“Caroline is great! She is upfront with care and very understanding of our expectations. She sends lots of pictures daily and took great care of my sweet Koko cat. I highly recommend her and will absolutely be using her again!”

“Theresa communicated the whole time and made us feel at ease knowing our cats were in good hands. Our cat Luna loved her which isn’t super common! We will definitely reach out next time we go out of town.”

“This was my first time ever having to use a sitter for my boys and I couldn’t have asked for a better sitter! My boys were so well taken care of and she managed to get Salem to come out of his shell, he has never been this comfortable with anyone outside of the family before so I will definitely be requesting her services again whenever we need to and she’s available!”

“Rashmita did a great job with Pepé. She sent daily photos and videos and it was pretty clear Pepé felt loved and safe. Rashmita is also very easy to work with and I appreciate her personable approach and very fast responses.”

“Chloe was amazing, we received the sweetest pictures. Mingo is very shy but felt very comfortable with Chloe immediately. I highly recommend using Chloe to love on your pets or babies ♥️, when you must be away.”

“Jen (and her husband Patrick) were amazing! She was so attentive and loving to my little man. Not only did they care for him, but I can tell they loved him as if he was their own. They updated me with every visit and made sure he was happy and healthy. Thank you again Jen! You and Patrick were truly the best sitters I have ever had ?”

“So so so nice! She was super quick to respond and came in clutch when someone else canceled. She communicated a lot and went above and beyond to make sure my pup was taken care of! I would definitely book with her again!”

“Immaculate service, communication, and attention to detail. Got home and the cats’ first reaction was asking when Rebecca was coming back! Her ability to connect with even our shy little one was touching - with lots of photos and video as evidence. Very responsive and reliable. Highly recommend!”

“Alexandra was great with the boys. She sent plenty of photos and made sure to let me know if anything seemed even slightly off. Wouldn't hesitate to have her sit for them again.”

“Chelsie took great care of our senior cat! She gave her lots of pets and treats. She provided updates and photos. We recommend her and would be happy to have her take care of Star again in the future!”

“Amber and Brendon were LIFESAVERS!!! Completely accommodating and went out of their way to make sure momo was loved and taken cared of. Having to move during a PCS with six large bags and a toddler, Amber came to the airport to greet us with flower leis and to grab our boy. She did not have to do all that but she did and she was such a GREAT HELP and I cannot thank her enough for all that she did for us. We will definitely be using them again to watch our boy. Even helped us out to get some products for him since again we were arriving from the mainland to Hawaii and didn’t have that much space. Thank you, thank you! I would highly recommend them for pet care services. Can’t go wrong :)”

“Lyndi was the perfect cat sitter! I had never gone on vacation because i was worried about my cat. Lyndi was very responsive and very attentive to my cats needs. She was always on time with the check ins and provided adorable photos. I would 100% book her again to watch my cat!”

“Definitely hire her again. She was fantastic for the care of my cat. Loved the amazing photos of her interacting with her every visit. She gave plenty of petting, playing with her toy and treats on my request. Sarai was a champ at giving her her medication, after being shown only once. She took out the trash, and cleaned her litter box. She did amazing!”

Tripler Army Medical Center cat parents share their Rover experiences
Taylor was so amazing with our boys! They welcomed her from the get-go, including our shy boy. I didn't have to worry at all. She provided pics for updates, which was a plus! She went above and beyond for what I expected. I would have her pet-sit in a heartbeat again. 🤗 thank you so much, Taylor. 😄

He is absolutely awesome! This was my first time hiring a pet sitter while I was away, and he went above and beyond from the very beginning. He stopped by the day before my trip so we could go over everything in person, which immediately made me feel comfortable and reassured. During my trip, he kept me updated with photos and detailed messages, which I truly appreciated. He even took the initiative to replace the battery in my smoke detector when it started making a loud noise and caused my cats to hide under the bed ... That level of care really meant a lot to me. My cats were clearly very comfortable with him and seemed happy and relaxed the entire time. If I ever need a pet sitter again, I will definitely be asking him for help. Highly recommend!

Lily was amazing taking care of our two kitties for the three weeks we were gone. She played with them multiple times a day, kept up with their food, water, and litter box, and always provided plenty of photo updates and summaries of what they were up to. We will definitely be booking again with her in the future when we need a sitter.

This was our first time using TK to watch our 2 cats and we were very happy with the TLC she provided them in addition to other small things like watering our plants and keeping the house tidied up. She was always on time and left pictures after her visits in addition to keeping us apprised of other issues that came up. TK was very prompt in communicating with us and I'm so glad that we found her for our recent trip. We will 100% contact her again for our next trip as our cats already miss her!
Yumna is great. We always feel at ease while we are away knowing she is checking in on our boys. She provides thorough details on how they are doing and lots of pictures. Yumna also ensures that our place isn’t in disarray after we come back since our cats tend to cause chaos in the house while we are gone.

I highly recommend hiring Shiwa to take care of your pets when you're away. She put me at ease on my trip because I knew she was taking good care of my pets while we were gone. She was fantastic at providing updates and photos multiple times a day to reassure me that they were doing well. I would absolutely trust Shiwa to watch them again! My pets loved her as well! :)

Maile did a great job, followed our instructions perfectly, and left our place super clean (just like I had left it 10 days prior). She was responsive via text and sent daily photos of our two cats. I was wishing for more text updates during the check-ins, but was happy to have the pictures. No complaints and would definitely book Maile again, thank you!
