About: Very excited to meet your pup, I have grown up with my own dogs and I have a fur baby of my own. I love energetic dogs that like to go on big walks, but also those who prefer a cuddle and play indoors. I have looked after friends and families dogs and cats for periods of time when they have been away. I currently work part time as cabin crew, so when I am not flying I have lots of flexible time to look after your dog from early mornings to evenings. With free time on my days off I can take your pup on long or short walks, depending on your preference, for toilet breaks and lots of play time. I have lots of walks and nature reserves near me for on/off lead work. I am happy to work around your dogs needs and toilet breaks.

About: Hi! I’m a 3rd year Biology student with a lifelong love for animals. I’ve had a dog all my life and I’ve looked after cats, hamsters and rabbits. I’ve had experience looking after friends dogs as well as working in a cattery for two years to assist with cat care. I understand the need to find somebody you trust with your pets and I treat every animal as if they were my own. Whether it’s daily walks, feeding, playtime, or giving meds, I’m here to help your pet feel happy and safe while you’re away. As a University Student I have a very flexible schedule. I am free every weekend and every evening to help care for your pet. As well as this, over Summer I have a fully open schedule to care for your pets. This will allow me to complete drop in visits and overnight care depending on what you and your pet require. Your pet’s safety and comfort are my top priorities. I always follow the specific routines and instructions you provide, whether it’s for feeding, medications, or walks. I make sure pets are always supervised and never put in unsafe situations. I take time to build trust with each animal so they feel calm and secure with me. I’m gentle, patient, and attentive to their needs - whether that means a quiet cuddle or an energetic play session. I will always respect your home when sitting there and keep doors locked, leashes secure, and never leave pets unsupervised outside. You’ll get regular updates and photos so you can feel at ease while you’re away!

About: I have had dogs in my family from being a child. I lost my beautiful boxer nina in May and still have a lot of love and time to give to dogs until I feel ready to get another dog of my own. I have experience with rescue dogs and family pets, from puppies to senior dogs. I look forward to hearing from you and meeting your four legged friend 🧡😊 I work full time through the week but have availability on weekends and Mondays are my rest days so I am happy to help during these times. I may be able to accommodate a later drop off for boarding on Friday's after work from 6pm on occasion. Please message me to discuss if this is required. I have a secure garden and live by a field and dog walking area. Your dog would spend time with me in my home. I keep a tidy home and would therefore treat any owners home with the same care and respect if house sitting. I will only take one dog in at a time unless from the same household for your peace of mind. I want your pet to feel completely at home here!

About: I had a cocker spaniel until recently. She is now living elsewhere due to my divorce. I love dogs and grew up with them in Ireland. I live alone in a nice estate surrounded by great dog walks. I work full time Monday -Friday but weekends and evenings are free and I have some Mondays and Fridays off. Enclosed back garden and your dog would have full use of my house, or whatever rules you want in place. I’m a dog lover and I would love to have the company of your pet. My kids are 15/22 and don’t stay over often. Your doggy will be in safe and loving hands. I have some Mondays and Fridays off. I generally work 8-4pm Monday - Friday but I can work from home and my evenings and weekends are free. I have a rear enclosed garden with a 6ft high fence, grass and paved area with plenty of plants and greenery. It’s not a huge garden but enough for your pet to have a little run around. About: Hello there!
My name is Megan and I recently moved back to the UK after living in Australia for 9 months. While in Australia I was doing pet/house sitting jobs on the side of my full time job and would like to continue that now I’m back home in the UK. I have a deep love and passion for animals so rest assured your pets would be treated with the upmost respect and love that I would show my own pet.
I grew up with a variety of different animals including dogs, cats, rabbits, fish, gerbils, guinea pigs, hamsters, mice and even rats! 😂 While I was in Australia I had done a variety of different house sits including: - 5 weeks with 3 ragdoll cats
 - 3 seperate occasions looking after a bullmastiff, kelpie collie cross and cat
 - 5 nights with an american staffy
 - overnight stay with 9 month old golden retriever and cat
- a 14 yr old and 10 yr old Staffordshire terriers All house sits I built a great bond with all animals and absolutely loved spending time with them. As going over to Australia I had missed my cat Magic greatly and by doing these house sits they certainly helped with that!
My services I am offering include:
 - Dog walking
- Pet/house sitting
 - Home visits
I am currently working 4 days a week doing a mix of early and late shifts and I do drive so getting to various locations in Durham is no problem. Please drop me a message to ask my availability☺️
Please feel free to ask any questions so you can feel comfortable and confident that you are leaving your pets in the best hands! 😺🐶 I have taken care of a number of different breeds as well as ages, from large 55kg bull mastiffs to small terrier breeds. And from 9 month old to 14 year old dogs. So I am very comfortable with looking after a range of different breeds. I will love and care for them all the same. I am happy to just chill on the couch with a senior dog or go for a long walk with a young pup as well. I’m currently working 4 days a week doing a mix of early and late shifts, working close to Durham city centre and I drive so can easily get to various locations around Durham. I am a very reliable and respectful person so rest assured while visiting your pets I will take great care of your home as well as your fur babies. The previous house sits I have done I have left the homes in immaculate condition as if I was never there.

About: Hi, I’m Pin Yi! I’ve always loved animals and have spent over five years caring for my three cats back home in Taiwan. Living with them taught me how to be patient, observant, and attentive to each pet’s unique needs. Since moving to the UK for my Master’s degree, I’ve really missed being around animals, so I’m excited to offer pet sitting and dog walking services here in a kind, caring, and trustworthy way. I’m currently a postgraduate student at Durham University with a flexible Term 3 schedule, which gives me plenty of time every day to care for pets. I’m available for dog walking, drop-in visits, daycare, and boarding—whether it’s for regular routines or occasional help. I’m happy to follow your pet’s needs and schedule to make sure they feel safe, happy, and well cared for. Although I live in a quiet, pet-friendly student accommodation, I’m fully committed to providing safe and comfortable care. I’m happy to visit your home for feeding, walks, or companionship. I treat every pet like they’re part of the family, and I’m always careful to follow the owner’s instructions closely.

About: I've been around animals my whole life, growing up with a large dog and later caring regularly for friends' dogs—and even the occasional rabbit. I'm now the proud owner of a 4-year-old Cocker Spaniel named Jinx and a playful Oriental Shorthair cat named Luna. Caring for animals is second nature to me, and I treat every pet as if they were my own. I go on daily walks and love exploring woodlands and beaches—because, let’s be honest, what’s life to a Spaniel without a daily swim? I currently work weekends, so I’m available most weekdays and would be thrilled to have your dog join Jinx and me on our everyday adventures! I have a reasonable sized, fenced garden. Pets are allowed on furniture/beds. Toilet breaks can be as needed. Regular walks and playtime are a guarantee.

About: I’ve been surrounded by all types of cats and dogs for as long as I can remember and have always revelled in taking great care of them. I'm currently training my own family dog, she's a sweet natured rescue dog from Romania and it's been so rewarding seeing her progress so quickly, especially with learning English! I’m currently a student at Durham Uni so will only be able to work in the holidays (longer than school holidays). I'll always try to work around you and flex my availability wherever possible. Also happy to give discounts for repeat services! I'm very patient with dogs and always take things at their pace, so as not to overwhelm them in any way. I will always give dogs the space and time they need to feel happy around me, I love making special bonds with every dog I meet and take care of.

About: I have taken care of dogs of every kind for 13+ years now. Neighbours, friends and family have relied on me to walk, feed, check in on them, their medical needs, bath and play with their pets. I have had the opportunity to grow up a cocker spaniard and a pomeranian. I had a chance to care for the cocker spaniard while having 2 cats at home. In addition to the above, I have cared for and been a sitter for turtle, tortoise, australian parrots, lovebirds, mice and hamsters. I am free on weekends and I am mostly in town due to my university classes. My classes only take place on Tuesday 2-6pm and Thursday 9am-1pm , rest of the week, I would be available to care for and sit for various pets. I can connect with dogs, cats and other pets on personal and emotional level and care for their every need and I can have a positive environment such that we can enjoy each other's company even in shorter span of time. My presence and personality is friendly and non-frightening to all kinds of dogs, cats and any all other pets. I can cohabit with any kind of pets in a peaceful, happy and playful manner.

Vanessa is an excellent and loving dog owner. I’d personally recommend her! She’s someone who adores pets and has the upmost love and care for them. Seeing how she looks after not only her own dog but also her friend’s pets gave me more than enough confidence to trust her with my own dog. She showed so much attention to my dog and took him on multiple walks (which he loved). Couldn’t recommend enough. Great communication! Kept me fully updated.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Absolutely fantastic pet sitter! I can’t recommend Isabelle highly enough. She took such great care of my dogs while I was away, not just feeding and walking, but actually spending time with them, giving love and attention like they deserve. I received regular updates, photos, and little check-ins which gave me complete peace of mind. Came home to two relaxed and content doggies, which says it all really! It’s such a relief knowing I’ve found someone I can trust. Will 100% be booking again. Thank you! 🐶🐾

Sam was fantastic with my fur babies! He took time to listen to their needs and tailored his visits around them. He is kind and conscientious when dealing with my babies needs. He cared for my two dogs, two guinea pigs and my chickens. It was lovely to hear about his own plethora of animals and was obvious what an animal lover he is. I could see how excited my dogs were with him on each visit which reassured me, as my little lady (greyhound) is often very nervous around new people. I will definitely be in touch when I need him again and wish him well with his business.

Our dogs Seeley, Tilly and Duke (RIP) love their Aunty Steph! She has minded them countless times now and we know that they are in safe hands each and every time. She's opened up her home to them with care and warmth, and we can tell they have fun through the photos she shares with us. Staying with Steph is a home away from home for sure.

I've always found Archie to be a trustworthy and likeable young man. He's patient and kind with animals and they gravitate towards him. He will always encourage and praise good behaviour. He's a thoughtful and caring individual and has grown up with pets (dogs and cats). He will respond according to the personality of the pet, if they're energetic he'll play with them, if they're quiet and less adventurous he'll be calm and nurturing. Would definitely recommend.

I’ve known Mayank K. for years, and I can confidently say he’d be an amazing pet sitter or dog walker on Rover.com. He’s incredibly responsible, patient, and has a natural connection with animals. Mayank is always the person I trust with my own pets because he genuinely cares about their well-being and happiness. Whether it’s long walks, playtime, or simply keeping pets comfortable and calm, Mayank goes above and beyond to make sure they’re well taken care of. He’s punctual, detail-oriented, and always has a smile on his face. Pet parents can rest easy knowing their furry family members are in great hands with him!

Willa is a hyperempath and cares immensely for both humans and animals alike. The love that she has for her dog, Nacho, just shows her natural affinity for pets. Willa's patience, reliability and enthusiasm allow her to be the perfect pet caregiver as she provides pets with not only the necessary care and attention but also a genuine, heartfelt connection that brings comfort and joy to both the pets and their owners. She's got an infectious energy which will keep your pet engaged and active - they will never be bored with Willa around! With Willa, you can trust that your furry friend will receive the best care and attention, just like Nacho does.

Kelsey had Jeff for the afternoon. He can be a bit of a handful, but was clearly no problem for Kelsey. She took him out for walkies which he loved. She kept good care of him and will happily use her services again. Thoroughly recommend!
