“Dash had a wonderful time! Loved all the pictures and updates I received while we were traveling. Very understanding and flexible with both pick up time and time differences. Would definitely send Dash back!”

“Amanda and Mike were wonderful with Luna! She was very well cared for, and they kept us updated with regular messages and photos, which gave us great peace of mind. Their backyard is spacious and perfect for dogs to run and play. It’s clear they have plenty of experience with dogs and know how to help them feel comfortable and adjust to a new environment. Luna came home happy and relaxed. We would definitely trust Amanda and Mike with her again and highly recommend them to other pet owners.”

“We were really happy with the care Kodiak received during her stay. We loved the picture updates and hearing what she was up to while we were gone. “This was our second time booking Patricia, and we truly love her! She’s an absolute ray of sunshine and a fantastic communicator. She cares for your pet as if they were her own, showing so much love and attention. Patricia is incredibly attentive to their needs and makes sure they’re happy and comfortable throughout their stay. Leaving our little fur baby is always hard, but it’s so much easier knowing he’s in such wonderful hands. We recommend her one hundred percent!”

Rip is so well taken care of with Jane! This is the second time we’ve used her and for a whole week this time which was incredibly hard on me, but she made sure to send all kinds of loving pics of him having a ball with her dogs which made me so happy! I will use Jane every single time:)

Wish I could give more than 5 stars! Kelly was wonderful and took such good care of my pup. Her dogs were so good with Lola and the rest of the family treated her like she was one of theirs. At times Lola can come back a bit on edge from missing family but this time she was so calm and happy. Will 100% be doing business with Kelly again.

I had a medical emergency while traveling out of state that put me in the hospital for three days. Jessica graciously increased the length of my dogs' stay by several days and even went out and bought them extra food! She went above and beyond in a way few people would, and I am very grateful for her kindness.

By discussing your pet's health history early, you’re adding a layer of confidence for you and your sitter before the booking begins.
If a health concern arises during a stay, your sitter is instructed to contact you and our Trust & Safety team immediately and, if needed, take your dog to the closest veterinarian. Through our Trust & Safety support team, sitters can ask for diagnostic advice from a qualified veterinary professional if your dog is showing signs of possible illness.
For extra peace of mind, you can also prepare an authorization form for your regular vet. An authorization form outlines your preferred method of care and allows your sitter to bring your pet into their regular clinic.
Every qualified booking made on Rover is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes reimbursement for eligible emergency vet care.
