About: We have both had cats and dogs our whole lives and since moving out of our family homes, we've noticed a distinct gap left by our furry companions. Due to work commitments we are not in a position to have our own full time pet, but look forward to the opportunity to look after yours for you! Between us we have had our fair share of experiences with hard to handle hounds, including tough walks, entertaining and administering medication. So feel relaxed knowing they are in safe hands! Currently I manage my own business from home so can be made available at any time for pick up, drop offs or walks! More than happy to sit throughout the week or on weekends. We live in a spacious ground floor flat in Jesmond with a back garden and Jesmond dene 5/10 mins walk away. I am on a flexible schedule ableing me to walk, sit or check in on pets when needed.

About: I have grown up with pets since I was a baby. Have always had 4 cats and had a malteser dog in my parents home. I also own two kittens myself who are my daily bundle of joy! Before downloading Rover, I have looked after a families home, dog & cat for a two week overnight stay. I also look after a young ladies 2 cats (testimonial written on Rover) on a regular basis. I work till 4-5pm mon-Friday. I could come and pay your cat/dog a visit right after work and stay for a couple of hours. Depending on location I could pop in before work as well to give your fur baby breakfast. I am free all Hours of the weekend. I work in a college and get all the school holidays. So have full time availability then. I am happy to groom both cats & dogs. And would clean litter boxes, provide fresh food and water. More than happy to spend a few hours in your home to include cuddles & play time. Each visit I will send you updates & photo’s/video’s of your pet. I am a very clean and tidy person and will always leave your home as such.

About: I’ve always grew up around dogs and have a cockapoo of my own who is turning 6 this year. He is my pride and joy and have had him since he was a puppy. I should be available to mind your dog when my beloved boy is not in the house which is usually every other weekend as he goes to stay with other family. I work full time so would not be able to take your dog unless I was off work during the week. I am usually available on weekends , please feel free to message so I can check availability and in some cases re- arrange things. I would be available most evenings if required for dog walk or dog sit. My current work schedule is: Monday- 8.30-4.30 Tuesday 8.30-6 Wednesday 8.30- 12.30 Thursday 8.30-6 Friday 8.30- 4.30 My partner finishes work at 2.30 on a Friday. I have a high fenced back yard. I am happy to take any bedding/ blankets belonging to the pet to make them feel more comfortable within my own home. I also allow dogs on my furniture and bed as feel they should be treated like part of the family . The dog would never be left alone within my care where I go they go and if they don’t like social settings that’s fine, walks and chills on the sofa also work for me! For every dog I consider taking I would like to meet the dog and owners to understand the dog and make sure I can meet its needs. I am also happy to send owners updates of the dog when they are under my care as I know it’s Important to know your dog is having a good time!

About: I have 6 years of veterinary care experience, I spent 4 of those years working for a mobile veterinary business so I have plenty of experience visiting other people’s homes to look after their fur babies. I have also done pet sitting for 5 family’s throughout the years. Building my own special bonds with their pets. I have looked after dogs of all ages ranging from puppies to 16 year old golden oldies. I am currently working full time, however have a flexible job in which I could work from home, as well as plenty of free time on weekends and evenings. I live in an apartment with a park just opposite, your pet will have access to plenty of greenery in order to do their business. I currently work part time, my availability is when I don’t work, so I can focus my full attention on taking care of your dogs We have a small yard, however we are 500 yards from the seafront, where we usually take the dogs down the beach or the leas or other parks in the area.

About: I’ve looked after dogs both overnight and during the day, I also have my own dog and regularly look after my parents dog, so can happily administer any medication, do frequent walks, play and brain stimulation. I work part time, am able to visit on most days of the week and do 3 walks a day, I can visit whatever time of day too. I would follow any plans you have for your pet, and make sure they’re also entertained during them being dog sitted, i would look after any additional needs also.

About: I’ve taken care of dogs my whole life, grew up with all kinds of dogs from Alaskan Malamutes to Pugs. Friends and family have relied on me to walk, feed and bathe their dogs. I have a very friendly and excitable Puggle called Queenie and my whole world revolves around her. My previous dog was a Tibetan Terrior who in his older years become rather poorly. He was blind and had diabetes, I had to test his urine (used to run around the garden with a Tupperware box trying to catch it every morning 🤣) and inject his insulin everyday so complex needs are no problem. Very excited to meet all your fur babies ❤️ I’m available Monday through to Sunday at the moment between the hours of 08:00 and 21:00 for walks and drop ins. From the 1st September I’ll be available for walks and drops ins weekday evenings and most weekends. I have a fenced garden and a very friendly little pug to keep your fur babies company! I can crate your dog if necessary while in my care. I can do drop in visits to let your dog out in your own garden, feeding etc. I can walk your dog somewhere you would prefer, where your dog is comfortable or I can take them on adventures. I can do puppy drop ins multiple times a day if also needed. Happy to bring my dog along to any walks/drop ins for socialisation if requested.

About: Hi, I’m Paige! I have grown up caring for dogs of all ages, breeds and sizes. I have a fully enclosed garden with plenty of room to play and a big car for adventures. I work from home so I’m able to keep your pets company through the day, I typically finish between 4-6pm so from then we will be able to go out for long walks at the park or beach. I have experience in catering to a pets individual needs such as administering medication, sticking to diet requirements or making sure that my home is a safe and comfortable environment.

About: I’ve had family dogs since I was 3 years old, looking after other family members and friends’ dogs and I have my own cocker spaniel puppy, so am more than happy to look after puppies! 😊 I work full time, but mainly from home. It isn’t a very demanding job, so I get a lot of time to spend with my dog. I have a fully fenced, secure, big back garden that my puppy runs and plays in constantly, lots of dog toys and tennis balls. There are 2 fields I go to regularly just round the corner from me, which is perfect walking distance in the hot weather especially as it’s not too far. My cocker is massively friendly and thrives off playing with others, more so the same age as him. He is also amazing with kids, I have a 5 year old daughter, so any dogs for daytime will need to be okay with young children.

Looking for the chance to go for long walks with dogs and have some furry company. I have had dogs my whole life and I can’t imagine a better way to spend my days. We have trained every dog we have with the basic commands sit, stay and recall. Myself and my partner work from home so we have plenty time to look after your furry friends. We live on a great location for lovely walks so can walk 3 times a day I have a fenced back garden and an enclosed front garden on the back of a huge field area. We also have a dog flap so there is no issue with going in the garden. The dogs will have free rein of the down stairs of the home and can accommodate crates if needed
