About: My family has always owned dogs so I have a lifetime of personal experience. I volunteered and multiple animal sanctuaries and zoos growing up and I worked for pets at home for more than three years where i specialized in dog care. I am available most days and weekends for any bookings and will normally be happy to take bookings on short notice. The safety of the pets come first and for that reason I would make sure to supervise them and if in the garden make sure its enclosed and has no open gates. I work part time and have a very flexible daily schedule. The best thing to do is contact me with the dates and times you require and I will do my best to accommodate. The safety of your pets is my top priority, on our walks I like to keep them on the lead untill in certain they will listen to commands from me.

“Daniel was very kindly able to accommodate my booming request at short notice and came by to meet the cats and understand their routine the next day. He was very friendly, polite and reliable and kept me updated on how it’s going at home while I was away. I’d be more than happy to rebook when the need comes up again. Thanks, Dan!”

About: I’ve had dogs of all sizes my whole life, growing up I’ve always been keen to walk, feed, wash and care for them. I have most of my experience with boxers, French and English bulldog puppies from birth. I currently study at uni, so have lots of free time for short and longer walks, especially during holidays and weekends. I’m more than happy for any special arrangements you may need or a negotiable price to work for us both. I’m sure your dog will become comfortable and happy in my hands so you can feel safe and content with their care :) P.s much appreciated if I am able to bring my partner for longer house sits (of course we can meet prior) I’m currently studying geography at uni but have lots of availability around my schedule to walk or provide pet care, plus, my car for longer adventures! Although i am at uni and cannot care for your pet in my home, I can walk and pet sit in your own home in however ways you require

About: I have grown up around animals, owning several dogs and cats (who I have trained) , and love spoiling and playing with them! I have been trusted by neighbours and friends to take care of their pets and have enjoyed every minute of it. Going on long walks down the beach with my dog is my favourite pass time. I am currently employed part time, so have lots of time for pet sitting lovely dogs and cats! I am very flexible all summer and look forward to filling my days outside walking dogs. I have a fenced garden and a very friendly dog to keep your fur baby company! I have a car so can take your doggies on longer, more exciting walks down the beach, but know lots of great local routes as well!

About: I have grown up with a cat as well as frequently looking after other peoples dogs via walking and house sitting. I have a degree in Zoology and I volunteer at the Seal Sanctuary aswell so care greatly about animals :) I currently only work part time as a swimming teacher so I can work most hours of the week. Wednesday’s I volunteer at the Seal Sanctuary so really that is the only day I cannot do. I can be on the cautious side when looking after another owner’s pet to make sure it is safe for them, while still allowing the pet to have fun and enjoy themselves.

About: I moved to Cornwall for university and soon found the passion for surfing. I now live in Cornwall and have been looking after dogs for several years now. Moving to Cornwall on my own has made me very independent, but also very flexible. Which means pet care fits easily into my day to day routine. I have a few small jobs that I can schedule around the dog sitting, so I'm able to give pets plenty of time and attention. I thrive on having a routine and living an active, healthy lifestyle. When looking after pets. I understand how important routine is, including regular walks, playtime, and plenty of attention, especially as different breeds have different needs. With my active lifestyle, i genuinely enjoy walks, runs, and spending time outdoors, so keeping dogs happy and exercised comes naturally to me. When I'm caring for pets in their own home, I'm always respectful, tidy and minimal, making sure everything is kept just as the owners expect.

“We couldn’t have asked for a better sitter for our 13-week-old dachshund puppy, Hazel. From the start, Jason was super helpful with the booking process and really took the time to understand Hazel’s needs. He was wonderfully caring and patient, handling everything our high-energy puppy threw at him! Over the week, Jason did multiple visits — including long full days and evening drop-ins — always keeping to Hazel’s routine and making sure she was happy, exercised, and well looked after. She loved her beach walks and adventures with Jason, and we loved the peace of mind knowing she was in such safe hands while we enjoyed activities where we couldn’t take her. We got regular updates throughout each period of care - including cute photos of Hazel having the time of her life. We’d highly recommend Jason for any pet care needs — reliable, thoughtful, and genuinely caring.”

“I can’t recommend Jasmin enough! She kindly stepped in last minute to do daily drop-in visits with my dog, Roxy, for a week, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. She even came the very same day for a meet-and-greet, which immediately put my mind at ease. Jasmin is so friendly and caring, and she made sure to keep me updated with prompt messages and photos of Roxy enjoying her time in the garden. She was always on time, reliable, and truly went above and beyond. I’m so grateful to have found her and would absolutely recommend her services to anyone looking for peace of mind while away from their pup!”

About: I have an enhanced DBS check and have looked after dogs and cats for neighbours and friends for over 10 years at home and during university. We have had dogs and cats for many years in the family home so am experienced in mixed pet households and love both cats and dogs. I’m currently setting up my own practice in Chiropractic and Sports Massage in Porthtowan and am looking for part time work to go alongside it looking after dogs and cats! It was my part time job when I was studying in Wales and have loved it so much I want to carry it on alongside normal work! Ensuring the garden is enclosed for example closed gate, but they also still have access to outside. Providing them spaces to relax and feel safe in your home.

About: I have taken care dogs since I was 14, training guide dogs, including the family dog and voluntary work which led to paid work for walking neighbours dogs and at a dog kennel walking dogs and cleaning kennels. I have been dogsitting on and off for 16 years and rescued 3 dogs. I have done more regular sits since a friend from church asked me to dog sit, then I used Trustedhousitters as a sitter for 3 years and have done 12 different successful sits of which a few have been asked back, so I also know how to take care of people’s homes and multiple pets in the home. Your dogs will be happy with me and treated like family, they will have play time and rest time and I always stick to the rules that you have set for them and their meal times including what they eat. I would never feed your dog human food or over treat them or punish them. If I am sitting I would take them out for a walk in the local areas up to 3 times a day but they will have plenty of toilet breaks. If I am only walking your dog, I will keep them on the lead and go for as much time as they need. Your dog will be in safe hands with me. I am an at home full-time student, I start my last year in October and finish in May 2027. I will have time to go for dog walks anytime as I can pick my days and times to study. I cannot bring pets into my home currently as my 2 cats are the proud owners but I can meet you for a pick up or take care of a dog at your home

About: I’ve looked after my dogs for 6 years now and want to help others who can’t support their dogs because of other commitments. I will always listen to the owners needs and provide my best service possible to make you and your pet happy. I’m a musical theatre performer which means my schedule can be extremely flexible, it will completely depend on job opportunities coming up! I’ll always let you know whether there are times I’m not available, however, for the most part, I’m available and will be ready for the task at hand! Depending on the dog my methods will change! If it’s a dog that doesn’t need much attention I shall let them be, with hourly check ups to see whether they’re hungry or need the bathroom, however, if the dog needs lots of attention I’ll let it stick by my side and care for it like you would. I’ll always follow house rules and will make sure the dog is comfortable and safe.
