About: Had 4 different dogs in my lifetime, all who were loved until the age of 18, aswell as 2 cats, and have experience dealing with dogs all different natures and breeds. I love taking care of them and keeping them safe and being around animals brings me much joy. One of my current dogs being 18, and my other being 1, means I have to deal with both senior and youthful energy all the time, teaching me alot. I'm currently in my first year at York St John University, although have lots of free time all week, so I'm happy to help out during the week and on weekends! About: As a lifelong animal lover I started caring for dogs at age 15 when a new neighbour moved in with a beautiful black staffy. Since then I've taken any opportunity I can to walk and care for dogs. Through travel I've had the opportunity to look after dogs in various places and enjoy the companionship and home like feel that furry friends offer. About: From childhood, I have lived with dogs and cats of different breeds and ages. I work 1 hour a day in the morning and afternoon, term time only. The rest of the day I am free, as well as, weekends.I live with my husband and our home is calm and pet friendly. We have a secure back garden. We have lots of lovely walks on our doorstep and a safe, secure gated field nearby. Visiting grandchildren are 14 years plus. I would follow the owners wishes regarding the caring and exercising of their pet, making sure their pet feels happy and relaxed in our home, just as my own pets do. I would want the owner to feel reassured when leaving their pet and I would keep them updated throughout their stay. If your pet would enjoy the company of me and my pets, there is always room for them on our settee! I work one hour a day in the morning and afternoon, weekdays and term time only. I am free the rest of the time and at weekends. I have my own car for transporting pets. My home is calm and relaxed and dog friendly with a secure garden and lots of lovely walks on my doorstep. There is a secured gated field nearby. I can give your pets lots of fuss or leave them to rest and relax if they wish. I would ensure I followed the owner’s instructions and I would keep them updated. I would keep a good routine, with feeding, making sure their pets food is fresh in clean bowls with access to fresh water. I would exercise them to suit their needs. I am happy to bathe, brush, clean teeth if they allow but I do not clip nails. I would give medication according to owner’s instructions. I would ensure harnesses, leads are secure before leaving on a walk and car restraints are secured before transporting. Pets are allowed on our chairs and sofas and beds and I would like them to feel safe, relaxed and comfortable. I can crate if required. I would give positive praise and fussing, helping your pet to feel at home in our home!

About: Hi, I’m Ellen, and I’ve been surrounded by dogs and cats my whole life. For years I’ve been entrusted to walk dogs belonging to friends, family and paying customers, and to do drop-in visits for pets. I also walk and care for my own two dogs, Bella and Wilby, on a daily basis. In 2021 I also had the wonderful experience of raising Bella’s litter of 5 puppies in my family home, from their birth right up until they moved in with their new families (apart from Wilby who we decided to keep!). Wilby is an anxious dog and doesn’t get on well with other dogs, so I’m experienced in walking particularly difficult and antisocial dogs. I’m currently a university student, so my pet care fits around my university schedule. I’m available during the early mornings and the evenings, and my availability varies during working hours, but I’ll always be able to make time for your pet. I’m also available throughout the day on Saturdays and Sundays. Whilst on walks, I prefer to stick to green areas rather than roads for both the safety and enjoyment of your pup. I also shower them with all the pets and attention that they could want.

As someone who spends much of the day working at a desk, I enjoy getting outside for walks. However, when back at my house, your pet will have plenty of companionship and attention throughout the day. Your pet's safety and comfort are my top priorities. I have a fully fenced, secure garden where dogs can safely enjoy time outdoors, as well as easy access to large green spaces nearby for regular walks and exercise. I'm happy to adapt to your pet's usual routine and any specific care requirements, including crate training, medication schedules, feeding routines, or sleeping arrangements. Just let me know your preferences in advance, and I'll do my best to keep their stay as familiar and stress-free as possible. I also have two cats at home. About: I’ve loved and cared for dogs for most of my life. Growing up, my family had a female Pomeranian who was with us for over 10 years, followed by a female Husky. Caring for them gave me experience with dogs of different breeds, sizes and personalities. Now I live with my partner and our spayed female Cockapoo, Loopy. Looking after her has taught me the importance of understanding each dog’s individual needs, routine and personality. I’ve also looked after friends’ dogs, including a large Old English Sheepdog, whom I bathed and cared for, as well as several Cockapoos. One of my friend’s Cockapoos even stayed overnight in our home for a week, so I’m experienced in helping dogs settle into a new environment and feel comfortable. I genuinely love spending time with dogs. I enjoy taking them for walks, visiting parks and going on countryside walks together. About: Ever since a young age, i have taken care of all animals due to family and friends pets. My Grandmother, who had 7 dogs and 3 cats, taught me how to care for animals both stray and tamed from the age of a puppy to an elderly dog. This taught me many skills on how to care for animals, fulfilling not only their physical needs but emotional too. I am currently on the summer break with no jobs and no upcoming holidays trying to save for university and will therefore be free daily for anyone who needs any pet sitters or dog walkers. I currently only have a cat at the moment as my dog lives with my dad in Scotland, however, i can ensure your pet, whether thats a dog, cat or other, will be kept safe and entertained. As long as boundaries regarding the animal are understood beforehand they will be kept safe and secure.
