9. Hannah W.
About: I am an experienced pet sitter, grown up around animals and used to looking after many different dogs, cats and horses in a diverse range of circumstances. I pride myself on being responsible, reliable and adaptable to accommodate any needs you or your pet may have. Living alone and working a remote full time job, I genuinely love the company at home and providing as much attention as is welcomed! I also enjoy being able to help out others out with my capacity and flexibility, finding it really rewarding and fulfilling. I lead an active lifestyle myself, loving to spend my spare time outdoors walking and running on the trails and beach. So energetic dogs are always welcome to have even more fun with! I'm currently working remote with flexible hours, so can be open to sitting any time of day or night and flexible to suit your needs! I am happy to look after pets at my home or yours and am happy to drive to best suit your needs. My home has a secure garden so perfect for dogs to enjoy time outside.
10. Rosie F.
“Rosie has looked after our little Norris since we got him over a year ago. She is incredibly reliable and there’s no-one I’d rather looked after him. Norris adores Rosie- we can tell from the purring and demand for belly rubs when he sees her! Leaving a loved one when going on holiday is always a worry but Rosie puts us at ease and I 100% trust that our precious boy will be very well looked after. Thanks for everything Rosie!!”
11. Harry B.
About: I’m Harry, I’ve recently moved to Cornwall and am missing my family dogs back home. I grew up with dogs and am missing the love, scruffles and walks everyday. Me and my girlfriend are desperate to be dog owners, when the time is right, but for now we’d love some 4 legged company. Currently taking a break from work to enjoy summer so can be flexible with timings that suit you. We’re living in a motorhome with plenty of space for a dog, walks will be frequent as we have an active lifestyle. We are currently living in a motorhome so although happy to accept them we’re not offering home stays unless owners consenting. It’s a pet friendly tiny home and your dog will have the choice of 3 sofas or plenty of floor space.
12. Cara T.
“Cara is great with dogs, has always had her own dogs and often joins me on walks with some dogs I look after and always gets on very well with dogs in general. Cara is very caring and will provide great care and services for your beloved pets aswell as lovely walks in and around your local area.”
13. Lilli H.
“Lilli is the best with dogs! She watched my dog while I was away, and I couldn’t have asked for a better sitter. She made sure he got plenty of walks, playtime, and love. I trust her with my dog and would recommend her to anyone needing a reliable, caring sitter! Xxx”
14. Jake R.
“Jake has always been amazing with our dogs - greyhounds and a German Shepherd X. He's always found the best way to connect with them individually, whether that's gentle fusses on the sofa with our old girl, or crazy rough and tumble games with our puppy. Jake has a lot of experience with dogs, both training and loving them, and we have always felt confident asking for his help with our pups!”

About: As a previous dog owner myself I know how important it is to have someone you can trust to look after your Dog for you. I'm happy to walk your dog on an odd occasion or for it to be a regular thing, any questions please ask. Also happy to do dog boarding, and daycare - any questions please ask. I also have a soft spot for puppies! But old and young alike I'd be happy to look after your dog. I'm looking forward to meeting your dog/s! I can walk your dog independently (without other dogs) or with other dogs, whichever you prefer. If it's a rainy day and your dog doesn't like getting wet, I can spend time playing with you dog and giving them lots of snuggles indoors instead.
16. Ruby J.
“Ruby is a very responsible dog owner, who cares for her own and others dogs health and happiness very much. She has had experience working from a young age, and consequently has great time management skills and is keen to listen to the directions given to her. Ruby is a very kind person to all her friends and, as someone who loves animals very much, would be the perfect person for this job.”
17. Jenny H.
About: I'm a freelance animator currently working from home with my partner Joe. Having grown up with dogs in our home I know how important a part of the family they are! Our beautiful springer spaniel passed away days away from her 15th birthday in 2019, instead of getting another companion straight away we wanted to enjoy a little more freedom but decided to use Rover as a way of not completely having a dog-free house. We are very experienced, having looked after dogs of all shapes and sizes, as they help me get up off my computers and out in the sunshine (and rain,)! We treat all dogs staying with us like they are part of our family. Our house is in a great central location and has a medium-sized back garden with grass which is completely enclosed with a fence so dogs can come and go as they please when they are relaxing during the day. Working from home means we are really flexible with pick-up and drop-off times and can keep dogs with their regular walking and feeding times. I will always send regular daily updates so you can rest easy that your dog is having a great time! Living a short distance from Pentire, the Gannel and many beaches, all my guests are treated to one or two 45-minute, off-the-lead walks throughout the day (if they are good at responding to their name!) and lots of opportunities for good sniffs. During a home visit or house sitting I will try and keep to your dog's routine as closely as I can with walks and feeding. Individual visits can be from 1 - 8 hours at a time depending on the needs of the animals, as I can bring my laptop and work from your home so I can spend quality time with all your pets. I can also be in to collect deliveries and water any plants while you're away. If this is your dog's first time boarding with me I will always make sure that it's my only booking so we can get to know each other properly and I can learn how they are with other dogs and their routine, only if you and another owner are happy will I board dogs together. We understand some dogs do need extra care or a calmer environment in older age whereas some dogs will love making new friends. I ask you to provide any food, treats, bedding and toys that will make your dog feel really at home, it's also good for us to know if there are any training points you want me to work on during our stay e.g. toilet training, not letting them on the sofa or upstairs, lead walking and recall. I work all day from home so am available 24/7 to look after your pets, this ensures that they can keep to their regular routine easily. Our house is in a great central location and has a medium sized back garden with grass which is completely enclosed with a fence so dogs can come and go as they please when they are relaxing during the day.

About: I have grown up with many animals and always was drawn to them with friendliness and compassion. I currently have two cats who have travelled across the world with me and been to 11 countries. As I recently moved to Truro, I'm looking to help others with their pets when they are away to ensure peace of mind and happy pets! I work from home so can be flexible with your schedule and pets needs. Whether its a pop in visit or a longer stay. I will need a bit of notice before accepting requests. I am kind, friendly and attentive to animal needs and want to make sure they are well kept and very happy. With a lifetime of experience with animals I will ensure that your pet is in the best hands.
19. Rosie H.
About: Hello owners, I am Rosie, a huge dog&cat lover! My services are dog walking, and dog sitting at your home or in my 3 bedroom property in Truro, Malpas. I work from home so I will have lots of free time with your loved one, where we can walk alongside the river and the green as well as using both my front and back garden. After working at Pets at home for 2 years, I found my love of animals as well as growing up with different types of dogs that gave me various experience. Such as a Rhodesian ridgeback, English bulldog, Rottweiler and Jack Russell. To me every pet is a member of family and will be given lots of love and treats no matter how big or small they are welcome in my home. I hope to hear from you soon, and am very excited to meet your pets, Love Rosie I work from home, so I have alot of time to devote to your pets. Your dog will be with me at all times from adventures on the coast line of malpas to lazing infront of the fire or playing in the garden. My house offers space to allow your pet to access all rooms depending on where they feel comfortable. They are very welcome and will be treated with lots of attention, love and the occasional treat. Just as my dogs that have now passed your pet will be staying in my bedroom when I sleep whether it be in their crate provided or bed. However if you’re okay with them to sleep on a bed, I will not complain if they hop on. I know what dogs can be like haha :)
20. Jonathan V.
About: We have two cats Tia and Skye who travel with us in our van full time as we document our adventures at finding our adventure. Tia is 9 and Skye is 3. I also grew up with my family dog Reggie who was a energetic Jack Russel. Also looked after my partners family black lab on many occasions. Flexible as I work for ourselves. As I work from home I have the availability and flexibility to care for your pets while you are not able to. I treat any animal in my care as if they were my own babies. I am very careful with what they need and making sure that they have the best time.
