About: I'm a recently qualified veterinarian, about to graduate from the University of Surrey, who has moved back home to Cornwall for the summer before starting work as a practising vet in September! I have always had a cat and dogs within the family, a lover of doggo cuddles and company! I have also worked at kennels, catteries and veterinary clinics as placement for my degree. I am available most weekdays until September and have a car, allowing me to provide reliable pet care within a 15 mile radius of Camborne! Please let me know of any specific requirements you have when it comes to looking after your gorgeous, precious pets! I am happy to take them out in my car for walks or around the area!

Most of my experience has been centred around house sitting/overnight stays to care for pets, especially pets who are anxious or cannot be alone for long periods of time. Though born and raised in Helston, I have looked after a range of animals (from tropical fish to bearded dragons) for pet owners both in and outside the UK, but have recently moved back to Cornwall. I may only take 11am-1pm off daily to fit in lunch or last minute/emergency drop ins. I make sure to follow a pet owners instructions to a tee and will treat their pet as if it were my own. I also make sure to leave any house I sit at in the same condition it was left in as that is just common decency and basic respect.

About: My whole life I’ve been surrounded by dogs, I even grew up with Irish wolfhounds, so know how to handle the larger breeds. I’m very reliable and have walked dogs for a long time, and due to my love for animals, I’ll enjoy walking your dog just as much as they will. Im currently working a part time job so have plenty of free time to walk and play with your pups! I would love to pursue dog walking as a full time job and therefore my availability is very flexible. I have a large, fenced, secure garden and will keep you dogs entertained in their favourite way. Whether that be playing fetch or cuddling up with tummy scratches!!

About: Throughout my whole life I've owned multiple dogs, cats, hamsters and ginuea pigs. From walking and bathing family pets to friends and neighbours to staying over night or popping round when need to feed/ toilet time. I absolutely love all kind of animals and willing to help for what services you need. I am currently a uni student, but very much missing my fur babies from home!! My love for animals is never ending, instead of looking for a job I may not like I would love to spend my time with lovable pets!! My classes throughout the day vary but I am available everyday at certain times and every evening! About: I’ve lived with cats my whole life, from strays to kittens, at one point we had seven ! I also have experience house sitting, baby sitting and dog sitting. I’m currently back from travelling and searching for a more permanent job so I can completely work around any schedule needed. I’m happy to cover hours during the day, walks, or overnight stays ! About: I’ve had my own dogs (cocker spaniels) for almost 20 years, cared for GSD (my dog’s best friend) Labrador’s & regularly play with packs of pointers where my horse lives. I live an outdoorsy lifestyle, love beach walks which are nearby and leafy walks through the fields. Dogs generally come with me everywhere. I’m available for morning, lunchtime or evening dog walks. I have Public Liability Insurance in place. I’m available for dog walking or letting out/feeding, mornings, lunchtimes and also evenings - particularly useful for late shift workers, happy to let out/feeding/walk. I can drive to the dog’s home and walk locally or transport securely in my car to an area for dog walks.. And we’ll take great care! I can also offer occasional sitting in my home if you’re heading out for the day etc I have a large car with secure boot for transporting dogs if needed to area for walks. Equally I’m happy to just let out/feeding/whatever is required.

About: I’ve grown up surrounded by dogs my whole life. This included many different breeds with different temperaments, this is what started my love for dogs. I am a university student going into third year studying Geography. I have finished for the summer, so daytimes and nighttime’s are flexible for me. About: I’ve always had pets growing up as a child, I have taken care of 4 dogs since I was 8. My love for them keeps growing with the years. I have taken care of any animal found abandoned on the street or badly treated, for me they all deserve care and love. I have volunteered at animal sanctuaries so I feel confident to take care of any sort of dog or cat. I am used to having lots of pets around, I love to walk them, cuddle, feed and bathe if needed. I am used to all sort of ages and breeds. I’m a freelance writer and I work mostly from home. I have plenty of flexibility and free time during the week. I share my house with my two friends who both adore animals and would give them much love. I miss my family dogs very much and taking care of your pet would make me so happy. I am always looking forward on spending some time with a four legged friend! I have a quiet backyard, it has a lovely shade and it’s very peaceful, so it is perfect for a day sitting. For the night I am happy to have your pet over unless it’s a big dog then I would prefer staying over at the owner’s home. I am very tidy and respectful, I will leave your house just as I have found it and I do believe the animal will feel safer being at their own home.

About: My own dog, who is now 10, is my pride of joy. My life revolves around looking after her and she truly is a family member to me. I have taught her all of her tricks and habits. I did get lucky with her intelligence but having looked after other peoples dogs I have worked to train them too with great success. I am a very patient person who brings a calm and inviting demeanour to dogs, becoming their comfort base when we are in busy areas. I absolutely adore getting the privilege to look after dogs and I treat them how I treat my own- like family. I have experience dealing with aggressive animals, oral medication, cleaning of wounds and infections, elderly and young pups. I am currently a University student at home for the holidays so am available every day. My schedule will revolve around the dogs and can accommodate your needs. I live in a safe neighbourhood with a fenced in garden and plenty of space for the pet to have free roam of the house. They are welcome on furniture including the bed, but if you would like them to remain crate-trained I can also easily accommodate that.

We have had dogs and cats for many years in the family home so am experienced in mixed pet households and love both cats and dogs. I’m currently setting up my own practice in Chiropractic and Sports Massage in Porthtowan and am looking for part time work to go alongside it looking after dogs and cats! It was my part time job when I was studying in Wales and have loved it so much I want to carry it on alongside normal work! I had my first dog when I was eight, and over the years growing up we had five dogs in total at home, often caring for several at once. As an adult, I continued building on that foundation by volunteering as a dog walker with a Cornwall-based charity, The Cinnamon Trust, where I supported elderly and vulnerable owners by walking their dogs. Alongside this, for the past six years I have been dog sitting regularly for clients, so I’m very used to caring for dogs in different homes and adapting quickly to new routines, environments, and individual needs. What sets me apart is that I genuinely treat every dog as an individual. I take time to understand their routines, comfort levels, and quirks so they feel safe, settled, and happy while their owners are away. At the moment, pet care is a regular part of my daily life. I dogsit most days, so caring for dogs is fully built into my weekly routine rather than something occasional. My days are structured around the dogs I’m looking after, including feeding schedules, walks, playtime, and any specific routines provided by their owners.
