or runs or to just spend time hanging out at home. I love them all! I am most available on the weekends but can house sit during the week where WiFi is available! As long as I can work from your home! I can care for your pet by taking them on walks, hikes, or dog park adventures. I can also stay with your pet at your home. I don’t bring folks’ pets into my home.
About: I am very active and can accommodate to all petcare needs as I did with my own from puppy stage to old age and only aspired to give her the best life everyday! I trained my own pitbull to be sweet and gently with kids and all people that she worked for a school and was a therapy to most people. I currently work remote and have the ability to give your pet lots of attention if needed and to be active with them while you are away. At my own home, I have a lot of space for a pet of any size. My living space also has an outdoor shared yard that is enclosed to keep all the dogs safe and relaxing place to get some air and sniff around.

Sarah watched my sometimes leash reactive dog for 7 nights while I was away on an international hiking trip with intermittent service. I felt completely at ease while traveling, due to Sarah's professionalism, amazing communication, and the way she clearly connects with and understands Jojo pup. This was our first time using Rover. Me and my wife were very nervous entrusting our three dogs, one cat, one parrot, plus our house to somebody we had never met. Dionna came over to our house twice before we left for our one-week vacation. She assured us we were leaving everything in good hands, took lots of notes, and took the time to get to know us and the animals. She stayed at our house during our vacation and sent us pictures and videos of the animals every day, sometimes twice a day. She also took our dogs on walks and played with them in the backyard as the pictures showed. Upon returning to our home, it was obvious all the animals had been taken good care of. The house was also clean and well-kept upon our return. We will now feel comfortable taking more vacations and not hesitate to use Rover and Dionna for any future trips and vacations.
Elisa was great! Very conscientious and comprehensive with her daily updates! She clearly bonded very well with our dog, who seemed to be looking for her when he woke up the next day. The kitchen also seemed to be even cleaner than we left it. We've already booked with Elisa again, and highly recommend her!

Kerri was truly fantastic. She housesat with our 5 pets - 2 Doodles, 2 cats and a bearded dragon and we couldn’t be happier with her services. She was super communicative, sent pics with the animals who all loved her, and left the house spotless. Will definitely be hiring her again!
Marina was fantastic! She watched ellie for a whole wee while we were gone she sent multiple dailey updates with pictures to keep our minds at ease. Ellie is a sr dog who takes awhile to warm up to people but Marina and her were best friends by the end of the stay. I would recommend Marina to anyone knowing full well she will treat your pet as her own! Will definitely be rebooking!

I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better sitter for Eggs Benny! From the very beginning, Marian impressed me with her attentiveness and professionalism. She took the time to do a thorough meet-and-greet, asked thoughtful questions, and made sure she understood all of Benny’s little quirks. While I was away, she went above and beyond to keep me updated with regular messages and the photos, which truly put my mind at ease. It was so clear that Benny felt comfortable and cared for by her! Marian is not only responsible and trustworthy, but also genuinely loving toward the pets she looks after. It’s rare to find someone who combines such reliability with so much warmth, and anyone lucky enough to have her care for their pet will be as grateful as I am!
Jade was a wonderful caregiver to our three beloved pets. It was incredible how quickly our dog and two cats took to her as evidenced by the immediate lap sits occurring on her first day. And the gifted mouse by the cats the next day. We couldn't be happier, the house was cared for and pets very happy to have Jade as their new friend!
