Lifelong Dog Lover Ready to Walk, Wag & Play!
I’ve been around dogs my whole life, from walking a big Weimaraner as a kid to helping care for my family’s two energetic working cocker spaniels when I visit. I’m experienced with high-energy breeds, comfortable walking multiple dogs at once, and always take the time to make sure each dog feels safe and happy. I also have experience supporting animals with different temperaments, and I’m happy to adapt to each dog’s specific needs whether it’s gentle encouragement for nervous pups or plenty of playtime for the energetic ones!

Ewan had my dog at short notice and made her feel very welcome
My gorgeous girl had such a good time with Ewan, after playing and treats she even felt comfortable enough with him to have a fully relaxed sleep, I love that Ewan took pictures of her day and as it was her first time messaged me within an hour to let me know she was happy and settled, I’ll definitely be booking daycare again
The girlies love staying with uncle Ewan. Great comms, attentive to the girls and good walks
Ewan once again looked after Dexy very well, especially during the heat wave, he was very considerate. Fully recommend him and would definitely use him again.

My partner is a junior doctor, so I often have the house to myself and plenty of time and flexibility to dedicate to pet care. Whether it’s daytime company, evening cuddles, or early morning walks, I’m happy to fit around your dog’s needs and routine.

I live in a three bed detached house in Acomb, offering plenty of space for dogs of all sizes to relax, play, and feel at home. The house has a good-sized private and secure garden, giving dogs a safe outdoor space to enjoy throughout the day. We’re also just over the road from a large field and close to several green spaces, making it easy to provide regular walks, exercise, and fresh air. I always aim to create a calm, secure, and loving environment where pets feel safe, happy, and well looked after during their stay.
Ein typischer Tag
A typical day with me includes plenty of walks, playtime, and cuddles! I love heading out for relaxed strolls or more adventurous walks depending on your dog’s energy levels, especially through York’s green spaces and riverside paths. At home, there’s time to rest, play with toys, and enjoy some company (and maybe a treat or two if allowed!). I keep to your pet’s usual routine as closely as possible to help them feel comfortable, safe, and happy while they’re in my care.
