About: I have always loved animals from a young age and have always looked after friends and family’s pets. I have my own little puppy, she is 7 months old and is very good with other animals. I would love to help others who need someone to either look after their pet or take on a walk. I work from home so can be flexible. I work from home so am super flexible and always put my furry friends needs first. I live quite an active life style as well so am always out and about making sure my pup gets the exercise and mental stimulation she needs. Makes sense to be able to help others who needs their pet looking after, walks or just check ins. I have an Italian spinone who is 7 months old, her name is Olive and she is super friendly, absolutely loves other animals and people. So if any pet decides to come here for the night, they will have company.

About: I have an enhanced DBS check and have looked after dogs and cats for neighbours and friends for over 10 years at home and during university. We have had dogs and cats for many years in the family home so am experienced in mixed pet households and love both cats and dogs. I’m currently setting up my own practice in Chiropractic and Sports Massage in Porthtowan and am looking for part time work to go alongside it looking after dogs and cats! It was my part time job when I was studying in Wales and have loved it so much I want to carry it on alongside normal work! Ensuring the garden is enclosed for example closed gate, but they also still have access to outside. Providing them spaces to relax and feel safe in your home.

About: Caring for my neighbor's dog and looking after my beloved cat have been deeply rewarding experiences. When entrusted with my neighbor's dog, I embraced the responsibilities of regular walks, playtime, and feeding, forging a heartwarming bond and learning valuable lessons in patience, consistency, and reliability in pet care. At home, my quirky and independent cat has taught me the importance of understanding and respecting an animal's individuality, from keeping her well-fed to ensuring a clean litter box and providing ample affection. Both experiences have deepened my passion for pet care, reinforcing my commitment to giving animals the love and attention they deserve, recognizing that their trust and companionship are truly priceless. I’m currently working part time, I only work in mornings/midday so I’m free every evening and have other days where I’m free all day to look after any pets Caring for my cat in my own home and looking after my neighbor's dog in their house are two delightful yet distinct experiences in the realm of pet care. My beloved cat, a constant presence in my home, enjoys the comforts of a well-established routine. This includes ensuring she's well-fed with her preferred food, maintaining a clean litter box, and providing daily doses of love and attention tailored to her quirky personality. Her independent nature reminds me of the importance of respecting an animal's individuality, letting her set the boundaries while offering a warm lap and playful interactions when she's in the mood. On the other hand, tending to my neighbor's dog requires adapting to a new environment. In their house, I become the caretaker and companion, responsible for providing regular walks, playtime, and feeding, all while adhering to the familiar routines and preferences that the dog is accustomed to. This experience teaches me adaptability, patience, and the significance of reliability in pet care, as I must ensure the dog feels comfortable and secure in a different setting. Both experiences reinforce my passion for pet care and remind me that each animal, whether in their home or mine, deserves tailored attention, respect, and love. It's a privilege to provide the care and companionship these wonderful animals need to thrive and be happy.

Lorena helped day sit at very short notice for my friends Lab that was on heat. Excellent communication. Lorena arrived on time and asked lots of questions to confirm her genuine interest. She was wonderful with the Labrador pup confirmed. She gave updates throughout the afternoon which were much appreciated. Once my friend arrived home, he found his dog to be calm and happy and very comfortable with Lorena. He asked me to give her a top review and will be happy to ask her again for help! Thank you Lorena!

About: Hi, thanks for stopping by. Dogs have always been a constant part of my life, so caring for them comes naturally to me. I had my first dog when I was eight, and over the years growing up we had five dogs in total at home, often caring for several at once. That experience taught me early on how to manage different personalities, routines, and energy levels all under one roof. As an adult, I continued building on that foundation by volunteering as a dog walker with a Cornwall-based charity, The Cinnamon Trust, where I supported elderly and vulnerable owners by walking their dogs. That role helped me develop a calm, patient approach and a strong understanding of dogs who may need extra reassurance or gentle handling. Alongside this, for the past six years I have been dog sitting regularly for clients, so I’m very used to caring for dogs in different homes and adapting quickly to new routines, environments, and individual needs. What sets me apart is that I genuinely treat every dog as an individual. I take time to understand their routines, comfort levels, and quirks so they feel safe, settled, and happy while their owners are away. At the moment, pet care is a regular part of my daily life. I dogsit most days, so caring for dogs is fully built into my weekly routine rather than something occasional. My days are structured around the dogs I’m looking after, including feeding schedules, walks, playtime, and any specific routines provided by their owners. Because I do this so frequently, I’m very used to adapting quickly to different dogs and households, and making sure each dog gets consistent care and attention throughout the day. I have two dogs, so I'm not able to have dogs at my house, but I am able to come to people's homes.

About: I have taken care of animals from an early age growing up on my family’s ranch in Montana. Fitness is important to me and don’t mind going above and beyond for your pets needs through exercise if required. I have a fully enclosed garden and would primarily be interested in doggy day care or dog walking in Truro area, although I’m open to boarding if the dates work and the dog is well behaved. I’m currently available to take on pet sitting jobs. I am a much more affordable and safe option than a traditional doggie day care and have excellent ratings and reviews. I have a fully fenced yard and am currently working on a degree so have extra time and flexibility to provide doggie day care. I own a sweet female puppy she would enjoy the company too!

About: My whole life I’ve been surrounded by dogs, I even grew up with Irish wolfhounds, so know how to handle the larger breeds. I’m very reliable and have walked dogs for a long time, and due to my love for animals, I’ll enjoy walking your dog just as much as they will. Im currently working a part time job so have plenty of free time to walk and play with your pups! I would love to pursue dog walking as a full time job and therefore my availability is very flexible. I have a large, fenced, secure garden and will keep you dogs entertained in their favourite way. Whether that be playing fetch or cuddling up with tummy scratches!!

Charlotte came out to meet us prior to her puppy sitting. She was delightful and was lovely with Tilly. Everything went as arranged on the day itself and Tilly was clearly very happy, as were we. We will happily use Charlotte again in the future. Thanks.
