“Lauren a a great dog walker. She is reliable, friendly, trustworthy and moreover patient with our dog Skye. Skye is nervous and it’s a testament to Lauren’s perseverance that Skye is trusting of her. Lauren made a real effort to befriend Skye, at first just playing with her in the garden to build a bond and strengthen Skye’s confidence. We highly recommend Lauren and she is our primary port of call when it comes to dog walking and care. We will definitely continue to use her services in the future.”

About: I've grown up with all breeds of dogs from springers to Shiba Inus. My first job as a teenager was walking my neighbour's dogs. I currently have my own 3 year old springer fur-baby who is dog-friendly. With having a springer, I have worked trainers and behaviourists so am clued up on training and behavioural issues. I have also fostered for a spaniel charity so have experience with reactive and anxious dogs. I currently work full-time so have weekends available. However, I work remotely and having some flexibility so can pick boarders up during the day if needed before an overnight stay. I have a walled, grass garden with secure padlocked gate. Dogs have free range of the downstairs and have crate available if needed. WIth having a resident dog, the house is "dog-proofed", with high risk foods stored away. I live on a quiet estate away from busy traffic.
About: We have both grown up with various pets in our lives of all shapes and sizes from hamsters and guinea pigs to cats and dogs. We regularly help out our parents with their 5 big rescue dogs of all different ages and personalities. We are very comfortable with walking, feeding and bathing all breeds of cats and dogs. My husband David and I both work remotely with flexible hours, so between us we are available any time 7 days a week to look after your furry friends. We will adhere to any safety rules you have in your home as this is our main priority. Please advise on special dietary/feeding requirements when making contact.
About: I am a Registered Veterinary Nurse with 10 years of experience in caring for Dogs, Cats and exotic species. I am also happy to take care of any pets that need a medical condition monitoring of daily medications given. I am a Locum RVN so work at practices as and when I want to. I love taking care of pets so I enjoy balancing caring for them in a home setting and in a medical setting. I am happy to give your cuddly pets a cuddle but also have a cat myself at home who’s not cuddly so am happy just to sit and be with them or have a play.

About: I've been a dog owner for the last 4 years with my Labrador; I have been doing gundog and obedience training with him for that whole time using R+ techniques so I'm well prepared for training scenarios. I love walking, and would be able to take pups out for a long and stimulating walk that should tire them out for a while. I've looked after dogs for 3 different friends over the course of these 4 years, and I'm very comfortable with different temperaments between dogs. I'm currently on holiday after my A-Level exams so I'm available all day for walks and meetups. I'm going to university in September and am looking to spend some time with dogs before I move away :) I'm very comfortable with schedules for walking and potty breaks. I believe that trust is needed between a walker and the dog so that both of us are comfortable in the situation.
About: I have over 15 years experience looking after other people’s pets aswell as my own. I am pet first aid trained aswell as having full insurance and DBS checked. I currently run my own pet sitting & dog walking business and have regular dog walking clients so all my walks / pet sitting services will fit around that. We have a 2 year old daughter who loves animals as well but we request that your pet also likes and is experienced with children. In more recent years, I have extended my expertise to my own companion, a Yorkipoo named Boo Boo, as well as to the dogs of friends and acquaintances. Additionally, I have contributed extensively to a kennel business run by my sister, which has further enhanced my understanding of the best practices for handling, feeding, walking, and grooming dogs. My unwavering love for dogs and dedication to their well-being have propelled me to pursue additional training and education in this field. I have successfully completed a Pet CPR and First Aid course and am currently pursuing a diploma in Pet Psychology. About: I’ve had a dog since I was a child. Grew up with a small Westie and love her to pieces. She’s 15 now and lives with my dad in Spain and I miss her masses. I would love to get a dog but the situation just isn’t quite right with work at the moment and it wouldn’t be fair on the puppy. So going for the next best thing and looking after other peoples dogs instead! Love the outdoors and enjoy long walks so taking a dog out would only make it more meaningful. Happy to help during weekends when I am available. Otherwise I work full time in the week. But work from home occasionally so may be able to assist here and there… I currently have a fenced garden and a modest two bedroom house. I would always want to interact with your woofer and keep them entertained. Lots of walks and play time
About: I have pets of my own and understand how it feels when you have to leave them on their own during the day or putting them in kennels or cattery when going on holiday. I have 5 years animal management experience at BTEC and Bachelor’s of Science degree level. I have recently finished my degree therefore I am currently available at any time. I am looking for additional work so this may change over time. I will always make sure doors to your residents are locked and your pets are safe and secure indoors. When walking your dog I personally would prefer to keep them on the lead to keep them safe.

Alicia D.
“Alicia has grown up surrounded by animals all her life, especially dogs of all breeds. Her love of dogs from an early age has grown into adulthood. When she now owns her own dog and has fostered a rescue dog. She walked neighbours dogs and her own family dogs throughout her teenage years. She is caring, smart, trustworthy and conscientious young woman, who has a great knowledge of dogs and their needs. She has looked after my dogs on many occasions and I would not hesitate in recommending her to look after abydos to a very high standard of care and trust.”
Philippa N.Star Sitter
“Philippa N. is extremely capable, compassionate, knowledgeable and loving with my five, big dogs, one cat and two tortoises and she loves them like they are her own. Her calm energy is perfect for my boisterous group as she is able to handle all personalities and needs of my dogs. We have a pack of four girls ranging in age from four to eleven, all around the 65 lbs range and one big boy (three years old) who weighs over 100 lbs. With a wide range of ages and medicine needs (read: high maintenance) and quirks of my pack, Philippa effortlessly administers singular medications, vitamins and the different amounts of food each pup eats. She understands the exercise requirements and happily throws the ball for my insatiable one and then takes a long, gentle walk with my elderly one. My clingy cat adores her as she is also a cat owner (or, owned by a cat, whatever you prefer) and she's so gentle with my two tortoises. Trustworthy and responsible, Philippa is absolutely the number one choice for all your pet-sitting needs as she is punctual, communicative, will follow all your instructions precisely and will treat your best friends with the utmost care, and love...just as you would.”

“Darcey looked after our two dogs for the weekend whilst we were away. Both dogs have special needs as one is blind and the other is very dependent on human contact. You can rest assured that she will make sure your pet /s are looked after as if they were her own. “I'm absolutely thrilled with Paul and his wife! We had never used a pet-sitting app before, but our regular dog sitter disappointed us, so we decided to try Paul. We met them before leaving our dog with them for the week, and we lucked out! It's obvious they are passionate about canines, and we got frequent pictures and updates to assure us that our dog was in great hands and getting plenty of love and care while we were away. It took a weight off of our minds - they're absolutely outstanding, and I can't give them a high enough rating! Many thanks!!”
