I am always ready to step in when a family member or friends go away and need a pet sitter. I am currently at university but only in 2 days a week so am free lots of the time. About: I’m a lifelong animal lover and experienced dog owner with many years of hands-on experience caring for my own dogs. I currently have two small, friendly dogs of my own, so I understand just how important it is to find someone you can genuinely trust with a much-loved member of the family. I’m patient, attentive and very happy to adapt to each dog’s individual personality and routine, whether that means leisurely sniff-filled walks, playtime, plenty of cuddles or simply some quiet company. I’m also comfortable caring for older dogs and dogs who prefer a gentler pace. Your dog’s safety and wellbeing will always come first, and I’m happy to follow their normal feeding, walking and care routines closely. I’ll also send regular photos and updates so you can relax knowing they’re happy and well cared for. My schedule is flexible, which allows me plenty of time to give your dog the attention and care they need. I’m available for regular or occasional walks, drop-in visits, doggy day care and overnight boarding. I’m happy to work around your dog’s existing routine wherever possible, including their usual walk, meal and rest times. I live with my partner Joe, who loves animals too and may occasionally help me with pets staying in our home. He is registered with Rover as an additional caretaker so your pet is always in safe hands. I have a secure, fenced garden and two friendly small dogs of my own. Any visiting dog would be introduced to them carefully, and I’m very happy to arrange a meet and greet beforehand to make sure everyone is comfortable. I’ll follow your dog’s normal feeding, walking and sleeping routines and any specific care instructions you provide. Dogs in mine and Joe’s care will receive plenty of attention and will always be treated as part of the family.

“Maddie was excellent in taking care of our three babies (kitties) and provided me with plenty of reassurance while we were away. She asked all the right questions beforehand, sent plenty of updates and photos and went above and beyond to make sure our three were comfortable and fed (even when Rossi wasn’t eating she persisted and tried various things until he did!). There were quite a few tasks involved and Maddie did every single one within only hour drops ins, all while ensuring the kitties were given attention, love and care. The house was super clean when we came home & she made sure everything was secure. I’m very happy we met and I will be happy to have Maddie take care of the babies again!”

I am confident with all dogs, including reactive dogs and understand the importance of training and using a consistent approach. Your pets will have free run of the house and the secure garden. I always offer and encourage a free initial visit your dog/s to become familiar with me and my home. I have a large fenced garden to keep your pet safe. I allow pets on the settees and the bed unless asked not to do so. I am happy to follow any instructions from the owner. I tailor the walks to the needs of your pet and will use the commands that you instruct, to maintain consistency in training.

About: I have always taken charge since I was a kid, I always wanted to be involved taking care of my dogs and cat. This makes me feel very comfortable around dogs and allows me to thrive in there company, wether thats on the sofa or on a long walk. I am flexible on how to fit your pet into my schedule, as i have just finished full time education but currently have a part time job, the hours when i am free can vary from week to week. I offer cuddles, lots of yummy treats and a calm environment for your pets to be in, my no.1 priority is their happiness and enrichment. I started helping out a friend with her dog sitting jobs and it's continued from there. I've dog sat and walked , cat sat and checked up on friends and clients pets. One off walks and regular walks. From small senior Jack Russell to two bounding golden retrievers. I've had a good few years of experience now to offer more services . I'm currently working part time so I have the time to schedule in walks, house sitting/pet sitting and call ins. I have one ongoing walk with a Jack Russell and would like to take on more pet care work. Depending on what the owner wants , whether it's a routine walk, a pop in or a stay over. I'm happy to do it all. Happy to follow instructions to make sure your babies are happy and calm. My cat is an outdoor cat but understand some prefer theirs to stay in. With dogs I can make sure they are well seen to and will make sure I know how long they don't mind being left alone. Can pop in to fill up water and food bowls or to let any out to use to toilet.

About: I currently have Leah & Jake, my 2 Border Collies. We're always out and about up on Saddleworth Moor having walkies... There's no better feeling than being outdoors with dogs.. I currently don't work, so I'm home all day now. Home sitting is available on Friday & Saturday nights. Unfortunately, I can't board pets due to my own dogs/cats/snakes etc My pets want for nothing. They are loved and cared for as family members. My cats and dogs have full roam of my house and also sleep on my bed if they want to.

About: I've grown up with animals, especially dogs. Whether it was my grandparents' German Shepherd or my own Jack Russell, I have an affinity with animals. I'm currently studying part-time and work part-time so there's a bit of flexibility for dog walking but it depends on my shift pattern. I'm an early riser, so morning walks are absolutely fine! I work 3 days a week in Lindley Huddersfield – pet sitting would be suitable if on certain days they can be left alone. Unfortunately I can't care for pets in my own home. Not because I don't want to but it's a rented property in a listed building.
