About: I grew up with the craziest Maltese, who I trained from a puppy until I left for university, so I’ve always had dogs around me. I’m often at home and regularly look after my friends’ dogs, whether that’s keeping them company, playing with them, or taking out. I also enjoy running, swimming and other outdoor activities, and I’d love to have a dog join me whenever appropriate. I’ve always found that animals naturally seem to feel confortable around me, and most importantly, dog person for life! I’m a postgraduate student living in Falmouth with a part time job. I’m usually at home for most of the day unless im out doing an activity involving some sort of exercise I live in a spacious house with five friends, a courtyard, and plenty of room for dogs. About: I am a student who has looked after dogs for all I can remember. From walking my dogs at home, to fostering medical alert puppies, and volunteering at a kennels, I love dogs. Im often at home, or out and about- I teach several surf lessons a week and work remotely the rest of the time- am always outside and always up for taking the dog for a walk or giving it a cuddle on the sofa. I tend to be up around 7:30ish in the morning. We are able to leave the garden open whenever we want as it is totally enclosed. I have a relatively large enclosed grass garden. Pets allowed on sofas. We’re very relaxed - it’s a very clean and tidy but well lived-in house. Always people at home. Having a dog is a dream of mine but I can’t get one because I don’t know my long term plans, so this is a perfect compromise!

About: My family has always owned dogs so I have a lifetime of personal experience. I volunteered and multiple animal sanctuaries and zoos growing up and I worked for pets at home for more than three years where i specialized in dog care. I am available most days and weekends for any bookings and will normally be happy to take bookings on short notice. The safety of the pets come first and for that reason I would make sure to supervise them and if in the garden make sure its enclosed and has no open gates. I work part time and have a very flexible daily schedule. The best thing to do is contact me with the dates and times you require and I will do my best to accommodate. The safety of your pets is my top priority, on our walks I like to keep them on the lead untill in certain they will listen to commands from me.

My cats always have full bellies and are very happy I am free most weekdays and some weekends, I am available more in the evenings but if you need a day let me know and I’ll see what I can do :) I ensure my cats are given time to go outside to get some fresh air and make sure they are fed twice a day, their litter is changed every single day. I of course make sure their water bowl is always full. My cats have a large scratch post and warm bed for them to use whenever they want. About: I hold a 4* rating with Cornwall Council for home dog boarding. I was brought up on a farm and have been around all sorts of animals all of my life. I have Buddy, a small Italian Greyhounf. I like to specialise in small dogs, and am happy to have dogs on an individual basis. Dogs are treated as I would my own, and have snuggly beds and blankets in all rooms! Plenty of walking and playtime will also be provided. I am currently at home full time so any dogs in my care will have my full attention! About: Worked with dogs in the Singapore zoo, with an adoption programme with local SPCA to help rescues to get adopted and running an educational talks about adopting pets instead of buying them. Have experience in training dogs for obedience, but also fun tricks and sniffing out pythons the zoo as it’s located in a forest. Very good with senior dogs, have also worked in various shelters. I have also administered injection and oral medication for both cats and dogs. Most of my experience has been centred around house sitting/overnight stays to care for pets, especially pets who are anxious or cannot be alone for long periods of time. Though born and raised in Helston, I have looked after a range of animals (from tropical fish to bearded dragons) for pet owners both in and outside the UK, but have recently moved back to Cornwall. My main focus is dogs/cats but I'm a quick learner and happy to help with whatever pet I can, so don't be afraid to reach out. - 10+ years experience with dogs (6 months to senior) - 7+ years experience with cats - Dog walking & Drop ins based in Helston only (for now) - House Sitting in Helston or anywhere accessible to public transport I currently have a fully free schedule so can easily fit around an owners needs. I may only take 11am-1pm off daily to fit in lunch or last minute/emergency drop ins. I make sure to follow a pet owners instructions to a tee and will treat their pet as if it were my own. I also make sure to leave any house I sit at in the same condition it was left in as that is just common decency and basic respect.
About: I've been around dogs most of my life, I have a gorgeous Border Collie cross at my parents house however I don't get to go home and see her much since moving to Cornwall. I've looked after friends and family's dogs (puppies and older dogs) since I was very young, feeding, walking, grooming and all other important parts of looking after dogs. On weekends I like doing beach and coastal walks so I am happy to take dogs on long walks or short walks depending on their needs. I have decided to offer my dog-walking and boarding services because I miss being around dogs! I will treat all dog guests as part of the family, lots of cuddles and love! I'm currently working full time, but I work just down the road from my office so can pop home when needed. I am happy to look after dogs for long periods of time including when i need to be in the office provided dogs are happy being home alone or comfortable being brought into the office with me (dog friendly company). About: I have grown up with a cat as well as frequently looking after other peoples dogs via walking and house sitting. I have a degree in Zoology and I volunteer at the Seal Sanctuary aswell so care greatly about animals :) I currently only work part time as a swimming teacher so I can work most hours of the week. Wednesday’s I volunteer at the Seal Sanctuary so really that is the only day I cannot do. I can be on the cautious side when looking after another owner’s pet to make sure it is safe for them, while still allowing the pet to have fun and enjoy themselves.

I live an outdoorsy lifestyle, love beach walks which are nearby and leafy walks through the fields. Dogs generally come with me everywhere. I’m available for morning, lunchtime or evening dog walks. I have Public Liability Insurance in place. I’m available for dog walking or letting out/feeding, mornings, lunchtimes and also evenings - particularly useful for late shift workers, happy to let out/feeding/walk. I can drive to the dog’s home and walk locally or transport securely in my car to an area for dog walks.. And we’ll take great care! I can also offer occasional sitting in my home if you’re heading out for the day etc I have a large car with secure boot for transporting dogs if needed to area for walks. Equally I’m happy to just let out/feeding/whatever is required.
About: My own dog, who is now 10, is my pride of joy. My life revolves around looking after her and she truly is a family member to me. I have taught her all of her tricks and habits. I did get lucky with her intelligence but having looked after other peoples dogs I have worked to train them too with great success. I am a very patient person who brings a calm and inviting demeanour to dogs, becoming their comfort base when we are in busy areas. I absolutely adore getting the privilege to look after dogs and I treat them how I treat my own- like family. I have experience dealing with aggressive animals, oral medication, cleaning of wounds and infections, elderly and young pups. I live in a safe neighbourhood with a fenced in garden and plenty of space for the pet to have free roam of the house. They are welcome on furniture including the bed, but if you would like them to remain crate-trained I can also easily accommodate that.

About: My whole life I’ve been surrounded by dogs, I even grew up with Irish wolfhounds, so know how to handle the larger breeds. About: I grew up with the craziest Maltese, who I trained from a puppy until I left for university, so I’ve always had dogs around me. I’m often at home and regularly look after my friends’ dogs, whether that’s keeping them company, playing with them, or taking out. I also enjoy running, swimming and other outdoor activities, and I’d love to have a dog join me whenever appropriate. About: I am a student who has looked after dogs for all I can remember. From walking my dogs at home, to fostering medical alert puppies, and volunteering at a kennels, I love dogs. Im often at home, or out and about- I teach several surf lessons a week and work remotely the rest of the time- am always outside and always up for taking the dog for a walk or giving it a cuddle on the sofa. I tend to be up around 7:30ish in the morning. We are able to leave the garden open whenever we want as it is totally enclosed. I have a relatively large enclosed grass garden. Pets allowed on sofas. We’re very relaxed - it’s a very clean and tidy but well lived-in house. Always people at home. Having a dog is a dream of mine but I can’t get one because I don’t know my long term plans, so this is a perfect compromise!

About: Growing up, we always had dogs at home, so I truly understand that dogs are family. Since joining Rover, I’ve cared for all kinds of dogs, including elderly dogs, nervous or anxious dogs, energetic puppies, and dogs that need medication. I’ll always treat your dog as if they were my own - with lots of love, care, and attention to their individual needs and personality. For new clients, I’ll always ensure to set up a meet & greet prior to accepting the booking, to make sure we are a good fit for each other. I work full-time in a 9–5pm office job, but I do have the flexibility to work from home. For boarding / day care and house sitting bookings, I’ll work remotely from home for the duration of the stay, so your pets will have company throughout the day. I’m also available to walk them before or after work, and/or during my lunch break. For dog walking and drop-in visits, I can usually fit these in quite easily around my work schedule - especially if you’re very local to me! Please note: some bookings may require me to put a request in with my manager to work from home. These are almost always approved, but on occasion I may be required to go into the office. For that reason, there may be some booking requests I have to decline. I’ll always double check my availability and confirm with you before accepting a booking. My rates are based on the assumption that your dog is comfortable being left for occasional short periods (e.g. 2–4 hours). Any alone time would always be based entirely on your dog’s routine, comfort and needs. We can chat about this more at a meet & greet prior to booking if needed. For dogs who cannot be left for that long (e.g. less than 2 hours), I offer constant-supervision care. This requires extra planning and time, so a small additional fee applies. I will also ensure to adhere to any requirements that you might have - this might be regarding walks, training, feeding, medication, or anything else.
