About: I have 10 years experience caring for dogs, including my own dogs, and dogs of family members and friends. I have my own dog, Larry, who I absolutely adore. He will stay with my husband whilst I dog sit in other homes. I work full time as a speech therapist, however, much of my work is done from home. Aside from dog sitting, I am available for evenings for dog sitting and walking. My husband Will works from our home, and also has a rover account. He is available to take bookings during week days and also weekends. We have a secure fenced back garden for rest breaks. We are very lucky to live near many open fields for long dog walks, but can also accommodate for older or less mobile dogs.

About: I have owned weimaraners, and sausage dogs. Worked along side military and police dogs. Currently wotkibg on farm estate with numerous gun dogs. Welcoming house with open fire for the dogs to warm up and full asleep infront of. Back enclosed garden and also local walks. I currently work two weeks on two weeks off. So i have plenty of time on my hands tocare for a furry lodger whilst im decorating my house. Pets are treated like part of the family, allowed on sofas, chill infront of the fire and allowed in the bedroom/bed. Im close to thecoast do visits if want to lyme regis for walks.

They have a lot of energy, high prey drive and can be a bit needy at times. Holly took the task very seriously and was highly diligent, asking a lot of good questions in advance, to make sure she had all the information she needed to keep them safe and happy. “Addie was lovely and I would highly recommend her. Sadly my 10 month old Springer was quite a handful and Very hyperactive and certainly not on his best behaviour. Also Addie did not have the space that Otis is used to and I feel this exacerbated his stress levels and caused him to have accidents which does not happen at home. Addie has already let me know she would not look after Otis again and I totally understand this. I would still highly recommend Addie as her communication and experience were so good and I know she worked hard on making Otis enjoy his stay. Finally once again I would highly recommend Addie but not for my Springer. Back to training class for us I think. Thank you Addie for all you did, you were amazing xx”

About: I have taken care of cats of every kind ever since growing up on a farm as a child. I have looked after cats for friends, neighbours and work colleagues for many years. I can go to other people’s homes to feed cats but unfortunately cannot have cats to stay because of my dog Paddington.
About: I have grown up around animals, having dogs for most of that time. I moved over from South Africa in 2020, bringing my wife, Savannah (who will occasionally join on the walks) and more importantly, two rescues with us. Our family has grown to include two Romanian rescues. One foster that ended up being an adoptee and the other is a fostered while he learns to be around people and adjusts to a new way of life before he moves onto his forever home (unless he just ends up staying forever). I understand the complexities of walking with dogs that don't come from traditional local backgrounds and require a different style of walk to make them feel safe and comfortable while out and about. I am always happy to adjust the walk to match the dog from a nice chilled walk around the block for the golden oldies to a brisk, enrichment-filled walk for the younger, more energetic hounds. Currently, I am taking an online dog first aid course and working my way through a Reactive Dog Training course, designed primarily for Romans but suitable for all dogs. With long-term plans on becoming a dog behaviourist to try help more people with anxious dogs. I currently work full-time with a 4-on-4 schedule for the ambulance service, so I will be marking my availability around those shifts. Some of those work days, I may have availability in the afternoons or late evenings in the summer. I have medical experience not only with the two-legged species but also with four-legged ones. Coming from a conservation background in South Africa has helped with this. I am a strong believer in force-free training and focus on rewarding good behaviour, which I find works amazingly with my four rescues who come with an unknown history and get very nervous around people. Out on walks, I try to utilise scent work and other forms of enrichment to make the walk more enjoyable and enriching for the dogs not only working the body but the brain.

About: I’m a massive animal lover and am a proud owner of two gorgeous cats, Ruby and Oscar - both previously from unkind homes but now thriving, and a lovely senior rescue dog from Bulgaria named Rosa who was also previously mistreated. Rosa is dog mad any time she sees one she breaks out of her anxious shell that her past has given her and is very happy straight away. The cats are also fairly used to dogs as we’ve fostered a very bouncy collie shepherd rescue before as well as a Labrador puppy. I think Ruby occasionally thinks she is a dog and will sometimes try to play with them whereas Oscar is a little more skittish. We live around lots of cats so they’re not bothered by them! We've also had or looked after small animals such as guinea pigs, rats, hamsters and have minor experience with reptiles & insects like bearded dragon and stick insects and am happy to care for any animal with the right instructions!

About: I’ve been taking care of animals since I was 6 years old. I’ve had lots of different breeds of dogs in my life and love them all! Being a very patient and present person, dogs and cats seem to get used to me quickly. Working part time and on a freelance basis, I’ve got lots of time to look after pets! I’m very flexible and excited to meet new pets across the city. Unfortunately, where I live I’m not able to have a pet of my own as I don’t have any outside space, so Rover is a great way for me to get my animal fox, as well as helping out pet owners. About: I am a recent university graduate with extensive childhood experience with caring for pets both small (guinea pigs, rabbits and hamsters) and large (dogs and horses). I own a rescue Staffordshire bull terrier and parsons terrier so I understand how to handle and support antisocial dogs or those that need to be monitored around other dogs and small children. About: Iv lived with animals all my life, grew up on a farm and have a passion for working with all types of furry friends! About: I love animals very much, and most of them never refuse petting and treats; for such cases, I always have long artificial nails on my left hand, and treats are kept in my desk drawer. I understand perfectly that every living creature has its own character, interests, and needs, and I am happy to satisfy them. Dogs first appeared in my house about 4 years ago, 2 Labrador mixes, aged 7 and 12. My mom took them from a shelter where we used to volunteer, walking, grooming, and photographing the dogs. In general, we spent time with them in every way possible, helping them socialize and find a home. By that time, I already had 2 cats and 2 rabbits living with me, and we also periodically took in 1-2 cats for treatment or temporary care. Then I moved in with my boyfriend, who has 2 wonderful dogs: a European husky and a Shepherd mix. I spent a lot of time with them since I wasn't working; we walked for at least 4 hours every day. When needed, I bathed and brushed them, never forgetting to treat them with snacks. They would take every free moment to get as close to me as possible so I wouldn't stop petting them. I looked after my friend's cat at his home while he and his wife were on vacation. I followed all recommendations and regularly sent photos and videos of the happy cat. I also occasionally go to help walk dogs and socialize puppies, giving them warmth and attention. Most of the time I spend at home writing a book and drawing, but for that I need inspiration, and every minute that it is absent, I am happy to devote to walks, games, and any other whims of your pet. I would be happy to follow all recommendations for caring for your pet. In case you wish to leave him/her with me, there is a guest sofa, as well as a place for a bed, blanket, or cage if the pet needs one (I do not have my own cage). From the room, there is always access to exit into a fenced garden, and there is also a wonderful park for walks right across from the house. A cat and a rabbit also live with me, but if your pet is not happy with company, I have the possibility to separate them from each other.

About: My family had a boxer dog called Charlie before I was born until I was 6. My grandparents also had a dog until two years ago, who I walked and played with. My neighbour also would being their cocker-spaniel Poppy to our house a few weekends a year, for us to look after, including taking on regular walks, out to the toilet, etc. I would like to petsit a few weekends a year, probably once a month, and am happy to travel to a variety of places for this. About: I LOVE animals! I have always been an animal lover from a very young age and have had dogs in my home! I love both cats and dogs and am a very respectful, responsible young lady who understands the stress when going away to find someone you feel comfortable and happy with in your home! I have a sprokerpoo called Ernie, and we’ve recently had this issue! I work from home with my own business in social media management, so I thought why not offer pet sitting and other services! I also have qualifications in teaching and elderly care so I am an overall compassionate and loving person! As I work from home (or anywhere with internet) I can virtually be free most of the time to pet sit! I drive and am happy to travel to you for petrol fees! If anyone has any questions you can always message! I am very eager to meet, play with and love your pets just as much as you do 🤍 I work for myself, so I choose my own hours! If you have internet in your home (if I’m house sitting) your pet friends will have a companion all day everyday for as long as you need! Working from home means I have availability to walk and drop in to see your little darlings too! In my home, I have a fully enclosed garden and have to make sure everything is put away! (Shoes are my puppy’s favourite!) I am very aware of my surroundings with my dog and what is safe for him to eat/not eat! I work full time for myself from home so this allows me a large amount of flexibility regarding my routine. This is a huge benefit to pet owners I help as I can work around your schedule/your pets schedule at ease! If I have any work calls whilst at your home I will let you know timings in advance, but this will not impact your pet sitting/daycare experience in any way! If your pet is coming to my home. He/she will be safe at all times. I won’t leave your pet if that’s what you require and make sure they are safe and well looked after at all times!
“I have used Agata a couple of times so far and she is really good! Our dog Aris was happy every time he sees her, she is very professional and friendly. She was sending daily pictures and video updates so I was calm that my boy is in good hands. The only disadvantage is that because she is so good, she is always fully booked for months upfront and you need to book very early to avoid disappointment.”

About: I have taken care of dogs for way over 8 years for friends, family and local people to me. From walking to bathing, to feeding and cuddles. I love it all, and love spending overnight time with my furry friends I am currently working part time so have a lot of time for my fury friends, with availability to do overnight stays any days of the week. About: I’m a massive animal lover and am a proud owner of two gorgeous cats, Ruby and Oscar- both adopted from unkind homes (Oscar was terrified to begin with and would pee everywhere for months and Ruby was hissing constantly & very scared. Now Oscar’s toileting troubles are under control and he’s growing in confidence day by day and Ruby is the most outgoing friendly cat I’ve ever met introduces herself to all!), and a lovely senior rescue dog from Bulgaria named Rosa. Rosa is dog mad gets so happy any time she sees one she breaks out of her anxious shell that her past has given her (she was previously used for breeding in Bulgaria kept on a chain and then dumped on a rubbish pile once they found out she had a mammary tumour poor thing). The cats are also fairly used to dogs as we’ve fostered a very bouncy collie shepherd rescue before as well as a Labrador puppy. We've also had or looked after small animals such as guinea pigs (I’ve had up to 30 in total but don’t anymore, used to rescue them) , rats (have only had female rats personally), hamsters (Syrians and Russian dwarfs) and have minor experience with reptiles & insects like bearded dragon and stick insects and am happy to care for any animal with the right instructions! I’m capable of bathing any pet that requires it, I can also carry out nail trims for guinea pigs as this is something I had to do a lot when I was rescuing them. I usually work in an early years setting with young children but during the holidays off all I’m doing is planning for my wedding (exciting I know!!) so have plenty of time to care for any pet that needs it! I’m happy to take on multiple and can come to your home if needed but due to my own pets I’d rather it be my own home however this is something I’m more than happy to discuss! I love walking and playing with dogs and cats too! Big or small doesn’t bother me! I have a fully enclosed fenced back garden to keep your pet safe. I have a two calm yet playful dogs and two cats to keep your pet company. I’m happy to adapt to your pet whatever their needs are. I live near the honiton bottom estuary so they’re are plenty of nice walks and am familiar with many areas in Devon and Cornwall! I’m pretty flexible at the moment but rest assured whatever is decided all I want just like you is for your pet to feel safe and comfortable and you feel at ease about it. More than happy to arrange meet and greets to get to know each other or go on dog walks together previously.

About: I have 10 years experience caring for dogs, including my own dogs, and dogs of family members and friends. I have my own dog, Larry, who I absolutely adore. He will stay with my husband whilst I dog sit in other homes. I work full time as a speech therapist, however, much of my work is done from home. Aside from dog sitting, I am available for evenings for dog sitting and walking. My husband Will works from our home, and also has a rover account. He is available to take bookings during week days and also weekends. We have a secure fenced back garden for rest breaks. We are very lucky to live near many open fields for long dog walks, but can also accommodate for older or less mobile dogs.

About: I have owned weimaraners, and sausage dogs. Worked along side military and police dogs. Currently wotkibg on farm estate with numerous gun dogs. Welcoming house with open fire for the dogs to warm up and full asleep infront of. Back enclosed garden and also local walks. I currently work two weeks on two weeks off. So i have plenty of time on my hands tocare for a furry lodger whilst im decorating my house. Pets are treated like part of the family, allowed on sofas, chill infront of the fire and allowed in the bedroom/bed. Im close to thecoast do visits if want to lyme regis for walks.

“Holly looked after our two lurchers for eight days this summer whilst we travelled to the US. Our dogs are not straightforward to manage. They have a lot of energy, high prey drive and can be a bit needy at times. Holly took the task very seriously and was highly diligent, asking a lot of good questions in advance, to make sure she had all the information she needed to keep them safe and happy. We received frequent updates, photos and videos, and it was obvious they were having a fantastic holiday just like us! We could also see that they had received a lot of one-to-one input from Holly and her partner. We would strongly recommend Holly’s services a to anyone needing a safe, loving, and secure place to take care of their furry friends.”

“Addie was lovely and I would highly recommend her. Sadly my 10 month old Springer was quite a handful and Very hyperactive and certainly not on his best behaviour. Also Addie did not have the space that Otis is used to and I feel this exacerbated his stress levels and caused him to have accidents which does not happen at home. Addie has already let me know she would not look after Otis again and I totally understand this. I would still highly recommend Addie as her communication and experience were so good and I know she worked hard on making Otis enjoy his stay. Finally once again I would highly recommend Addie but not for my Springer. Back to training class for us I think. Thank you Addie for all you did, you were amazing xx”

“Francisco looked after Max for six nights. Max is a very old dog, and Francisco made everything easy for Max and me. Max was treated to special homemade food, and Francisco kept me updated by sending some pictures while I was away. There was medication to administer, and Francisco was incredibly helpful in ensuring I felt reassured throughout Max's stay. It was a great experience, and Francisco is an excellent dog sitter. “It was Gus’ first time away from home so I was a bit nervous but I needn’t have worried! Julie and Joshua were more than I could have ever hoped for. I received plenty of updates and it was a joy to see how happy and content he was - so much so that he protested when it was time to come home! It was a huge plus for us that other dogs were going to be there for day care as Gus is so sociable and had lots of fun with his new friends. What a lovely experience, I couldn’t have asked for more!”
