About: Animals have been central to my life from an early age, and few things bring me more peace and joy than caring for the beloved pets of others—domestic and exotic alike. For over a decade I’ve provided quality care for cats and dogs of all sizes and ages in both my home and those of my clients’. Ten years ago, I helped launch the STAY WILD Rehabilitation Center in Trumansburg, NY, where I gained extensive hands-on experience rescuing and rehabilitating sick or injured domestic and farm animals—including dogs, cats, horses, and sheep—as well as local wildlife. Through this work, I developed advanced skills in administering medications of all kinds, wound care and maintenance, and specialized feeding procedures for high-needs animals. I’m confident in situations that require extra patience and care at any stage of your pet’s life — from potty training and housebreaking, to teething and the “terrible twos,” all the way through the gentle, attentive support senior pets deserve. ❤️ I am currently finishing the final credits of my college degree, which gives me a flexible and dependable daytime schedule. Because my coursework is remote, I’m able to prioritize consistent, timely drop-ins and structure my days around my Rover clients. I’m available Monday–Wednesday from 9am–6pm, and Thursday-Sunday from 2pm–6pm. I strive to maintain consistent visit windows for every household. I specialize in dependable drop-in visits and attentive walks in your pet’s familiar environments. My car is set up with a dog hammock and pet safety seatbelt to transport your pupper to a nearby park or trail if desired! I prioritize safe and secure leash handling, stay aware of surroundings by avoiding headphone use, and tailor the pace and distance to your dog’s comfort level and energy. I understand how important consistency and routine are, and I carefully follow all feeding, medication, exercise, and care instructions exactly as provided. With a background in banking and childcare, I bring responsibility, discretion, and respect into every home I enter. You can expect punctual visits, clear communication, and photo updates so you feel assured and at ease while I’m with your furry family member ❤️. I will treat every pet with the same patience and love I give my own senior pup.

About: I have taken care of pets since I was six years old, starting with a few fish. Then it developed into lizards, birds, hermit crabs and dogs. I love and care for all and make careful research to provide the best care. Pet care is a wonderful addition to my weekly routines! Walking dogs helps get my steps in and I especially love the longer walks. As a student, my Mondays are busy, but all other days are mostly free except for the late mornings. I keep alarms set at home for when to feed my pets so everyone knows when it’s breakfast and dinner time! Three times a day I will take my dog out for 30-minute to an hour long walk. As a 75lbs husky, my dog loved to pull on the leash but I was able to slowly train him out of that habit. Now he walks beside me and makes walking around the neighborhood a breeze!

About: Hello, my name is Anna and I am excited to care for your pets! I have many years of experience working with animals, from pet-sitting in my home, neighborhood, and campus to volunteering in animal shelters. I am a third-year environmental science student at Cornell University. I have experience administering oral and topical medication to pets, have cared for senior pets, and know how to safely remove ticks. I love hiking and will make sure your energetic pup gets all the exercise they need! I have a car and am happy to bring animals along on adventures. I am a student with a flexible schedule and a car to get me and your animals to where they need to go! Overnight stays are easy for me to do and I often have time for long walks. I can and will care for your pets in any way you need me to! I can easily house sit as well and chauffeur pets to veterinary care or other appointments.

About: I've taken care of pets since I was a child-- growing up with a large breed and small dog and two cats-- I've always loved animals. I have a large breed dog named Chewbacca and an adult indoor cat named Chase. Both are friendly with other animals, easy going, and playful. I work from home most days so I'm very available! I'm here in my house and I'm happy to offer lots of love, comfort, cuddles, and address any special dietary or medical needs when your pet stays with me! My older large dog is very sweet and sleeps most of the day, but he enjoys playing with other dogs and otherwise is great with cats and any other animals he encounters! I have a large fenced yard on just over an acre outside of Ithaca. Dogs can run and are very happy here when visiting! I am happy to supervise any bathroom breaks or keep your pet on a leash if you prefer them not running the large yard-- whatever feels most comfortable! I will follow your care instructions precisely to ensure your pet gets the love and attention needed.

About: Hello to all possible clients! :-) My name is Kat, I am a caregiver professionally and a caregiver at heart but when I’m home I love to spend time with our family dogs. Since I was a kid I’ve adored dogs till utter obsession. I’ve helped train and care for dogs within my family for many years and have experience in feeding, medications, walks, training, dogs that range in size, dogs with anxiety, senior dogs & pups…etc. I’d love to do some drop-in visits and help when I can. I’ve recently given birth and before I fully submerge myself back into working again I figured I could use a schedule with a little more flexibility and found this to be a perfect fit. When caring for your pup I will provide whatever energy is needed for your pup to thrive, whether that mean love, patience, tender care or space and just the necessities. About: Hello, I am an active individual who likes being out in nature and exploring the local outdoor areas. I would enjoy the opportunity to help care for your pet and would enjoy the company as well. I am employed full time as a PhD student at Cornell and am seeking a side job that I could enjoy as much as my current job. I live by myself in a quiet, smoke-free home with no other animals or children. I am in a pedestrian-friendly area with excellent scenery for walking. Because much of my work schedule is flexible, I will have time throughout the day to take care and spend time with your pet. I also have more availability on weekends. As an animal lover, I like to interact with dogs through play (tossing a ball, playing tug-of-war with a toy, running around outside) and relaxing with them and giving them pets.

About: Hi I have experienced with all size dog and breed through my veterinary assistance experience. I also have a Black Lab her name is Lisa, and she is turning four years old. I am a full time student at Cornell. I have a back yard for puppy play time. I take boarding, sitting, and walking as long as the schedule fits. Also I can do same day appointment to support our pet parents. I have fenced yard. Extra leashes and harness. We are in a dog friendly neighborhood. My dog is 80lb so I can handle dog who pull and large size.

About: I’ve been taking care of dogs and cats my whole life but only sitting for 4 years! I love animals and am always looking forward to learning more. I’m a Cornell student and only have classes for 4 hours M-Th. With this schedule it is easy to take pets on walks, drop by and check on them, and make sure they get all the care and attention they deserve! I always leave things the way I found them if not better! Including living spaces and animals. I always want to make sure I keep someone’s area clean and make sure I keep someone’s animal safe and happy while with me!
