About: I had dogs growing up and we have recently adopted a greyhound. I love fussing over neighbours dogs and taking them for occasional walks. I pride myself on good organisation and communication so expect a smooth booking. I work from home and have flexible hours so I'm looking for something to get me out walking more and away from the desk, in the afternoon or evenings. I will treat your pet as if it were my own and ensure they have a fun and safe experience, either walking or playing inside.

About: I’ve loved dogs for as long as I can remember and have experience caring for my own dogs, each with their own personalities and needs. Living with dogs has taught me patience, consistency, and how important it is to pay attention to what they’re trying to communicate. I recently spent two months volunteering with the Soi Dog Foundation, where I walked and cared for around 15 dogs a day. It was a brilliant hands-on experience working with lots of different temperaments and it strengthened my confidence in handling dogs calmly and safely. I’m especially interested in dog behavior and enjoy learning more about how dogs think and communicate. Because of this, I pay close attention to each dog’s comfort and personality so I can make sure walks are enjoyable and suited to them. I recently lost my rescue dog, Laika, who meant the world to me. Spending time with dogs again feels like a positive way to stay connected to something I care deeply about while I wait until the time feels right to adopt again. I am self-employed and lead a flexible life, which means I can easily adapt my schedule around your dog’s needs. I’m an active person and spend most of my time outdoors, so daily walks and exercise are already a natural part of my routine. As I enjoy longer walks and spending time in nature, I’m always happy to make sure dogs get plenty of stimulation, exercise, and attention. I always prioritise safety, trust, and consistency when caring for dogs in an owner’s home or during walks. I follow the owner’s instructions and make sure each dog is cared for in a way that matches their routine, personality, and comfort level. I’m observant and attentive to body language, and I take time to understand each dog’s needs so they feel secure and relaxed. During walks, I use positive communication a d gentle handling, and ensure dogs are always safely leashed, unless otherwise agreed with the owner. I also understand how important communication is, so I provide regular updates and am always happy to share how the walk went, including photos if requested. My goal is to make owners feel completely confident leaving their pet in my care.

About: Hi, I’m Lauren! I’ve grown up around dogs my whole life in Cornwall and have always had such a love for them. We had a golden retriever as our family dog from when I was little, and later adopted a collie, so I’m very comfortable with different breeds, personalities and routines. I also regularly look after friends’ dogs, including Zora the red fox lab, Arthur and Norman the cockerpoos, and KyKy the cavapoo. I genuinely love spending time with dogs and making sure they feel happy, relaxed and well cared for while their owners are away. I work from home Monday–Friday, usually 9am–6pm, with long lunches and lots of flexibility throughout the day for walks, toilet breaks and playtime. I live close to both the beach and fields, so there are plenty of lovely places for dogs to explore and enjoy. My home is calm, cosy and dog-friendly, and I always try to make dogs feel as settled and comfortable as possible. Whether your dog loves long walks, cuddles on the sofa, playtime or simply having company during the day, I’ll make sure they get lots of love and attention while they’re with me. I know how important trust is when leaving your dog with someone, so I’ll always follow your routine and instructions carefully to help them feel safe and at home. I’m also very happy to send regular photo updates so you can relax knowing they’re happy and settled while you’re away. I work from home full time with flexible hours and long lunches, so I have plenty of time for walks, playtime, cuddles and regular toilet breaks. I want pets to feel as settled and comfortable as possible while they’re with me. I’ll follow their usual routine closely and make sure they get plenty of walks, attention, playtime and cuddles throughout the day. As I work from home, they’ll rarely be left alone and I’m always happy to send photo updates too.

About: I have taken care of my friends and family’s dogs for many years, including walking, feeding and bathing and generally showing them lots of love. I also fostered a rescue for a year before he found his forever home, so have first hand experience with the daily looking after of a dog. We have no dogs in the house currently. I work from home a lot and I am free for boarding and dog walking throughout the week in the mornings, lunchtime and evenings and all weekend. I am free for general boarding and pet care continually. I have a fully walled back garden and gated front garden, on a quiet back street in Penzance, with a large park 20 metres away.

About: My mum had a full time pet grooming business growing up so from 13 years old I always wanted to step in and help wherever I could even if it was to give out treats, I love both cats and dogs and have been pet sitting both aswell as reptiles for 3 years, i can give oral medications if necessary and i’m confident with care for disabled animals who may need expressing etc. i have personal experience with deaf and blind animals. id love to help you out where possible for dogs and cats of any size, breed and temperament :) I sometimes work one day a week on a Sunday in the afternoon helping my mum with her dog grooming business if necessary so I have lots of time to give to other pets and I’m super flexible with notice! :) At the pet owner’s home I am more than happy to do walks as frequently as possible I’m a very active person so this is no problem! I’d love to make the sitting unique to each pet and owner and making notes to your specific routine is a must, my communication is very fast and you can contact at any time, I’m not afraid to contact you if I’m unsure on something.
