I was visiting friends in Burlington while on a cross country trip with my dog and was asked to find boarding for Bear because the husband was not well and they weren't sure how their dog would adjust. I booked 5 days with Tammi. Bear was having serious anxiety issues being left with strangers but Tammi went out of her way to try to help him adjust. When my plans changed and I asked to come pick up my dog after just one day, she was very accommodating and understanding.
Rebecca was wonderful with Fiona! She kept us updated with photos and messages, took great care of her, and made sure she was comfortable and happy. We really appreciated her kindness and attention to detail. We would definitely recommend her and book with her again! ❤️
My cat was definitely a bit of a challenge during his stay, but Angel handled everything exceptionally well, with so much patience, care, and kindness. She was always responsive and quick to answer any questions, which gave me a lot of peace of mind. It’s clear that she genuinely cares about the animals she looks after. I’m very grateful for the care she gave my cat and would absolutely recommend her.
Wish I could give more than 5 stars! Kelly was wonderful and took such good care of my pup. Her dogs were so good with Lola and the rest of the family treated her like she was one of theirs. At times Lola can come back a bit on edge from missing family but this time she was so calm and happy. Will 100% be doing business with Kelly again.
I had a medical emergency while traveling out of state that put me in the hospital for three days. Jessica graciously increased the length of my dogs' stay by several days and even went out and bought them extra food! She went above and beyond in a way few people would, and I am very grateful for her kindness.
