I look forward to the daily photos of my fur boys (cats) to rest at ease they're being well cared for. Odalis also took care of a few household things while we were away. She is my new "go to" person for cat care.”

About: I grew up with 3 dogs and have been a pet sitter pretty much my entire childhood and well into adulthood. I have experience with following strict diet plans and administering medication. I’m a teacher off for the summer so I am free pretty much 7 days a week, any time of day. I have a short appointment on Thursdays at 1pm but other than that, I’m free as a bird! I’m familiar with different strategies on how to keep pets in the house (I grew up with 3 runners!) and safely tucked away in their crates if needed.

“Alyssa was amazing! She was thoughtful in her preparation visit, asking good questions to be prepared for any situation. During the visits, she spent a lot of time with our two cats and was good at respecting their personalities, working well with the social one and our less social one. We appreciated the detailed daily updates and pictures! She was also kind enough to water some outdoor flowers and left a newtoy for our cats! They will definitely be looking forward to seeing her again soon!”

About: I’ve taken care of dogs my whole life and have always loved being around them. I grew up with big dogs but love all kinds. I graduated from college in June and I'm living at home looking for some work, so spending time with dogs feels like the perfect fit I just graduated college and am living at home, unemployed, for the summer. I have a mostly free schedule and can work around you. Besides a few weekend trips, I’m mostly available! I understand that all dogs are different and will treat your dog, and you, with respect. I will care for them with patience and understanding, but also with a lot of love. I will listen to your instructions and care.

About: I’ve been caring for small dogs and cats for the past two years, helping out local neighbors, friends, and family. Whether it’s feeding, walking, playing, or just keeping them company, I always make sure pets feel safe, calm, and loved while their owners are away. I also enjoy learning each pet’s unique behaviors—every critter has their own personality, and I love getting to know what makes them special. I’m a full-time student with a flexible schedule, which gives me plenty of time to care for pets throughout the day. Whether it’s daytime check-ins, walks, or overnight stays, I’m available and committed to giving your pets the attention and care they need. When caring for pets in a client’s home, I focus on keeping their routine as consistent and stress-free as possible. I follow all care instructions closely—feeding, walks, playtime, and any special needs—and make sure they feel safe and comfortable in their familiar space. I also keep the home clean and secure while you’re away.

“Hannah was a great sitter for my 2 cats while I was out of town. They both liked her right away, and she sent me many cute pictures of them looking happy and safe. Hannah was always communicative, responsible, and very pleasant to work with. I will definitely ask her to watch my cats for me again and would recommend her to others as well!”

About: I’ve been working with animals since I was little, I’ve owned goats, cats, dogs, ferrets, and rabbits! (Rats and gerbils too) I love animals and have a lot of patience (which came in handy when training my dog Mira) I’d love to work with you and help you take care of your fur babies! I’m a student who works about 3 days a week, with winter break coming up I will also have more free time, I try to be active when I can, so taking pets on walks has been my way of doing that! I will take care to make sure your pet is safe and happy! Whatever it requires, they will be first priority and looked after with love and care

About: I've been a pet lover since I was little but my parents did not want to have pets in our small condo. Instead I was able to care for family and friend's pets which I treated like my own and I would love to do the same with your furry friends. I have experience with dogs ranging from small chihuahuas to mastiffs in ages of 3 months to 12 years old. In my adult years I've also established a special bond with cats, who I believe are often misunderstood and deserve attention and play time as well. I will take care of your pet like I would like my own pets to be cared for, with lots of love, patience and care. I prefer to work 8am-4:30pm but I my work schedule can be flexible almost every day! I do work at an office but I am also available to work from home at a special request. I can take care of your pet in the morning before work, during my lunch break, and right after-all throughout the evening. I want to create a safe environment for your pet to make sure they're comfortable when their favorite person is gone and I will do anything to make myself a worthy temporary replacement. I believe keeping a schedule you established with your pet puts them at ease and helps with the transition, whether it's feeding, walks or play time.

About: Hi! My name is Scarlett, I’ve been around dogs and cats my entire life, and I adore them. I’ve taken care of large and small dogs, as I currently have a toy aussie and a german shepherd! I also have experience with dogs of all temperaments! While I can handle playful, jumpy dogs, I’d prefer to take care of dogs that are kind towards people and not aggressive. I also have plenty of experience in taking care of cats, as well as limited experience with rodents! (For example: ferrets, guinea pigs, rats, and hamsters.) I’m very grateful to be given an opportunity to take care of your pets! Thank you! Hi! My name is Scarlett, I’ve been around dogs and cats my entire life, and I adore them. In my home and in my clients home my priority is making sure the animal are safe and cared for, and then that’s when play time comes in! I love to give them plenty of affection as well. I always make sure they’re well fed, that they have sufficient water, and that they’re nice and clean.

“Lila came on time and was easy to work with! She offered to take care of additional household chores for use in addition to taking care of our cat. She was great in getting pictures of our cat (even though she’s shy) and provide updates daily. We will certainly look to book her again if we ever need to do so.”

About: Providing pets with specialized individual care and love has been a big part of my life. I grew up with two German Shepards and spent much of my childhood caring for them as part of my daily chores. In middle school, I started volunteering at the Oregon Humane Society as a requirement for school, and I consider my time walking dogs, cleaning cat rooms, and socializing with small animals a really valuable experience. Volunteering at OHS at a young age taught me the value and importance of creating safe and welcoming spaces for pets so that they feel loved and cherished. I have always loved dogs and cats, but I also have experience in caring for small animals (guinea pigs, hamsters, rats/mice), chickens, goats and horses. So if you have one of these more unconventional pets, I would be happy to discuss my rates and plans for their care while you are away. The most important thing to me in providing care is making sure that both the pet and owner feel completely comfortable during the service, which begins even before I met your pet for the first time. I do my best to respond quickly to each and every request within a few minutes (I am most available from 10am to 10pm), but any requests sent outside of that time frame may be slower to receive a response. During house sits and drop-in visits, I will stay in regular communication with texts and photo updates. During walks, I utilize Rover cards which will let you know information about the walk like distance and pictures once the walk is finished. And I am always available on my Rover number during any service booking. Every pet is unique, and I will do everything I can to make sure that they are given the best care while under my care. Our pets are our furry children and deserve to have individualized care that fits their needs and makes them happy. I am excited to have the opportunity to provide your pet(s) with the care that they deserve, and I look forward to working with you to do that. I offer a discount for house sitting requests of 6 days or more, please inquire for more details! I recently graduated college in June from OSU but I have had little luck finding a job in my field. I currently spend much of my time job searching from home, so I have plenty of time to get to know your pets on an individual level! This makes me a great fit for pets that might have separation anxiety or don't like to spend a lot of time alone since I can do my job search from home. I currently have a 2-day advance notice for new clients since I currently split my time between the Portland-Vancouver Metro Area, the Albany/Corvallis area, and Newport. If you would like to request me without the 2-day advance notice, please reach out to me and ask if I am available. I will add a $15 late-notice fee if the request is the day before the service, and a $30 late-notice fee if the request is same day, subject to my discretion. This late-notice fee covers my travel and incidentals to your location and assures that the request is genuine. If you have any questions about this fee, please feel free to ask. Before accepting any care requests, I like to arrange a meet and greet to get to know your pet(s), their individual needs and personality, and you, their owner! All pets are cared for as if they were my own, and I will return them to your care, hopefully happier and healthier than when they were first turned over into my care. If you have any concerns, I am always available through my Rover number through text or call to answer any questions.

“Joseph and Rashni did a wonderful job taking care of my 2 cats while I was away for 10 days, and were also very accommodating when some of my plans changed unexpectedly. I found my cats very happy when I returned. Thank you for everything!”

“I cannot recommend Jennifer enough to anyone looking for a responsible, loving, and attentive dog sitter. From the moment she met my dog, I could tell she truly cares about animals. She’s incredibly dependable, always on time, and goes above and beyond to make sure mine (and possibly yours) pup feels safe, loved, and comfortable. I had the pleasure of welcoming Jennifer to my dog Sophie and she was a blast to work with. Lowkey kinda jealous that my dog gets more excited to see Jennifer more then me. That says a lot.”
