Dogs treated better than our children 😉
My wife and I are passionate Spaniel enthusiasts, having had dogs in our family all our lives. We currently share our home with two Springer Spaniels and have cared for many friends’ dogs, including Vizslas, Belgian Malinois, Boarder Collies, and Jack Russell’s - to name a few. Truth is we love all dogs. Our teenage children tend to keep to themselves. We are very active and enjoy walking or running the trails or beach walks with the spaniels if that’s what your dog prefers, we are equally as happy relaxing on the sofa with them for a good cuddle.

Alex and his son Oliver took amazing care of our pup, Teddy. The communication beforehand was great and we appreciated the update while we were away. Teddy took to them right away. The house was just as we left it and Teddy was very relaxed. We would definitely book again!
Really friendly and considerate. We were a bit worried about booking Jasper in for doggy day care as he'd never been looked after by anyone other than friends before. We shouldn't have been though Alex and Lucy were amazing with our dog Jasper. They made him feel at home, took him on a lovely walk and made sure he really enjoyed his day. I would definitely recommend them if you need someone to look after your dog.
Alex was very accommodating amd responsive for a late booking and got our dog to settle in quickly to a new environment.when he stayed.
Lucy and Alex were absolutely fantastic with our lovely 1 year old Cocker Bella. They kept us updated with photos and videos throughout the day and were fabulous with Bella being a little bit worried. She was happy and relaxed when we picked her up, clearly having had a good day. I only wished we lived closer so that we could leave Bella with Lucy and Alex more:)

Schedule
Due to my work schedule, I can only offer dog services from Thursday evening through to Sunday evening - perfect for short weekend get aways. During holiday periods, I may be available for full weeks, and the calendar will be updated to reflect availability.

Safety, trust & environment
Our dogs have their own dedicated room, and on sunny days they can freely access a secure garden. We believe in working collaboratively to create a plan that best suits your dog’s needs. If your dog is sociable, they are welcome to make friends in the dog room, but if they prefer their own space, we’re happy to accommodate that too. For walks, safety is our top priority, so leads are a must. Together, we can discuss your dogs behaviour on walks to ensure they have the best possible outing.

A typical day
We’re just 5 minutes from a peaceful three mile walk that has something for every dog - whether they love trails, fields, water or woods. Plus, we’re only ten minutes from a beautiful three - mile beach. If your dog prefers retrieval stimulation, I always bring a tennis ball or an aerobie frisbee, which my dogs absolutely love.
