If I am visiting twice a day, a typical day would involve arriving in the morning, greeting your fur baby and checking how they are. Depending on the cat, we might then get breakfast ready or spend some time having a bit of a fuss and then breakfast. I will then check litter trays, clean as needed and then change water bowls etc. The rest of the visit would then be spent either giving fuss, playing with your fur baby or a mixture of the two. For cats that can find it a bit overwhelming having someone new in their space, I will often sit near them and allow them to approach on their own terms. Every cat is unique and I am very aware of tailoring visits to what each one needs. An evening visit would be very similar, but also include anything else that you might need doing e.g. plants watering, post bringing in, fish feeding etc. For once a day visits, these tend to follow a similar structure to the evening visits and I can be flexible about timing depending on your requirements. I make sure to prioritise plenty of time to interact with your fur babies.
