About: I am a seasonal Maintenance Worker for Acadia National Park and year-round resident of Mount Desert, with a wide range of experience in dog and cat breeds, ages, temperaments, and medical needs. I am available evenings (after 4:30pm) for visits and walks, as well as all day Saturdays, Sundays, and Mondays. My dog-sitting availability is mostly limited to weekends, but I can watch cats or other pets that can be alone for 10 consecutive hours any day of the week. I cannot offer pet boarding in my own home at this time, but hope to be able to in the future. . . . .

About: Hello, my name is Libby! I have had pets my whole life and currently have 2 dogs and a cat. I also grew up on a farm where we had all kinds of different animals. I truly have a passion for working with animals, which is why I’m pursuing a degree in wildlife biology. For work, I recently got done working at an animal sanctuary where we cared for 500+ animals. I am looking for something more flexible for when I’m in school. Because I’ve worked at many different places I have lots of special training including senior care, administering medication, animals with special needs, pet CPR, pet training, and much more! I do online schooling so my schedule is pretty flexible. About: I’ve had almost every kind of pet since I was little and have worked on farms and taken care of pets my whole life. I’m familiar with senior pets, puppies, and animals with special care needs. I’ve taken care of possums,raccoons, goats, cows, you name it! I work from home with a loose schedule so your pet will be my first priority! I have many days off throughout the week as well. I have a cozy first floor apartment right in town with plenty of comfy carpet to snooze on and space for crates if needed. I’m always outside and right near a large dog friendly park and a 5 minute walk to acadia national park!

About: I've been helping raise animals since I was 12, starting with my families Rotweiller, Hershel. Since then I helped run our family owned and operated Irish Wolfhound breeding program, Dubh Cú Burrow. I have moved away from my family recently, and have been missing that aspect of rural living, the care, raising, and training of wonderful and amazing animals. If you have any specific training needs for your pet, I would love to assist with that while I am tending to your four-legged family! I am currently in my off-season from my primary job as an accountant, and will have more than ample time to care for your pet. Outside time is very important to me, and presumably your fur baby too! When I am caring for your pets, I guarantee two walks a day minimum, one in the morning and one in the evening, and I will only put them in their crate when absolutely neccesary, unless you want them crate trained. If your pet has different needs in regard to exercise, please let me know and I will adjust accordingly. I have two adorable kitten siblings of my own who are incredibly friendly to all animals they have interacted with. If your dog is not cat friendly, I have a separate room for them to stay while I am watching over your animal companion.

About: I’ve taken care of dogs cats rabbits and horses ever since I was 10. I’ve cared for new born kittens as well as senior cats at the Humane Society for almost 10 years. And cared for my neighbors’ dogs. From volunteering I’ve learn much about behaviors for both dogs and cats and have discovered I have a talent for working with them. I decided at retiring that I would like to begin in home pet sitting earning a living. I also manage an Airbnb with pets and have had great experiences with both dogs and and cats. I’m available all times but desire at least a week in advance notice. Daily weekly and hourly with breaks when needed for managing my Airbnb. Usually to clean after check out. Also per your needs I will need to have a brief break in the day to drive home to make sure my cats are fed and happy with some play time if I am asked to do overnights. I have 4 cats now. They get fed on special foods on a schedule. When they are eating I clean their cat boxes and when they are finished, I clean their bowls. Before they begin their daily naps , I play with each of them. They range in age from 19 to 1 yr. I also check their water bowls throughout the day or night depending. I can give them treats anytime. I also have learned various medical skills and hope to go back to school for a third degree as a vet tech and if life allows veterinary practice.

About: Ive had a farm for 6 plus years, raised a lot of animals. I went to school for vet tech then started working for a kennel. Where I loved it. My currently animals I take care of on my farm is one handsome horse, chickens, ducks, rabbits, dogs and cats. I studied grooming, I worked a at a very professional kennel that boarded, trained dogs and groomed. Im certified in Pet Safe Handling , CPR/first AID. Basic and Advanced.Im fully insured as well. If you dont like doing payments over the website cash or check is fine. Also Knowledgeable with E-Collars or Prongs if that’s what you use for your dogs. I DO LIVE IN PERRY. But I do travel all the way down to the Southern Part of the state to help all pet owners. 🐾These rates vary! It Varys on distances, nights, chores, how many animals, visits per a day, etc🐾 I’m currently working on my farm and working my other business but I have lots of time to fit grooms, visits, overnights and dog walks in. I don’t do in home till my kennels built. I follow the directions they leave and follow up if anything changes. Med sheets, scheduling, grooming appointments, etc.

About: Hello! I am a first year student at Eastern Maine Community College (EMCC). All my classes are online and wouldn't conflict with my working schedule. I plan to transfer to the University of Maine after I get my associates.
