About: I previous worked in a dog kennels and cattery this gave me lots of experience working with all different types of dogs and cats, and how to manage different pets differently. As well as this I have a T-level in animal behavioural welfare that has educated me on how to look after animals correctly. I’ve always had dogs of my own growing up and I always treat other peoples pets like they’re my own. Working with dogs and cats alone I’ve had over a decade of experience growing up with them but in a working environment I’ve had four years. I’m currently working part-time working at least once every weekend and on the afternoon during the week this gives me plenty of time to look after pets in the morning or around work. I have studied animal behaviour and welfare and have worked in a dog kennels and cattery before therefore I know how to care for a range of dogs and cats. Both my dogs are very friendly and well trained.

About: I'm El! I had a dog from when she was a puppy right through to old age. We trained her with various commands when she was young as well as monitoring her care and medication when she was older. I have also helped with friends and families dogs with day to day care (fed, walked, bathed etc). I currently only have weekends and evenings/nights available to look after pets. I can also only look after pets in their owners home as mine is under renovations. Caring for pets in their owners home will needs to be discussed on a case by case basis for the pet and the owner. I will always enter caring for a pet with compassion and a nurturing mindset. Looking after a pet in their owners home I would need to understand the boundaries already in place and would want to know their expectations for their home and their pet before before services being agreed.

About: I am an animal lover and hold my pet first aid and CPR certificate. I have over 5 years of hands-on experience caring for dogs of all ages, from puppies to seniors. I am comfortable with administering oral medications, and providing extra attention for pets with additional needs. I also have experience in caring for cats of a range of ages from energetic kittens to relaxed older cats. I also have personal reptiles too, owning two tortoises and a leopard gecko. My experience, reliability, and love for animals help me create a safe and happy environment for your animals. I am a mature student at the University of York living in central York. With most of my work being done online I am flexible to make lots of time for walks and playtime! I prioritize safety, trust, and comfort in every visit. I create a secure environment by keeping pets supervised, following your pets usual routines, and ensuring they have fresh water, meals, and plenty of love and attention. I respect each pet’s individual needs and personality, making sure they feel calm, happy, and cared for at all times.

About: I’ve been surrounded by animals since been born and looked after different species of dogs and cats since they were young. I’ve helped train and teach them on what to do. I’ve helped more in the past few years with been older and sitting my families animals when they are away I am currently at uni where I’m there 2 days a week but varies all the time, and I also work part time at a pharmacy which I am changing my hours soon to fit around university. I have a fenced off garden space which is fine to allow dogs in for the toilet. There is a big downstairs space which is enough to allow the animals in and run about and sleep.

About: I understand that leaving your pet with someone new can feel like a big decision, so my priority is always to make sure they feel safe, comfortable and well cared for while you’re away. I’m happy to follow your pet’s usual routine, including walks, feeding times, playtime and plenty of attention and cuddles if they enjoy them. I also understand that every pet is different, and I’m happy to take the time to get to know their personality and what makes them feel comfortable. For house sitting, I’m respectful of your home and will treat it with the same care and consideration I would expect for my own. I look forward to meeting your furry friend! 🐾 I work in an office Monday to Friday, usually from 9am to 5pm, but I have the flexibility to WFH when needed. This means I can be quite flexible with pet care, especially for longer stays. My weekends are completely free, so I’m available to give pets plenty of time, attention and company. I’m happy to work around their usual routine and make sure they feel comfortable and well cared for while you’re away. I’ll care for your pets in their own home, where they already feel safe and comfortable. I believe keeping their usual environment and routine can make a big difference while you’re away. I’ll follow your instructions carefully, give them plenty of attention and make sure they feel happy and relaxed in their own space. I’ll also treat your home with the same care and respect I would expect for my own, so you can have peace of mind knowing your pets are in good hands while you’re away.

About: I have several experiences of looking after cats and dogs. Both walking dogs, cat sitting where I have fed with and played with cats. I enjoy looking after pets and giving them enrichment I am free in the evenings and on Sunday and Mondays at the moment. So would be be able to fit it it around my schedule. I would help with feeding pets and follow clear instructions. I am more than happy to play and spend time with pets, clean up litter etc. I love walking dogs and playing fetch with them.

About: Hi! I'm Hope, a medical student based in Milton Keynes who has always enjoyed being around animals. Growing up with two cats and a mini schnauzer, I know the importance of knowing your pet is in safe, competent hands with somebody you can trust when you are away, and I promise to deliver excellent care while giving you that peace of mind. Whether your pet needs a walk, daily care or just some company, I'd be happy to help while keeping you updated through the process. I have enjoyed previous dog walking and cat-sitting for family and friends, and I am eager to continue this through Rover. In term time I am a university student, however I do not have many contact hours so I am very flexible in what times and days I can provide care for your pet! I will follow the instructions for your individual pet and provide them with a calm presence when I take care of them while taking notice of their body language to assess what they need. Additionally, in the case of home visits I will ensure your house is locked and secure after I leave.

About: Are you looking for a regular dog walker to walk your beloved pooch? I'm offering a solo dog walking service, just for your dog. The walk will be in your local area and can be either a half or full hour. So if your work takes precedent or you are unable to manage the walk because of health or other priorities then I could be your man. Having taken a very early retirement, I've had experience working as a specialist dog handler. I now find myself with a lot of free time and I'm looking to do what I love most and that's, spending more time with dogs. I offer a 9am walk and a 4pm walk and I'm also available for a drop in visit in between, if you need it. These times can be flexed by agreement one hour either side. Skills: • Feeding and administering medication. • Dog walking & exercise. • Patient with nervous dogs. • Previous dog handling experience & training from my previous employment. • Basic first aid. Available Monday to Friday to walk your dog. Puppies accepted and I'm happy to provide some basic training tips to new dog owners if required. I have dog walking insurance ( not that it's needed) and I'm enhanced DBS checked. Your dog will be well cared for whilst in my custody and looked after with love.

About: I’ve taken care of numerous dogs, aging from pups to seniors. I have maintained training programmes, as well as managing nervous and aggressive dogs. My experience in care work means I am exceptionally attentive and empathetic. I have a flexible schedule as a student. I am looking for part time work, and I am happy to work around pet owners requirements. My approach differs between cats and dogs. Cats: I keep a calm, quiet environment with no loud noises or surprises. I like to give the cat the space it deserves, and allow it to approach me when ready for cuddles or playing. With my Level 3 Animal Care Diploma and knowledge of dog behaviour, I’m confident recognising body language, managing different temperaments, and ensuring every dog feels safe, relaxed, and well cared for. About: I’ve solely taken care of my step dads husky on the weekend for the past four years including walks, feeding, baths and overnight stays☺️ I have 2 chihuahuas currently at home, but as a uni student i am missing my furry babies and would be honoured to spend time with your loved animals! i have been around animals my entire life, i can handle both large and small breads. i can provide any routine that your dog needs and accommodate to all their needs and preferences! i would love to help out in any way :) im currently on a 0 hour contract and im lucky to get one shift a month, im a uni student but i have 4 days free a week (including the weekend) i can try my best to fit around your schedule just pop me a message! About: Ever since a young age, i have taken care of all animals due to family and friends pets. My Grandmother, who had 7 dogs and 3 cats, taught me how to care for animals both stray and tamed from the age of a puppy to an elderly dog. This taught me many skills on how to care for animals, fulfilling not only their physical needs but emotional too. I am currently on the summer break with no jobs and no upcoming holidays trying to save for university and will therefore be free daily for anyone who needs any pet sitters or dog walkers. I currently only have a cat at the moment as my dog lives with my dad in Scotland, however, i can ensure your pet, whether thats a dog, cat or other, will be kept safe and entertained. As long as boundaries regarding the animal are understood beforehand they will be kept safe and secure.
