About: I recently relocated to the UK and have over five years of experience working with dogs in my country. I’ve trained Labrador Retrievers and Springer Spaniels in obedience, agility, and scent detection, so I’m great at handling dogs of all temperaments! I also have plenty of experience with puppy care, grooming, and general dog well-being, making sure they’re happy, comfortable, and well looked after. I'm currently working full time, so i am only available on Wednesday and Sunday whole day and other days after 4pm. I'll try to manage and hopefully able to work full time with pups! I’m unable to care for pets in my own home, but I’m more than happy to look after them in their own environment. Whether it’s dog walking, drop-in visits, or pet sitting, I’ll make sure your pup feels comfortable and well cared for.

“Jessica is a wonderful dog walker, reliable, trustworthy and great with animals! She is kind, considerate and a great communicator. You can tell immediately by her approach that she grew up around animals and knows them very well. I am very happy and content knowing my little one gets her walks every day - if you're looking for a great dog walker, could not recommend Jessica enough!”

About: Every dog deserves a fun day out. That’s what I’m here for. I am a dog walker during the week and love all breeds. I only work Monday to Friday so am offering services for those who need to find someone on a weekend. I work Monday to Friday but can occasionally do a late evening during the week. I am free most weekends at any time of day. I treat all animals as if they were my own. I give them time to be comfortable and let them feel as at ease as they can.

“Thanks so much to Maddie. She jumped in at the last minute and was great. We’re not used to using a dog walker and she did things I didn’t think to ask automatically such as checking our dogs water and taking off her harness to make her comfortable. I’ll definitely use Maddie again if we need someone to look after Bella.”

About: An animal lover through and through! Over the years, I've gained loads of experience working for different dog companies and volunteering. I've looked after a range of dogs—from energetic pups who love a good run and play to more chilled-out dogs who prefer a leisurely stroll and nap. I've now started up on my own and joined Rover, excited to offer dedicated dog walking and home care. I've been lucky enough to start building up a nice clientele of my own and also welcome new customers. While I've always been more a doggy person and have a City & Guilds in Dog Walking and a Dog First Aid certificate, pet sitting opened the door to looking after cats too. Now, I have a better understanding of them and truly enjoy caring for them. Pet Sitting & Home Care While pet sitting, as well as caring for your pet, I also offer peace of mind for your property. As a responsible adult, I offer security for your property while you're away. I also take care of general household tasks such as watering plants, taking the bins out, and managing alarms and lights, etc. Location While I'm based in Sutton\Reigate, Surrey, I often travel all over Surrey for sits. I have also travelled to Sussex and Kent in the past, so feel free to inquire. My days are now structured around providing dedicated pet care. Having previously worked for various dog walking companies, I've gained valuable experience in creating a reliable and consistent schedule for furry friends. Now, focusing on my own pet care services allows me to prioritise individual needs and build my routine around walks, playtime, and ensuring the well-being of the dogs in my care. When caring for pets in their own homes, my primary focus is to maintain their established routine and adhere strictly to the owner's instructions. I understand the importance of consistency for pets and aim to minimise any disruption to their usual schedule. During visits, I ensure they receive fresh food and water, administer any necessary medication, and provide ample opportunities for exercise and play as requested. For dog walking, I follow the owner's preferred routes and ensure a safe and enjoyable outing. I also take care of essential tasks like cleaning up after pets and ensuring their environment remains tidy. I provide regular updates to owners, including photos and messages, so they can feel reassured their pets are in good hands. I am always available to answer any questions or address any concerns and treat the owner's home with the utmost respect.

About: Hi! I am looking for friendly dogs that would like to stay in our home. I have a one year old whippet who loves to play and dogs are welcome on all of our furniture. We go for long walks in the woods every day. Dogs need to be toilet trained and happy to travel in the car to the woods each day. I have no children or small furries, but they must be okay with dogs. I like to let Pluto off for a long runs in the woods, if your dog is not good on recall please let me know in your messages. Happy to pick up and drop off to your home if you wish, or for you to drop them off with us.

I grew up with all sorts of animals (huskies, labradors and cockapoos) and cats. I have taken care of many dogs and cats throughout the years, even working for a local dog walking service. Looking after pets is a passion of mine - I enjoy seeing how happy they are, taking them on long walks and giving them plenty of cuddles. Friends, family and neighbours have relied on me to care for their dogs and cats regularly. I am curently working on a personal project, my availability is very flexible so I have plenty of time for walks and care for the animals. When looking after your pets, I will treat them as part of the family. I will make sure to make them feel comfortable, reassure them and give them plenty of love and cuddles. They will come with me on any activities I may have already planned and I will make sure they are safe and taken care at all times. I will take them on at least an hour walk a day, followed by a local walk in the evening. I am surrounded by many parks such as Banstead and Chipstead Common, Happy Valley, Epsom Common and Mercers Lane so you can be rest assured that your furry friend will have a long and fun walk.

About: I’m in my late 20s and love spending time in the outdoors, especially with dogs. We have a small garden and live walking distance from lots of fields- ideal for dog walking. I grew up with dogs around and my mum has a German Shepard which I often take on walks/jogs. I have around 8 years worth of experience of dog loving and caring and I’d love to look after yours! During weekday evenings, Fridays all day and weekends I am available, so I can take your dog for walks or have them stay with me. Can do overnight stays but please check in advance where possible. I have a small garden and live a short walk away from several large fields so I’d make sure to take your dog outside every couple of hours. I can also house-sit if preferred!

About: I’m a 28-year-old registered nurse currently on maternity leave, and I’m looking to stay active, enjoy the outdoors, and spend time with some four-legged friends while earning a bit of extra income. I’ve always loved dogs and have experience caring for both my own pets and those of friends and family. I have had big dogs all my life and only since I have moved out have I not lived with one. I regularly dog sit for family and friends as I am well trusted and experienced in the care of all breeds and natures. I have also had cats and adore them equally, I would be more than happy to cat sit for anybody . I’m reliable, nurturing, and understand the importance of trust when it comes to caring for your dog. Whether your pup needs a brisk walk, some playtime, or just a friendly companion during the day, I’d love to help! Let me know how I can support you and your furry family member! I am on full time maternity leave so I can be very flexible with time, days and distances. I have on hand childcare support where necessary. I have a large one bedroom flat with a balcony. The building allows for dogs but ideally would be most appropriate for a small-medium dog if I need to care for them at mine.

About: I’ve had animals my entire life. Including dogs, cats, fish, rabbits, Guinea pigs, geese and chickens. Now have a dog, outdoor cat and pond fish. My springador passed away last year at 15 1/2 so have experience with senior dogs. I am a recent graduate and looking for something to do whilst job hunting. I am available most days and thought there wasn’t a better way to spend them. I have an enclosed garden in a semi detached house. I also have fields and a river near where I live. I even had a dog friendly park round the corner for the shorter we breaks.

About: I've taken care of dogs ever since I was 13 when my family got Kipper the Lakeland terrier. He lived all the way to 15 years old! We still have another 7 year old Lakeland, Hector, who lives at my parents. I miss having a dog since moving out of my family home with my boyfriend but we're not just ready for one of our own. I am happy to wash and brush dogs (I am also still Hector's hairdresser!) as well as the basics such as walks, feed and all important love and affection. We are located in Redhill, Surrey only a 20 min drive from Gatwick. My boyfriend and I both hybrid work with our days in the office usually being either Tues and Wed or Tues and Thurs. We are also around most weekends. We have a lovely fenced garden already with tennis balls from the previous owner! We recently added some more grass to make it more pet friendly. We are happy for dogs to sit on the sofa but just let us know if you would prefer us not to encourage this.

About: I’ve taken care of dogs for the last 3 years, and I make sure they have the best time while in my care. Plenty of walks, playtime, but also cuddles and relax time and home! I follow owner’s advice to keep everything as consistent as possible for the dog, especially if they’re in training or working towards a particular target. I am currently not working. I’m trying to make the most of the time off while keeping fit going for walks with some 4-legged fun company! I have a very safe fenced garden (you’re welcome to come and see). No other pets live in the property, however I might sometimes look after a friend’s cockapoo, who is friendly and actually not too bother of other dogs (of course introductions will be made prior to any pet-sitting where my friend’s dog might be in the house too). Pets are not allowed upstairs, but this is easily managed as there’s a glass door that leads upstairs and it can be shut. Again, you’re welcome to come and see. Dogs are not allowed on couch, but if previously agreed with owner because that’s what pet is used to or needs, I’m happy to have them up on a provided blanket. Anything for their comfort (yes, I like to spoil them - in a very healthy way). I will look after your dog as if s/he was mine! Actually, that’s a lie, I will probably look after your dog better thank if s/he was mine!

“Alvin is a reliable and trustworthy person who helped me with my dog who was an energetic puppy at the time. Alvin managed my dog's behaviour very well. I would recommend him as a kind and reliable person to care for your pet.”

Izzie P.
“Izzy looked after my dog for a day a few months ago- it was very last minute, as I had to go out for the day/ evening. She was so good with him and they built a rapport straight away. I’ve seen Izzy out on dog walks with both big and small dogs, which is always reassuring, knowing that she has a handle on any breed (mine being a small terror of a terrier). I gave her my instructions (food times, walk times, do’s/dont’s) and left for the day- only feeling like I needed to check in once (more for her sake than my dogs). She responded straight away with an update and a picture- which is always reassuring! I would definitely ask Izzy to help out again. I was so at ease all day and it meant I could really enjoy myself.”

“Kris has a genuine love for dogs and all animals, she has looked after several spaniels and a cockapoo regularly. She has a very kind and friendly nature and is always very responsible. Her house has a very secure garden for dogs to enjoy during the day and she is always keen to take them for a long walk.”

Megan L.
“I work with Meg in the police and I can honestly say I have never seen someone with more of a kind heart towards all sorts of pets, most noticeably dogs as she is always first to go and interact with them with owners permissions of course. Unfortunately in her role she comes across all sorts of pets including those being neglected so will always prioritise their needs first, she can pick up on cues on how dogs will react to avoid any unnecessary accidents. She has cared for my families dogs on several occasions and we wouldn't take them anywhere else.”

Lauren L.
“Lauren has looked after our family dog while we were away before and she was awesome! Super reliable, really sweet with our girl and kept us updated the whole time. Totally trusted her and would 100% ask her again!”

“Harriet is a lovely and reliable animal lover. She cared for my elderly rabbit, giving her medicine, a lap to sit on and cleaning her litter tray. She recently rescued a lost swift and took him to a rescue centre. If you want someone who has patience, time and energy to give your pets as good a break as you, look no further. Harriet meticulously follows instructions and will treat your loved ones as if her own.”

“I highly recommend Jen for dog sitting! She takes amazing care of my cockapoo, and has done for years. She’s always flexible with timings and sends updates of how my dog is doing so we know that he’s having a great time. I’d definitely book with Jen again! 10/10”
