About: I’ve grown up around dogs and love animals (unless they are rodents!) Ive had experience from 5 week old pups all the way to caring for dogs in their senior years, giving medication, insulin injections etc. After losing our beloved 16 year old Patterdale last year, it’s left a big hole and as much as we don’t feel ready to bring another dog into our lives just yet, I’m certainly missing my dog fix. My dog came before everything - just ask my husband! 🤣 And I will treat yours no different. We are an early rising household so you can drop off as early as you like. We are an active house. I work from home so generally will be able to accommodate walks and feeding at their usual times so not to disrupt their routines. There will be times when I need to go out so a dog that is happy to be left for a couple of hours would fit in nicely but if this isn’t possible I can probably work around it with some notice. Daycare and overnight boarding is available and we are central Yeovil based and easy to find. We have a reasonable size garden with grass and patio, with a mix of sun and shade. The garden is fully secure. Within walking distance of the house there is a small field, a park and plenty of pavement walks. Ham Hill Country Park is only a short drive away so if you’d like them walked here your dog will need to be crate trained for the car journey. All walks will be done on a lead for all of our peace of mind! Inside the house it’s open plan living so your dog will have the run of the ground floor with the exception of my treatment room. The upstairs will remain out of bounds.

She asked a lot of questions in advance and we were really well prepared for the actual care. She has a great and calm approach to the dog. About: I have grown up with dogs and love being in their company. I have experience of looking after many types of dog and would have plenty of time to spend walking and playing with your pet. I work from home part-time (22 hours) so I have plenty of time to care for your dog. I live in a 4 bedroom house with a secure garden. I have two daughters, a 14 year old and a 6 year old, both are very happy and comfortable around dogs. I have a secure fenced garden with plenty of space for your pet to run around. There are lots of great places locally for dog walks, including the local rec. I have no dogs or other animals of my own. I work part-time, from home. This allows me to be flexible to your dogs routine, such as toilet routines, exercise, play, feeding etc. I spend a lot of time at home so your dog will have plenty of company. I have a secure, fenced garden. I am also trained in dog first aid/CPR (September 2022) and have access to a dog first aid kit. I live near plenty of lovely places to walk your dog.

“Gwen's first day-care visit has been a great success! She was a little anxious for about half an hour at the start (she's only every been cared for by us and friends before) but she soon settled. It was so good to receive an update and photos at lunchtime which showed Gwen having a great day. At collection time, it was a joy to find Gwen running around with Coca, playing with toys and feeling very relaxed. We feel very lucky to have found such a lovely family to look after her!”

I am proud foster mum to a stubborn sausage dog (who will be able to stay at his owners when I look after other dogs) and have experience looking after energetic spaniels, barky french bulldogs as well as kind and calm rescue dogs from Macao and Romania. I work from home and my job is very flexible so I can give your dog my full attention either at my home or in the home they are used to. I love spending time with furry friends - cuddles, playtime, long or short walks, I’m super easy, caring and attentive. I work from home, my job is very flexible and I can flex my work diary around commitments so can take time off and have plenty of time for walks, play time or wee breaks. I live in a two bed flat with a balcony and an enclosed garden area. I am near lots of fields and places to walk and let dogs run around
