Deb was amazing, she cared for our dog really well taking into account the very hot weekend, she walked Luka in the cooler part of the day and in woods with water. She also did a couple of meet ups before to get Luka used to her, he was so pleased to see her when she came back l.House was left clean and tidy as well. Would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone.

About: I’ve loved dogs for as long as I can remember and have experience caring for my own dogs, each with their own personalities and needs. Living with dogs has taught me patience, consistency, and how important it is to pay attention to what they’re trying to communicate. I recently spent two months volunteering with the Soi Dog Foundation, where I walked and cared for around 15 dogs a day. It was a brilliant hands-on experience working with lots of different temperaments and it strengthened my confidence in handling dogs calmly and safely. I’m especially interested in dog behavior and enjoy learning more about how dogs think and communicate. Because of this, I pay close attention to each dog’s comfort and personality so I can make sure walks are enjoyable and suited to them. I’m reliable, calm, and comfortable with dogs of all sizes and energy levels. I’ll always keep you updated and make sure your dog is safe, happy, and well cared for. I recently lost my rescue dog, Laika, who meant the world to me. Spending time with dogs again feels like a positive way to stay connected to something I care deeply about while I wait until the time feels right to adopt again. I am self-employed and lead a flexible life, which means I can easily adapt my schedule around your dog’s needs. I’m an active person and spend most of my time outdoors, so daily walks and exercise are already a natural part of my routine. As I enjoy longer walks and spending time in nature, I’m always happy to make sure dogs get plenty of stimulation, exercise, and attention. I always prioritise safety, trust, and consistency when caring for dogs in an owner’s home or during walks. I follow the owner’s instructions and make sure each dog is cared for in a way that matches their routine, personality, and comfort level. I’m observant and attentive to body language, and I take time to understand each dog’s needs so they feel secure and relaxed. During walks, I use positive communication a d gentle handling, and ensure dogs are always safely leashed, unless otherwise agreed with the owner. I also understand how important communication is, so I provide regular updates and am always happy to share how the walk went, including photos if requested. My goal is to make owners feel completely confident leaving their pet in my care.

About: I had dogs growing up and we have recently adopted a greyhound. I love fussing over neighbours dogs and taking them for occasional walks. I pride myself on good organisation and communication so expect a smooth booking. I work from home and have flexible hours so I'm looking for something to get me out walking more and away from the desk, in the afternoon or evenings. I will treat your pet as if it were my own and ensure they have a fun and safe experience, either walking or playing inside.

About: Caring for my neighbor's dog and looking after my beloved cat have been deeply rewarding experiences. When entrusted with my neighbor's dog, I embraced the responsibilities of regular walks, playtime, and feeding, forging a heartwarming bond and learning valuable lessons in patience, consistency, and reliability in pet care. At home, my quirky and independent cat has taught me the importance of understanding and respecting an animal's individuality, from keeping her well-fed to ensuring a clean litter box and providing ample affection. Both experiences have deepened my passion for pet care, reinforcing my commitment to giving animals the love and attention they deserve, recognizing that their trust and companionship are truly priceless. I’m currently working part time, I only work in mornings/midday so I’m free every evening and have other days where I’m free all day to look after any pets Caring for my cat in my own home and looking after my neighbor's dog in their house are two delightful yet distinct experiences in the realm of pet care. My beloved cat, a constant presence in my home, enjoys the comforts of a well-established routine. This includes ensuring she's well-fed with her preferred food, maintaining a clean litter box, and providing daily doses of love and attention tailored to her quirky personality. Her independent nature reminds me of the importance of respecting an animal's individuality, letting her set the boundaries while offering a warm lap and playful interactions when she's in the mood. On the other hand, tending to my neighbor's dog requires adapting to a new environment. In their house, I become the caretaker and companion, responsible for providing regular walks, playtime, and feeding, all while adhering to the familiar routines and preferences that the dog is accustomed to. This experience teaches me adaptability, patience, and the significance of reliability in pet care, as I must ensure the dog feels comfortable and secure in a different setting. Both experiences reinforce my passion for pet care and remind me that each animal, whether in their home or mine, deserves tailored attention, respect, and love. It's a privilege to provide the care and companionship these wonderful animals need to thrive and be happy.

Tara looked after my dog Bane while we were away for 3 nights. She came around to meet Bane before hand and to find out about his routine. Bane loved her. While we were away Tara sent us updates and photos of Bane, he was having a great time at the beach. When we got back Bane was very happy and relaxed and the house was exactly as we left it. I would definitely recommend Tara and use her again.

I don’t own any and have never owned any dogs, but I have babysat and kept an eye on a few as a child. I have 3 years of experience looking after cats (as I own 4). I also have a pass grade in small animal care and passed a lesson at my local vets about pet first aid. I love dogs and have always been able to befriend any dog I’ve ever come in contact with! I’m a very caring, patient and understanding human, but can also be energetic and fun, so no matter what temperament your pooch has, I will work with and around them! Thank you very much for reading. 🩷 I’m currently free for 2 days a week, but on weekends I could babysit (no overnight) places that are a walk distance away from me (2 miles walking distance). I have fencing going around my entire garden, I can clean your pet with pet-safe wipes, I will make sure there are no dangerous/ choking hazards around your pet.

Kerri was wonderful with my dog whilst we went on holiday for a week. She stayed at my house to ensure that he was in his own surroundings and she left my house spotless. She took great care of Norman and sent regular updates to me whilst I was away. Kerri took him on daily walks and gave him lots of cuddles. She is very knowledgeable about dogs and their behaviours and she handled my dogs nervousness well. She was professional throughout all interactions. She is very friendly and I highly recommend. I would definitely like to have Kerri come look after Norman again on the future xxx

Katie was brilliant at responding and communicating during our booking. Then was in touch and punctual to help 'dog-sit' at our hotel whilst we went out for dinner. She was calm and reassuring with regular updates and photos of how Willow settled during the evening. It was a special weekend for us and so lovely to know Willow was well looked after. Highly recommend Katie to anyone looking for their dogs to be looked after with thought and care.

My cats always have full bellies and are very happy I am free most weekdays and some weekends, I am available more in the evenings but if you need a day let me know and I’ll see what I can do :) I ensure my cats are given time to go outside to get some fresh air and make sure they are fed twice a day, their litter is changed every single day. I of course make sure their water bowl is always full. My cats have a large scratch post and warm bed for them to use whenever they want. In the summer i provide my cats with frozen cat treats to keep them cool.

Clare was superb, communication beforehand was great. Clare made a big effort to get on with Freddie and looked after him fabulously. They both seemed to have a good time and everything was perfect when we arrived back home. We were very grateful and sure that Freddie will be looking forward to Clare visiting again ?

About: Hi! I’m Mikey and it’d be awesome to look after your cat. I have 7 years of experience with cats, this includes catsitting as well as ownership. In 2018, I found a litter of 5 cats alongside a road and realised soon enough that we would be inseparable. 7 years later, it’s pretty safe to say they rule my life. I love em. I have also professionally looked after cats and kittens over the last 3 years. I have done visits as well as home stays.

We would definitely recommend Art! He is a lovely friendly guy and really put me at ease about leaving our puppy for the first time. Wilbur is at the full on and chewy stage and Art coped with it all super well, playing with him in the house and garden until he tired himself out. We came back from an evening out and puppy was calm and happy. Very impressed.
