About: Hi! I’m a lifelong dog lover based between Leeds and Manchester, we recently were devastated to lose our fox red Labrador, Callie. We have everything a dog could want, and a lot of love to dive, visiting dogs tend to settle in quickly and feel at home. I work from home full-time in an open-plan house, so your dog will always have company, supervision, and plenty of attention throughout the day—no long periods left alone. Our home is a relaxed, dog-friendly space where dogs are treated like part of the family. We’re lucky to have a fully enclosed garden with a secure double-gate system, so dogs can safely enjoy being outside whenever they like (weather permitting!). When it’s dry, they’re free to roam in and out as they please. Exercise is a big part of our routine. Our dog used to get three walks a day, usually up on the local moors and hills or along the canal—plenty of variety, fresh air, and stimulation. My wife, Lydia, is also a huge dog lover and often joins in, which means we can walk dogs separately if needed to suit their pace, personality, or training requirements. I understand how important it is to feel confident leaving your dog with someone, so I’ll always keep you updated with photos, messages, and reassurance while you’re away. I’m out with our dog on walks twice a day so have no problem with walking responsibilities, and love a longer explore with the dog at the weekend. I have a fully enclosed garden, and I work looking on to it, so am always paying attention to the dogs. Our home is very pet friendly, with laminate flooring and an open plan downstairs, so dogs can have space but also always be seen.

About: Hi! After using Rover for my own dog care in the past I know how important it is to find the right home for your dog. I've had my own dogs for the last 10 years including a puppy and an older rescue. I honestly love dogs of all shapes and sizes and I will ensure I give your dog the perfect home away from home. I have experience with a variety of breeds and have also volunteered and received dogs trust training a couple years ago. I understand dogs are all different and I'm happy to support and match their routines to make them comfortable in my home. I also live in a perfect village area for dogs with plenty of public and private walks and dog friendly cafes! I have plenty of time for walks, toilet breaks and cuddles! I can fit my routine around the routine of the dog in my care, just reach out and let me know what's required. I have a fenced garden with bifold doors that can be left open for easy access to potter outside. I have experience with administering dogs with medication including oral, topical and injections. I also understand and recognise the importance of dog body language -when they are happy, distressed or anxious. Your dogs safety and happiness will always be my main priority.

About: I currently have Leah & Jake, my 2 Border Collies. We're always out and about up on Saddleworth Moor having walkies... There's no better feeling than being outdoors with dogs.. I currently don't work, so I'm home all day now. Home sitting is available on Friday & Saturday nights. Unfortunately, I can't board pets due to my own dogs/cats/snakes etc My pets want for nothing. They are loved and cared for as family members. My cats and dogs have full roam of my house and also sleep on my bed if they want to.

About: I've grown up with animals, especially dogs. Whether it was my grandparents' German Shepherd or my own Jack Russell, I have an affinity with animals. I'm currently studying part-time and work part-time so there's a bit of flexibility for dog walking but it depends on my shift pattern. I'm an early riser, so morning walks are absolutely fine! I work 3 days a week in Lindley Huddersfield – pet sitting would be suitable if on certain days they can be left alone. Unfortunately I can't care for pets in my own home. Not because I don't want to but it's a rented property in a listed building.

About: I have always had a pet in my home, whilst growing up I have cared for both dogs and cats and have had my two cats for 17 years as i’ve grown up learning how to care for them. I have also stepped in for any family or friend who has needed animal care whilst away. About: I have always taken charge since I was a kid, I always wanted to be involved taking care of my dogs and cat. This makes me feel very comfortable around dogs and allows me to thrive in there company, wether thats on the sofa or on a long walk. I am flexible on how to fit your pet into my schedule, as i have just finished full time education but currently have a part time job, the hours when i am free can vary from week to week. I offer cuddles, lots of yummy treats and a calm environment for your pets to be in, my no.1 priority is their happiness and enrichment. I started helping out a friend with her dog sitting jobs and it's continued from there. I've dog sat and walked , cat sat and checked up on friends and clients pets. One off walks and regular walks. From small senior Jack Russell to two bounding golden retrievers. I've had a good few years of experience now to offer more services . I'm currently working part time so I have the time to schedule in walks, house sitting/pet sitting and call ins. About: I’ve been pet sitting for friends for a few years now and even helped my roommate raise her kitten including flee treatment and litter training. I’ve had experience pet sitting for multiple pets at once both cats and dogs and overall love spending time with and taking care of cats and dogs alike. I am currently a uni student. I have full time availability, from Monday to Sunday, days and nights until October for the summer holidays where I will be back to part time availability I have stayed overnight at friend’s houses before to pet sit for both cats and dogs.
