“We felt very lucky to have had Kyal looking after our dog and home whilst we were in holiday. We kept in touch throughout the holiday (mainly to calm my anxieties as we had not done this before) about leaving our very boisterous golden retriever pup in the hands of someone we had only just met. I need not have worried at all, with his regular updates, little bits of film of the dog I was completely reassured. Kyal also used a map app to demonstrate where he had taken the dog for walks, it was clear the dog was having a big adventure too. I would highly recommend Kyal and we will most definitely be calling on him again in the future.”

About: My mum had a full time pet grooming business growing up so from 13 years old I always wanted to step in and help wherever I could even if it was to give out treats, I love both cats and dogs and have been pet sitting both aswell as reptiles for 3 years, i can give oral medications if necessary and i’m confident with care for disabled animals who may need expressing etc. i have personal experience with deaf and blind animals. id love to help you out where possible for dogs and cats of any size, breed and temperament :) I sometimes work one day a week on a Sunday in the afternoon helping my mum with her dog grooming business if necessary so I have lots of time to give to other pets and I’m super flexible with notice! :) At the pet owner’s home I am more than happy to do walks as frequently as possible I’m a very active person so this is no problem! I’d love to make the sitting unique to each pet and owner and making notes to your specific routine is a must, my communication is very fast and you can contact at any time, I’m not afraid to contact you if I’m unsure on something.

She came for a meet up before hand so that she could meet us and our dogs which we really appreciated as it’s such a scary thing leaving your precious fur babies, especially as it’s a first time for us and in a place that we don’t know all that well as holiday makers. Cara made us feel at ease and the dogs loved her straight away. She sent us lots of beautiful photos of our boys enjoying their walk and time with her. Can’t thank you enough, Cara! x”

About: I have owned and bred dogs for the last 30 years, I have extensive experience of all breeds, and am able to look after any breed. I can provide everything that said dogs need whilst in my care. I take pride in being able to do this. Due to the location of my home, I can also provide exercise for whatever the specific breed requires. Please ensure your pooches, are up to date with all treatments that are specific to the individual. Please also ensure if your dog needs medication, that you bring enough for the duration of the stay, Specific food for the dog will also need to be brought for the duration, to ensure a smooth and enjoyable stay. I will always have weekends free to dog care, for any and all aspects, and all breeds. My time will be spent exclusively dog sitting for a member of your dog household I have a huge garden for toilet breaks, I can crate if needed, there is a also a dog bed within the house, no children and a quiet environment for all breeds to relax in.

About: I’ve always had pets growing up as a child, I have taken care of 4 dogs since I was 8. My love for them keeps growing with the years. I have taken care of any animal found abandoned on the street or badly treated, for me they all deserve care and love. I have volunteered at animal sanctuaries so I feel confident to take care of any sort of dog or cat. I am used to having lots of pets around, I love to walk them, cuddle, feed and bathe if needed. I am used to all sort of ages and breeds. I’m a freelance writer and I work mostly from home. I have plenty of flexibility and free time during the week. I share my house with my two friends who both adore animals and would give them much love. I miss my family dogs very much and taking care of your pet would make me so happy. I am always looking forward on spending some time with a four legged friend! I have a quiet backyard, it has a lovely shade and it’s very peaceful, so it is perfect for a day sitting. For the night I am happy to have your pet over unless it’s a big dog then I would prefer staying over at the owner’s home. I am very tidy and respectful, I will leave your house just as I have found it and I do believe the animal will feel safer being at their own home.
