About: I’ve been around dogs and cats my whole life and currently have two dogs and a cat of my own, so I’m very comfortable caring for pets. I’ve handled a variety of situations, from overnight stays to week-long care, and everything in between, and it’s always gone really well. I’m confident in my ability to take great care of your pets and make sure they feel safe and comfortable. I’m really looking forward to meeting them! I’m a part-time nursing student this summer, so I have a pretty flexible schedule and only have class two days a week. Outside of school, I love being active, going to the beach, and spending time outside with friends. That also means I have plenty of time and energy to give your pets the attention and care they need! I’ll be living in USM housing this summer, so I’m not able to have pets stay with me. However, I’m more than happy to come to you and stay in your home if needed. I’m very flexible and comfortable doing overnight stays to make sure your pets are well cared for in their own environment!

I also have experience working in a shelter environment and volunteer at a wildlife rehab facility in Hancock County. I recently returned to school and am graduating as a licensed veterinary technician from UMA Bangor. I look forward to providing the care you need for your pets with the skills and knowledge of a licensed professional. I have a flexible schedule most days of the week, except Wednesday. About: Hello! I'm Ashley. I am 35 years old. I am from Stuart, FL. I am working in Bar Harbor for the summer and have recently decided to stay through winter until April 2026. I have always been an animal lover and if I could afford a farm and have every type of animal in it... I would. I have owned, dogs, fish, and birds. I have had dogs most of my life. I had a Jack Russell who lived to be 11 years old named Romeo...He was a ball of energy, he had eye problems and needed drops daily. I also had a Rat Terrier named Oliver, we bought him at a year old. He lived to be 14 years old. Most recently my sister currently has a mini golden doodle, who is 4 years old. I loved taking my dogs on the trails in the parks. If I didn’t travel so much, I would love a dog of my own. I work seasonal contract jobs outside the National parks, mainly in the summer season. I go walking everyday & I would love to bring your pup with me. I am renting an apartment but I also work downstairs from it so I can check on them and take them out throughout the day
