“Natayla and Alex are amazing! We came to Florida from Connecticut and planned to spend New Year's Eve at Sea World. We decided to leave our little doggie Rosco there in a free kennel. At the last minute we found out that the kennel was closed that day. In a panic, we started looking for local caregivers. Natalia and Alex were at the top of the list. We wrote a message to them (it was already late in the evening) and almost immediately we received a reply from them, that they would take care of our dog. We were very happy that at the last minute someone decided to help us. They were in contact with us all the time, sending us photos and informing us about food and bathroom trips. The dog was taken for walks, not to mention the fact that Natalia decided to sleep with him on the sofa in the living room because their bed in the bedroom was too high for such a small dog. We can imagine that they didn’t get much sleep that night because of fireworks, which our dog is afraid of and reacts with barking. In addition, they noticed that our dog couldn't see well at night, so they decided to turn on the lights and turn up the music to help him orient himself and reduce the noise from the fireworks. They also noticed that Rosco had a small growth on his body, indicating the careful attention of his caregivers. As a farewell gift, we received small chocolates and grapefruits straight from their tree. We regret that we do not have them as neighbors here in CT.
