“Hannah & Aiden are both lovely. We are 100% going to get them to sit for us again. They had our two rescue dogs and our puppy for a week, and all of the dogs felt at ease with them right from the get go. Two of our dogs suffer from anxiety and it's often a struggle for new people to get them into their harnesses and out walking initially, but Aiden and Hannah had no issues. They even managed to do medication. All the dogs had lovely walks and we got lots of nice photos back. Some people are just naturals with animals and animals feel safe with them, so we are really greatful to have found them.”

About: I’ve had dogs of all breeds from a young age, with currently four dogs myself. Two of are the pups of the third who I helped home birth. Great at working with dogs of all behaviours, whether anxious or full on playful souls. I currently work part time but with days off to fit around pet care. I have the school run to do with a period after school of caring for my children Caring for dogs in your home allows me to stick to any of their routines and keep them comfortable with their surroundings. Ensure plenty of play and stimulation time is provided along with doggy cuddles.

“We booked Nicky to look after our 6 month old puppy and our cat for 5 days over Easter. We’d booked this holiday before we knew we were getting a puppy so felt nervous about leaving her for the first time and so young. She’s also a giant breed so we needed someone with experience. And we’d never left anyone to stay in our house before. Nicky was great - she came and met us before we confirmed the booking. And she came and walked our pup before the holiday - it really put our mind at rest, and that she was an experienced dog owner (of a large breed). She was happy to spend the time at our house with our puppy, playing with her and taking her on walks. The house was clean and tidy when we returned ? Her communication throughout was great. We couldn’t have asked for more and will be using Nicky again ?”

About: Hello! I am a dog and cat lover, and have lots of experience with both kinds of pets. I have spent a lot of time with my aunts dogs - Labradors and mixes - some of whom have struggled with anxiety. My aunts dogs have primarily been Guide Dog rejects, they have gone through the training but ultimately didn’t pass their tests. I also have experience dog/house sitting for up to a week. My family has a cat and I have volunteered at cat shelters previously so I’m well equipped to care for cats too. In my free time I love to run, read, and do yoga, and I have lots of energy so I’m ready to tire out your pup. I am available days/evenings Mon-Fri.

“Nina looked after our french bulldog Bella in our own home for the weekend (Friday-Sunday) whilst my family & I went to a family wedding. Beforehand, Nina gladly came over to meet Bella, finding out everything she needed to know in order to look after her well. This included checking Bella's routine, diet, habits etc. We knew that Nina would be popping in throughout the weekend but we feel that she went above and beyond. As we felt Bella did not need overnight visits, Nina came first thing in the morning to let her out etc and stayed for every visit at least 2-3 hours - visiting throughout the day for extended periods, before settling her for bed. Nina also sent us regular photos and videos which reassured us that Bella was being well cared for. In addition, Nina helped to train Bella which was definitely an added bonus. We 100% trusted Nina & could not have found a better dog sitter. We would absolutely recommend Nina to anyone requiring a pet sitter. Thank you so much for taking care of our family dog so well x”

About: Ive always been in an animal environment, growing up on a small holding and having dogs as part of the family unit. I've walked lots of dogs as part of my previous role as a carer which involved walking the customers companion. The daily dog walks were a lovely part of the role and gave the customer the reassurance their beloved pet was getting all the daily physical requirements as well as all the love they need. Lots of flexibility . I can usually provide services at short notice l. At home there are two young people 16, 9 but no pets at the current time I have a small front garden suitable for quick wee breaks and I'm close to amazing north Dorset countryside with some fantastic walks. The walks are varied depending on the dogs requirements for exercise.

“Hannah is brilliant! This was the first time we left our pup with someone she doesn't really know, so we were a bit anxious but didn't need to be at all. Hannah is absolutely fab, sending updates and pics whilst we were away. Our pup Willow loved her straight away. Eating all her food (which is the first thing to stop when she is unsettled) and settling down on the sofa next to Hannah straight away. Hannah is a very caring person and the dogs can definitely tell. She used her initiative to make sure Willow was as comfortable as could be and played lots of toys with her. Will definitely be booking Hannah again.”

Walks are built into my daily routine, with easy access to fields, woodland, and quiet rural footpaths right from my doorstep. I can adapt to your dog’s usual routine, whether that’s early morning walks, multiple shorter walks, or more active exercise. I’m available for both weekdays and weekends and can be flexible with drop-off and collection times where needed. Your dog will be cared for in a calm, safe, and secure rural environment. I have a large, fully fenced garden where dogs can safely explore and play, as well as direct access to quiet countryside walks. I have a well-trained, gentle Labrador who is great with other dogs and helps create a relaxed, social environment. I’m experienced in managing multiple dogs and understanding different temperaments, ensuring all dogs are introduced and supervised carefully. I’m happy to follow your dog’s usual routine closely, including feeding, sleeping arrangements, and any specific needs. Crating is absolutely fine if that’s what your dog is used to, and I’m also comfortable caring for puppies who aren’t yet house trained.

About: I have grown up with pets since early childhood and love mostly the company of dogs! I am familiar with all kinds of breeds (inc GSD, dachshund and Spinones) but particularly rescue dogs. Conscientous and attentive to needs of doggos, we currently have a Brittany spaniel rescue from Cyprus who is a charming boy, so we are very used to nervous and skittish dogs too. We have a 3 bedroom home with a large secure garden - perfect for playing or lounging around in the sunshine. We also have lots of great (and quiet) walks from our doorstep and live in a safe neighbourhood. My partner and I work full time but are able to be quite flexible with looking after your four legged family member. My employer is dog friendly and I work in a shared office so your pooch may come to work with me (depending on their needs), or if they prefer a quieter environment, they can stay at the house and be visited frequently by my partner or I. If your dog has separation issues we must know about this ahead of booking, as we both work full time and so cannot guarantee 24/7 care (though sometimes I can be more flexible with work if I know in advance). I work full-time. Depending on the dogs needs, they may come to work with me in an office or will be located less than 10min walk away from work location where I can do regular checks. My partner and I manage this account together, but as we both work full time, we cannot commit to 24/7 care, so your dog will need to be comfortable with being left for 3 hours. I am active myself, so if they are able, I will run with Fred my dog - yours is welcome to join, or we will walk instead (45-60min). Lunchtime will be a short walk around 20min. Evening walk is 30-60mins. Plenty of off lead opportunity. Weekends are spent at the beach, the woods or at the river. Your dog will join us for all, including plenty of coffee shop trips and shopping! Fenced garden, dogs are allowed on furniture at home. I have a neutered male dog who will keep yours company! Crating can be accommodated. We also usually have a WiFi camera we can give owners access to. If your dog is not a fan of other dogs, let me know as we can come to some elegant arrangement with Fred our dog for short stays. We can accommodate all types of diet. Fred has been on raw food before and so we are comfortable with that.

About: Ted and I are very active and take several good walks a day. We are always out exploring expect a happy, adventurous and fun loving time for your dog with Ted and I as we are used to hourly morning and evening hikes. I am a professional, calm and good leader for dogs. I'll communicate well with lots of Whats app photos and videos calls. No problem at all. I am always out and about with Ted on the weekends. Your dog is welcome to join the adventure, or I'm happy to just sit and keep the care local, if that suits your pet. I am a teacher and so I have plenty of availability during school holidays too. I have a well behaved, fun loving Springer of my own who travels everywhere with me. He's 5 and often has challenging dogs board with him as he is calm and loving. He's an energetic and playful lad too.
