Tammi is a true professional. This was my first experience with Rover, or any dog sitting experience. She took my two dogs on short notice, worked with my schedule even when I was late. I was unsure if my dogs would be okay with her other dogs. Tammi knew exactly what to do. She integrated them into the pack and sent me multiple pictures of their progress. Wish I could give more than 5 stars! Kelly was wonderful and took such good care of my pup. Her dogs were so good with Lola and the rest of the family treated her like she was one of theirs. At times Lola can come back a bit on edge from missing family but this time she was so calm and happy. Will 100% be doing business with Kelly again.
I had a medical emergency while traveling out of state that put me in the hospital for three days. Jessica graciously increased the length of my dogs' stay by several days and even went out and bought them extra food! She went above and beyond in a way few people would, and I am very grateful for her kindness.
