“I am so glad that I found Carolina and her family. She is a true animal lover, and it shows in how much attention and patience she had put into caring for my cat, Mochi. Carolina went far and above beyond expectations. My Mochi had a big beautiful room with a brightly quilted bunk bed to climb on and plenty of cat trees, scratching posts, and windows in which to luxuriate in the sun. He could also enjoy piped-in music throughout the day and a big flat screen TV. He was warmly welcomed into the family home, roaming freely and playing with Carolina's many pets. He loved his vacation at Carolina's as much as I had enjoyed mine! I might also mention one aspect of this Rover experience that is critical for me and should be important to consider for other pet owners. Carolina keeps her boarding spaces immaculate. Bedding, cushions, and bowls are spotlessly sanitized, and all of her pets are on a rigid flea and worm prevention program, so there is no danger of cross contamination. I am very pleased and feel that my Mochi had a five star hotel experience for a fraction of the price.”

Our usually shy, anxious kitty Daisy warmed up to her immediately which is incredibly unusual, but Jaclyn clearly has an innate ability to make pets feel safe, secure and loved in her presence. Her communication is excellent- she sent multiple photos, videos and updates with every drop in and went above and beyond to take care of not just Daisy, but also a group of outside community cats that we feed who *also* took to her right away. When we got home from our trip, our kitty was calm, content and like we’d never left (whereas in the past when others have fed her in our absence she would be anxious and hide for a couple of hours until she re-acclimated). Jaclyn is kind, calm, observant, caring, thorough and communicative. I now can’t imagine ever asking anyone else but Jacky to take care of Daisy when we’re away, and am so grateful to have found her. Currently my husband and I have 2 toy poodles-Teddy and Tucker-both turning 10 this year (2025). “Nikhol was fantastic and took great care of my dog. She is great about communicating and sent lots of photos and video updates. I know Aurora got great walks and lots of TLC. From the photos I could tell Aurora was very comfy in her home. She is very safe and makes sure all of the dogs are safe together before letting them play together. Overall excellent and I will definitely book again!”
“This was my dogs first time staying the night with someone outside of family. My dog was nervous at first and went straight to his crate. By the time I picked him up the next morning he was so happy. He warmed up to Kristin and her family and played well with the other dogs. Kristin updated me with a picture and that he was able to sleep through the night no problem. This put our minds at ease. We will be booking again in the future.”
