Dogs who get along with others can stay in the house, which i know made my dog feel more comfortable, but even if she had stayed in the exterior building she would have been well cared for. DOGGIE DAY CARE (Friday Follies) Small-group dog day care offered on a limited basis for dogs I already know. Care is calm and structured, with supervised outdoor time, rest periods, and attention to individual routines. This is not a high-volume or facility-style service. DOG WALKING (Local only, April - November) Dog walking is offered on a limited basis within my immediate neighborhood. Walks are calm, unhurried, and focused on routine and safe outdoor time rather than distance or speed. HOUSE SITTING House sitting provides overnight, in-home care while you’re away. Care focuses on routine, safety, and consistency for pets who do best staying in their own space. Availability is limited and best suited for planned trips. DROP-IN VISITS Drop-in visits provide routine care while pets remain in their home or temporary stay. Visits include feeding, litter or outdoor care, medications as instructed, and general check-ins. Extended visits may be recommended for multiple pets or more involved routines. I plan my schedule intentionally to support well-defined care needs and clear timelines. This allows me to provide consistent, attentive care whether you’re traveling nearby or farther from home. Safety and consistency are always a priority. I follow established routines, respect household instructions, and pay close attention to changes in behavior, appetite, or comfort. Clear communication helps ensure a smooth experience while you’re away.

“Kirk was a great caretaker for my dog, Marty! Marty's a little shy and slow to open up at first, and Kirk made him feel safe and happy the first time he stayed with him while I was out of town for a full week during the holidays. Marty got to play with the other dogs that Kirk was taking care of in his large fully fenced-in backyard, so I knew he was having fun and not being overly anxious about me being gone. Kirk sent updates with videos every day. I'll definitely be sending Marty to Kirk's again, and I would recommend his services!”

“Tilly had an amazing time with Polly and her dogs! She is normally timid so I wasn’t sure how she would feel about living with 4 other dogs, but she had a blast. She was able to run with them for hours every day with Polly in the fenced in yard, and cuddled with them for naps in between. They are a really friendly group of pups! She normally has separation anxiety but being with Polly’s pack made her very secure and she had no issues. Polly is also a wonderful communicator and reader of dogs. She sent lots of pictures and took every step make sure tilly was as comfortable as possible. We are SOO happy to have found Polly and feel so much relief knowing we can travel now and not worry about Tilly’s wellbeing. Thank you, Polly!”

About: Hello! I'm Ashley. I am 35 years old. I am from Stuart, FL. I am working in Bar Harbor for the summer and have recently decided to stay through winter until April 2026. I have always been an animal lover and if I could afford a farm and have every type of animal in it... I would. I have owned, dogs, fish, and birds. I have had dogs most of my life. I had a Jack Russell who lived to be 11 years old named Romeo...He was a ball of energy, he had eye problems and needed drops daily. I also had a Rat Terrier named Oliver, we bought him at a year old. He lived to be 14 years old. Most recently my sister currently has a mini golden doodle, who is 4 years old. I loved taking my dogs on the trails in the parks. If I didn’t travel so much, I would love a dog of my own. I work seasonal contract jobs outside the National parks, mainly in the summer season. I go walking everyday & I would love to bring your pup with me. I am renting an apartment but I also work downstairs from it so I can check on them and take them out throughout the day

“Where do I start! Melissa and Family are truly the BEST Rover experience we have had! EVER! The care Bella received was priceless! The house and grounds are a dog’s paradise!!! And the humans made sure Bella had daily walks in the woods, swim in the pond, chasing squirrels and chipmunks …so much so, Bella ate and slept well. This is a FIRST FOLKS! I was thinking Bella wouldn’t want to come back home she was having such an amazing time. I know Bella will miss her new human friends and Dhooney that is Bella’s newest best fur friend! To sum up… this stay was PAWSOME!”
