He settled quickly and Allana sent reassuring photos, videos and messages throughout the day. She was kindly very flexible on pick up time which was a lot of pressure off us. I have my own dogs and understand the importance of routines, affection, consistency and boundaries. I understand that dogs have their own personality, routine and needs. What ever your dog needs...high energy or cozy snoozes, short walks or long adventures, I can offer this whilst making sure I follow your instructions so your dog feels safe and consistently cared for whilst you're away. I am happy to follow feeding schedules, adminster basic medications if required, and provide plenty of enrichment, exercise and affection. I have two dogs and we have a daily routine that encompasses walks and other adventures, relaxing and meal times. We can be flexible with our daily schedule if needed. I have a large fenced garden. Two dogs for company. Dogs beds in every room and can make quiet/calm spaces in the house as needed. Your four-legged family member can expect a clean, safe and comfortable home environment; walks tailored to their energy level, age and routine as well as plenty of love, attention and companionship. You can expect regular photo updates if you'd like to see how your dog is getting on and clear communication before, during and after their stay.

About: I’ve grown up around dogs and love animals (unless they are rodents!) Ive had experience from 5 week old pups all the way to caring for dogs in their senior years, giving medication, insulin injections etc. After losing our beloved 16 year old Patterdale last year, it’s left a big hole and as much as we don’t feel ready to bring another dog into our lives just yet, I’m certainly missing my dog fix. My dog came before everything - just ask my husband! 🤣 And I will treat yours no different. We are an early rising household so you can drop off as early as you like. We are an active house. I work from home so generally will be able to accommodate walks and feeding at their usual times so not to disrupt their routines. There will be times when I need to go out so a dog that is happy to be left for a couple of hours would fit in nicely but if this isn’t possible I can probably work around it with some notice. Daycare and overnight boarding is available and we are central Yeovil based and easy to find. We have a reasonable size garden with grass and patio, with a mix of sun and shade. The garden is fully secure. Within walking distance of the house there is a small field, a park and plenty of pavement walks. Ham Hill Country Park is only a short drive away so if you’d like them walked here your dog will need to be crate trained for the car journey. All walks will be done on a lead for all of our peace of mind! Inside the house it’s open plan living so your dog will have the run of the ground floor with the exception of my treatment room. The upstairs will remain out of bounds.

About: Family and friends have trusted me to look after their family pets for years, I love being outside but also having a snuggle on the sofa. We have a large enclosed garden with the door that is usually always open for free play inside or outside. I’m currently setting up my own business so I am home all day every day so am around for your dog to have company all the time. I have a large fenced in garden and live near a large field where lots of people take their dogs for walks. I have space to be able to crate dogs if needed.

She offered a meet-up first at her home, showed me around and Goose was immediately at easewith Donna. Throughout the stay Donna has sent me lots of updates and photos. About: I raised my 5 year old cocker spaniel, who loves ditch-the-bowl training. I'm a freelance outdoor instructor offering stimulating, long winter walks with new scents to enrich happy dogs. My two dogs enjoy morning and evening walks. With the garden always open, I provide 1-2 long weekday walks and adventurous weekend outings away from Sherborne. My garden is fenced, so they cannot escape. My two dogs will keep your dog company who are both very friendly and are used to other dogs staying. If they were to travel in the van I have seat belt clips, clips and a crate in the rear. I have a crate if your dog needs it's own space in the house too (Rusty sleeps under the stairs and Indi can sleep in our bedroom, so your dog can either sleep in the kitchen or living room). If you needed me to stay at your house, then I don't have to bring my dogs as my partner also works from home. We love dogs! We don't have children so they get a lot of fuss. I tend to use kibble/treats on their first walk with a retractable lead, to get a sense of recall and connection with the dog.
