Heather was very careful to ask all about his habits, eating schedule, etc. She also welcomed any questions I had about his care at her home. I don’t think I could have left him in better hands.”

She already had crates at her home for my dogs, which made the process a lot easier not having to pack so much. I even reached out to her the afternoon I was supposed to pick them up and asked if she could keep them till the next morning instead, and without hesitation she changed my booking for my convenience. Very thankful for her flexibility and taking care of my boys.”

“My dog was shown around the home as if he was the "person" staying with her! He was much calmer and had a wagging tale while being toured. He would start shaking and whimpering, when we would drive up to the kennel were using. She sent pictures of him playing and running outside and one sleeping peacefully. We are super excited to have found Rover and Karen!!!! He lost weight last stay at the kennel, this stay with Karen he came back better than we left him. He was happy, energetic, and was the same weight as when we dropped him off at her home. Our dog is a people person and he loved his new people. We were able to fully relax while away and not worry about him. Thanks so very much!”

Perfect companion for King while being away from home. We enjoyed the daily updates on how King was doing and this allowed us to enjoy our time away. King came home to us healthy and happy. The comfort of her home and massive fenced in yard was a highlight. We’ve already rebooked for our next trip!”
