We set up a meet and greet, and it was immediately clear that they are true dog lovers who genuinely enjoy what they do. They took wonderful care of Abby the entire time, and we felt completely at ease knowing she was in such good hands. Their communication was fantastic — they kept us updated throughout our trip and sent daily pictures of Abby’s activities, which made us smile every time. It was such a relief to see her happy, well-cared for, and enjoying herself. We will absolutely be booking with Janine and Omar again for future trips. I also appreciated her consideration. She adjusted the rate to non-holiday rate because it was not the actual holiday and Rover had charged the holiday rate. I understand that Rover probably charged the holiday rate because it is the Martin Luther King Jr. holiday weekend. We will include the holiday rate in her tip because it was very sweet for her to be so considerate. The fenced backyard gave us peace of mind.
