“My Dog Max had such a nice time with William and his family :) He sent me so many nice photos of Max while I was away, which really put me at ease. My normal sitter cancelled last minute and William accepted my request within a few hours of sending it. Saved my weekend plans from being ruined. Would definitely book again. He is excellent with dogs :) He really went above and beyond. Met me with Max as soon as I got back! Highly recommend William to sit for your dog”
“Kate was absolutely fantastic. First time I’d left my dog with a sitter for longer than a night or two, and I knew from the outset that he would be so well cared for at Kate’s. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Kate and to have her look after Waffle again too”

My boys come back home very happy and they didn't want to say goodbye to Tianna. We definitely choose Her again. Thank you for your help. Karolina”

“I would highly recommend Jackie as someone who will give your dog the best care. Bonnie can be anxious in certain situations but she looked perfectly relaxed and at home when I picked her up. She had enjoyed a lovely countryside walk too. Thank you Jackie, we were able to enjoy our mini music festival, knowing Bonnie was in very good hands.”

“Allana was superb. We felt very confident leaving our dog with her and she proved to be a very kind and caring. We had a pre visit meeting and were instantly at ease and felt very comfortable leaving him in her care. Videos, photos and regular updates were given and it was clear he was very well cared for and had a fun time. Would very much recommend Allana to anyone who needs their pet caring for. We will certainly be asking for her to look after our dog again.”

“Cathy was a superb host for our Lab, Daphne. Safe environment, with lots of walks and cuddles. Cathy kept us updated with daily photos and video. We will be sure to return. Thank you Cathy and Barney!”

“I can't recommend Izzy enough! This was my first Rover experience and Izzy made it such an enjoyable one. She was very communicative, sent lots of pictures, and went above and beyond in caring for my puppy Ernie over the holidays. I will most definitely be using Izzy again in the future to dogsit - thanks so much for everything Izzy!”

“What a lovely couple. My dog has had a fantastic time. He's come home exhausted after a very long walk. From the photos I have been sent, I can see he thoroughly enjoyed his walks. He was welcomed into their home and treated as though he was their own. It was clear to me that they are dog sitting because they love dogs. I am so happy that my dog was so well looked after. Thank you Sam and Katherine x”

“Paul was an amazing dog sitter! Richie stayed with him and his family for just over a week, and we couldn't be happier with the experience. Paul has a wonderful home and a lovely family, which made me feel completely at ease leaving Richie in their care. They followed all of my instructions regarding feeding and his daily routine, and it was clear that Richie was happy, comfortable, and well looked after. I also really appreciated the regular updates and photos, which gave me peace of mind throughout his stay. I would absolutely book with Paul again and highly recommend him to anyone looking for a caring, reliable, and trustworthy dog sitter.”

“We have used Francisco consistently for the last six months and could not be happier! Our Australian Shepherd mix Ivy loves spending time with him and his dog and she is always so happy when we pick her up. Francisco is very friendly and responsive, and makes sure to send lots of updates and pictures of their adventures. He always goes above and beyond to make sure Ivy is taken care of! We would absolutely recommend him to anyone looking around Angel!”

“Addie was lovely and I would highly recommend her. Sadly my 10 month old Springer was quite a handful and Very hyperactive and certainly not on his best behaviour. Also Addie did not have the space that Otis is used to and I feel this exacerbated his stress levels and caused him to have accidents which does not happen at home. Addie has already let me know she would not look after Otis again and I totally understand this. I would still highly recommend Addie as her communication and experience were so good and I know she worked hard on making Otis enjoy his stay. Finally once again I would highly recommend Addie but not for my Springer. Back to training class for us I think. Thank you Addie for all you did, you were amazing xx”

“Our dog had a wonderful 2 weeks with Sandie & the other dogs - since we've collected him, he's looked quite bored! From the outset, Sandie was very helpful & caring & a pleasure to meet. I would have no hesitation in using Sandie's services again. The only negative does not relate to Sandie herself but to Dog Buddy. I realise they are keen to have reviews but the 1st request was received a few hours after collection & a chase email every day since. Ordinarily this would have deterred me from leaving a review at all & I have only done so because Sandie herself was so excellent.”

“Our dog Rudy had the best day with Alexandra! We requested to book only the day before, Alexandra kindly accepted and helped us out with our urgent request and we couldn’t have been happier to find her. About: DBS Checked | Fully Insured | Driving Licence | Own Vehicle | 5 Years Animal Rescue Volunteering | Right to Work in the UK I have been surrounded by animals since early childhood and have always cared for both dogs and cats. Throughout my life, I’ve lived with one, two, and sometimes even three dogs at the same time of different breeds, sizes, ages, and temperaments, so I understand that every pet has their own personality and needs. I have completed basic dog training courses and spent 10 years volunteering at a dog and cat shelter, where I gained valuable experience caring for animals, supporting rescues, and helping with adoption processes. I am confident handling both small and large dogs and can comfortably walk multiple dogs at once in a safe and calm manner. I genuinely love spending time with animals — whether that’s going for long walks, playing, providing companionship, or simply making them feel safe and comfortable while their owners are away. I am patient, attentive, and reliable, and I always make sure pets receive plenty of care, affection, exercise, and attention. I understand how important trust is when leaving your pet with someone else, and I will always treat your pets as if they were my own. I would be delighted to help care for your furry family members. I am currently not working, which means I can fully dedicate my time and attention to caring for pets. I have a very flexible schedule and am available throughout the week, including weekends, for walks, drop-ins, daycare, or overnight care. Spending time with animals is something I genuinely enjoy, and I would love to make pet care my long-term profession. In the near future, I am planning to take professional canine behaviour and dog training courses to further improve my knowledge and skills as a future dog trainer. I always make sure pets receive plenty of attention, exercise, playtime, and companionship, while following their usual routines to help them feel comfortable and secure. Your pet’s safety, comfort, and happiness will always be my top priorities. I understand how important it is for owners to feel confident and relaxed when leaving their pets in someone else’s care, so I always provide a calm, caring, and reliable environment. I carefully follow each owner’s instructions regarding feeding, walking routines, medication, training, and any special requirements. I have experience with dogs of different sizes, breeds, ages, and temperaments, including energetic dogs, shy pets, and senior animals. During walks, I stay attentive and safety-conscious at all times, and I am comfortable handling multiple dogs when needed. I also make sure pets receive regular updates, photos, and communication so owners can feel reassured while they are away. I treat every animal with patience, kindness, and respect, as if they were my own.
“Dodge had another lovely day with Donna. It was great to collect him and get good feedback from Donna about how he's settling nicely with her, it's such peace of mind whilst we're at work all day. He's now fast asleep after a good day out 😊”

“Amy was fantastic with Colin. She obviously made him feel very comfortable and took lots of gorgeous photos. She was a perfect fit for our little monster of a puppy. I recommend her to anyone looking for a dog sitter.”

“My Cockerpoo Remy has been staying with Elissia and her gorgeous Spaniel Maya continuously for a week during the day. I couldn't recommend her enough. The care is wonderful, and my dog gets so excited in the morning, which shows how much she loves staying there. He comes back exhausted but happy. The flexibility they offer has been brilliant, and the peace of mind is priceless. Elissia’s communication with me has been brilliant and she sends a me photos of Remy when he’s out on walks and playing with Maya. Until next time, a huge thank you! 😊x”

I couldn’t fault the service she provided. 10/10 recommendation and will definitely be using Allana again in the future!”

“Thanks Agata again. The updates and map of area walks are so interesting, and reassuring. Nice to see the dogs faces aswell when your away from home..always keeping in touch. Thank you and a very new year to you Agata for 2026”

“I’m really happy with Tianna's help walking Vixen . She went out of her way to assist, even though it was a bit far for her this time. Tianna suggested day care as a better option for socialisation, which shows how much she cares about what’s best for the dogs. Nala, Tianna's dog, is already used to being around other dogs, so this was perfect. I would definitely use Tianna’s services again—she’s thoughtful, professional, and clearly loves what she does!”

About: I have 6 years of experience training my own dog at home. I love dogs, they are my favourite animals in the world and one day I hope to own a dog sanctuary where I can rescue countless dogs across the country and the world. This is the start of my journey towards that. I believe that a happy dog is a well-managed dog. My approach is Force-Free and focuses on Positive Reinforcement to build a bond of trust and mutual respect. Here are the 8 core pillars I use to ensure every walk or visit is a high-quality learning experience: • The "Continuous to Variable" Method: I use treats to "bank" good behavior. For new skills, I reward every success; once mastered, I switch to random "jackpot" rewards to keep your dog focused and motivated without needing a bribe every time. • The Three D’s of Mastery: I help dogs bulletproof their commands by gradually increasing Distance from the dog, the Duration of the task, and the level of Distraction in the environment. • The "Be a Tree" Policy: I never allow a dog to pull. If the lead goes taut, I stop completely until it slackens, teaching them that a loose lead is the only way to move forward. • Tiered Reward Systems: I use "Standard" kibble for easy tasks and "High-Value" treats (like chicken or cheese) for emergency recall or high-distraction situations. • Short, High-Intensity Bursts: Dogs learn best in 5–10 minute sessions. I keep training short and always finish on a "win" to keep their confidence and engagement high. • Positive Reinforcement Only: I focus entirely on rewarding desired behaviors. I never use aversive equipment like choke chains or prong collars. • The "Watch Me" Check-In: I train dogs to respond to a "Watch" cue, allowing me to regain their attention immediately if a squirrel or another dog appears nearby. • Capturing Calmness: Beyond active commands, I reward "Settle" behaviors. If a dog chooses to relax while we wait at a crossing, they receive a calm reward to reinforce a relaxed default state. I balance a professional part-time role in Dorchester with a disciplined morning routine of market analysis, which I typically conclude by 11:00 AM. This structure allows me to dedicate the vast majority of my day to taking dogs on high-energy adventures through the Dorset countryside. While my professional shifts can vary, I am consistently available all day Monday, Tuesday, and Sunday. I pride myself on reliability and clear communication, ensuring your dog's routine is never disrupted. My long-term goal is to transition into full-time animal care, so I treat every walk as a commitment to building a lasting bond with your pet. I ensure that every pet has their own dedicated personal space, including their own bed, food, and water to maintain an stress-free environment. Your dog will have easy access to a secure, fully fenced garden for play and relaxation. During our outings, I strictly limit my groups to a maximum of 4 dogs at any one time. I believe that maintaining total control is the key to a safe and enjoyable walk in the Dorset countryside. For dogs that are less social or require more focused attention, I also offer specialized solo walks. To provide a truly comprehensive service, I can also incorporate basic training during our walks and offer grooming services, such as baths and brushing, to keep your pet looking and feeling their best. I will eventually get the license to have dogs at my property if you would prefer that as well.

Two 10 day sits, and three 3-6 day sits. I have experience with handling and administering medication, with a recent sit, all three pets requiring AM and PM medication. I work remotely from my laptop full time, so can give around the clock attention to your beloved pets & take great care of your house. I am incredibly organized, neat and tidy.

About: I’ve taken care of many dogs throughout my life, from grooming, training family and friends dogs to just looking after them! I’m a dog lover so will look after your pup to a high standard! I’m currently a student with my days off being Wednesday, Thursday, Saturday and Sunday, although I am available early morning and evenings too so I can cater for your dogs needs depending on what they would like! I have worked in Cirencester for 3 years now, so am familiar with lovely walks from short, low energy walks to long and stimulating walks.
“Tianna take care of our 2 labladors ( older one and younger one). I get photos and information every day regarding my boys and I am very happy to choose Her.

“From the moment Donna opened her door I knew my old spaniel Lulu would be in good hands. A warm welcome, good communication throughout the stay and a happy dog on my return. Couldn’t ask for more! Many thanks.”

About: Hi, I'm a dedicated dog lover who works from home, which means your pet will enjoy plenty of company, attention, and supervision throughout the day. I share my home with two friendly Labrador Retrievers who love making new canine friends, as well as a calm rescue cat who is used to living alongside dogs. I also have a responsible 17-year-old daughter who adores animals and helps create a warm, welcoming environment for every pet that stays with us. Because I work from home, I can maintain your dog's usual routine, provide regular walks, playtime, cuddles, and plenty of toilet breaks. I understand that every dog is unique, and I'm happy to accommodate individual needs, whether that's extra exercise, medication, or simply lots of affection and reassurance. My goal is to make your dog feel safe, happy, and part of the family while you're away, giving you complete peace of mind. I look forward to meeting you and your furry friend! **What to Expect During Your Dog's Stay** As I work from home, your dog will have company and supervision throughout most of the day. **Morning** * Morning toilet break and walk * Breakfast (following your dog's usual routine) * Playtime, enrichment, and plenty of attention **Daytime** * Relaxing with me while I work from home * Regular garden breaks and opportunities to stretch their legs * Playtime with my two friendly Labradors if your dog enjoys canine company * Quiet rest periods for naps and relaxation **Afternoon & Evening** * Another walk tailored to your dog's age and energy levels * Dinner according to their normal schedule * Family time, cuddles, and settling down for the evening I aim to keep your dog's routine as close as possible to what they're used to at home. I'll also send regular updates and photos so you can see how they're getting on and enjoy peace of mind while you're away. **Safety, Trust & Environment** Creating a safe, happy, and stress-free environment is at the heart of the care I provide. As I work from home, pets are rarely left alone and receive plenty of attention, supervision, and companionship throughout the day. My home is shared with two friendly Labradors and a rescue cat who are both accustomed to living alongside other animals. I take time to introduce pets carefully and ensure everyone feels comfortable and secure. There are quiet spaces available for dogs who prefer their own area to rest and relax. Before every stay, I like to learn about your pet's routine, personality, likes and dislikes, medical needs, and any behavioural quirks so I can provide care tailored to them. I follow owners' instructions closely, including feeding schedules, exercise requirements, medication, and sleeping arrangements. For dogs staying in my home, they will enjoy regular walks, garden breaks, playtime, enrichment activities, and lots of affection. As someone who works from home, I can maintain a consistent routine and provide frequent updates and photos for your peace of mind. When caring for pets in an owner's home, I treat both the pet and the property with the utmost respect. I aim to keep your pet's routine as normal as possible, ensuring they feel safe and comfortable in their familiar surroundings while you're away. My goal is always to provide a genuine home-from-home experience where pets feel loved, secure, and part of the family.

About: I’ve grown up with dogs, cats, guinea pigs, rats and hamsters! I’ve had 24 years experience with these gorgeous animals and I’m very passionate about patient and loving animal care. About: I have 1 gorgeous Goldador at home.I have experience with newborn puppies as my parents oldest dog has had 2 litters (1st with 10 puppies (1 of them is my fur baby!) and 2nd with 7) so I am capable of looking after lots of dogs at a time and can handle stressful situations. All of my dogs are active at and when at home I take them on long walks daily and make sure they are mentally stimulated. Both of them are very well behaved and I trained them myself and to a very high standard (can do a variety of tricks). I love dogs all shapes and sizes and can easily adapt to any situation. I look forward to meeting your dog and hopefully they will become my new best friend!! I am at home in Norwich for the summer until I go back to university at the end of September and will be available weekdays and weekends with notice I will happily spend time with your dogs in your garden or take them on one of my favourite walking routes to make sure they have the best time with me :)
“My Labrador stayed with Sarah and her family for a week - he isn’t used to staying with strangers but Sarah clearly made him feel safe and comfortable. Sarah took the trouble to meet us for a walk before his stay and sent me lovely photos of him most days, enjoying the sea, swimming in the river and having a happy time with her dog. I would definitely recommend Sarah and I’m positive Jacob would be very happy to stay with her again.”

“This was Gwens first time away from the family and we were worried as she's quite a sensitive dog. Alex was amazing with her, she gave us regular updates and Gwen thoroughly enjoyed her stay. Lots of lovely walks and lots of playing ball. We have no hesitation in using Alex again and thoroughly recommend her. Thanks again Alex and family”

About: I’ve had dogs growing up and have recently lost out Patterdale of 16 years. Have experience of puppy life as well as caring for dogs in their senior years I am an early riser and work from home so looking after your fur baby will be no issue with my daily routine. Longer walks to burn off energy for the younger ones or slow and steady sniffy walks for the OAPs, I’m happy to cater for either We have a secure garden where you dog will be able to roam during the day. The ground floor of the house will be fully accessible for your dog when I am not working but upstairs will remain out of bounds. I work from home where clients visit me so your dog will be left in the open plan living room / kitchen but for no longer than an hour at a time.
“Arwen had a wonderful time with Sofia and I would highly recommend her. When I arrived to take Arwen home she came to greet me but then went back to her bed and didn’t want to come home. And that was after one night so she obviously felt completely at home.”
