About: Born into a veterinary household, I grew up caring for every type of animal — from hamsters and tortoises to lambs, cats and dogs. As an adult, I’ve always shared my home with dogs, from tiny Shih Tzu puppies to giant Newfoundlands. This lifelong experience has given me a natural instinct for understanding what every dog needs to feel safe and loved. At the points of life where Iv been able to live with animals such a university or housing restrictions I have volunteered at either a dog walking charity or a small grooming business. Currently taking a break from cardiac Nursing, as youngest child is in their first year of school. Once school run is done we will either head to Trevaunance Cove, Portreath beach, Idless woods. Whichever you your pup would prefer. Then home for a snack & snooze, while I complete chores Then again after school pick up have a fun run down Coosebean woods/ cycle track just at the back of my home. I have a large garden that has some holes in the hedge-line, however your dog will be supervised while outside. No toxic plants. Always have access to fresh water, inside and outside
About: Dogs are so precious and I’ve been looking after them for years. I have experienced with big dogs, small dogs, young dogs and old dogs! I love to get to know their personalities and interests, and base my care from that. I love long walks and if your dog did too, then we will make a great match. I’m playful, attentive and respectful and I love a dog cuddle! I work full time from home, so I can use that as a huge advantage and work from your home whilst caring for your lovely pets! About: I moved to Cornwall for university and soon found the passion for surfing. I now live in Cornwall and have been looking after dogs for several years now. Moving to Cornwall on my own has made me very independent, but also very flexible. Which means pet care fits easily into my day to day routine. “Wow. These sitters were EXACTLY what Fearn needed. They were so attentive with her that when she realised it was me that was back home and not another visit with Callum & Jazz, I could sense the disappointment that it wasn’t them! They bought additional treats, they bought poo bags when I had ran out. They even did a little TLC on my home when fearn had an unfortunate accident. I honestly cannot fault these lovely people and hope that they’ll look after fearn again. Total peace of mind, and lots and lots of love + updates on fearn. 6* should be an option.”

About: I have lived with labradors for my entire life but I love all breeds and animals! I have babysat and have done dog sitting for family members dogs. I have skills in looking after elderly dogs, as our family dog, Archie has reached 14 years old. I currently have a very flexible schedule but I'll be working part time also. About: My family has always owned dogs so I have a lifetime of personal experience. I volunteered and multiple animal sanctuaries and zoos growing up and I worked for pets at home for more than three years where i specialized in dog care. I am available most days and weekends for any bookings and will normally be happy to take bookings on short notice. The safety of the pets come first and for that reason I would make sure to supervise them and if in the garden make sure its enclosed and has no open gates. I work part time and have a very flexible daily schedule. The best thing to do is contact me with the dates and times you require and I will do my best to accommodate. The safety of your pets is my top priority, on our walks I like to keep them on the lead untill in certain they will listen to commands from me.

About: I have an enhanced DBS check and have looked after dogs and cats for neighbours and friends for over 10 years at home and during university. We have had dogs and cats for many years in the family home so am experienced in mixed pet households and love both cats and dogs. I’m currently setting up my own practice in Chiropractic and Sports Massage in Porthtowan and am looking for part time work to go alongside it looking after dogs and cats! About: I have grown up with a cat as well as frequently looking after other peoples dogs via walking and house sitting. I have a degree in Zoology and I volunteer at the Seal Sanctuary aswell so care greatly about animals :) I currently only work part time as a swimming teacher so I can work most hours of the week. Wednesday’s I volunteer at the Seal Sanctuary so really that is the only day I cannot do. I can be on the cautious side when looking after another owner’s pet to make sure it is safe for them, while still allowing the pet to have fun and enjoy themselves.

Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement sitter.
Emergency support is available by phone or email in English, French, German, and Spanish from Mon-Sat 9am to 6pm. When an incident occurs, we recommend that sitters contact our Trust & Safety team immediately so that they can connect your sitter with a qualified vet or offer other resources to help.
If a sitter needs to cancel at the last minute, Rover’s booking protection means Rover Support will work with you to find a suitable replacement as quickly as possible.
