“Phenomenal experience with Charlotte!!! My puppos had the best day with her visits. Having the updates and photos made me so happy. She was attentive and truly went above and beyond with the care of my dogs. Thrilled to have connected with her and cannot wait to use her again!! 🥰 Thank you again for going above and beyond!”

“Kirk was an awesome pet-sitter. He was on-time and attentive to our two cats, and was diligent in providing updates and photos for each visit. We'd definitely book with him again.”

“Sofia took excellent care of our two cats. She is great with communication, thorough, flexible, attentive and kind. I appreciated her Rover cards with notes and pictures of the cats playing. I felt assured they were in good company when we were away. The cats seemed happy and well cared for when we returned. I highly recommend Sofia for taking care of your pet!”

About: I’ve taken care of dogs growing up in my household and was the main caretaker until my dog was 16 years old. I currently have a 3 year old golden, so I have experience with both puppies and senior dogs. I’ve been a consistent sitter for friends and family over the past few years and have been an active dog walker on other apps for the last 5. Whether your dog has puppy energy and needs a big hike or walk, or your dog needs a slow, gentle care, I’m ready to give your dog the attention they need. I’m current working part time on weekends. But during the week, am very flexible. i would be the perfect person to take your dog out in the middle of the day, while you’re at work! I make sure I understand your dogs needs. What is there daily routine? Do they have allergies, health concerns, or medicine needed? Are there behavioral tendencies I should be aware of (aggression, anxiety, socialization)? These will help me understand how to best care for your dog.
“Julia took very well care of our cats! This was our first time using the Rover app, and it can be difficult welcoming a stranger into your home. Julia was very welcoming and kind that it made us comfortable. We were gone for 2 1/2 weeks and she was responsive and detailed in her visits. We will definitely use Julia in the future for any cat sitting needs!”

About: I have had a dog for 14 years and a cat for 9 years, so I truly understand how important it is to find someone you can trust with your pets. I take pride in giving each animal the same level of love and attention I give my own—whether that means long walks, playtime, or just quiet companionship. I’m reliable, patient, and always focused on making sure your pets feel safe, happy, and cared for while you’re away. I work full-time during the day but have plenty of time in the evenings and on weekends to dedicate to pets. My schedule allows me to give them lots of attention after work for walks, playtime, and cuddles, as well as focused care throughout the weekend. I make sure each pet’s needs fit naturally into my routine so they always get consistent love, care, and companionship. I care for dogs and cats as if they were my own, making sure they feel safe, comfortable, and loved. I follow their regular routines for feeding, walks, playtime, and litter care, and I always take time to understand each pet’s unique personality. Since I have cats at home, I can only host dogs who are calm and friendly with feline friends. My goal is to keep everyone happy, relaxed, and well cared for while you’re away.
About: Hi there! My name is Rory and I am an animal lover. I grew up with animals of all kinds, but have experience with horses, dogs, and cats. I am very patient, loving, and responsible, and love giving animals the attention/love that they need! I am familiar with care of animals of all ages and physicality, with years of volunteering under my belt. I am also very active and work out quite a bit, so (for dogs) a walking companion is great, but a jogging one is even better! I have a relatively flexible schedule, and am lucky to work quite close to where I live. I have experience fostering animals in the past and my living space is well equipped for any furry companion! I am currently working part time and live with my husband, and my own furry companions (2 cats and one dog!). They are all friendly, well adjusted and enjoy visitors. I am able to take my pup on a walk every day (about 1-3 miles depending on the day) rain or shine. Animal care is part of my normal routine and I look forward to being a caregiver to all furry friends in my home or yours (currently not accepting care from my own home, but happy to do drop in visits or house sitting for clients) I live on a very quiet area off of the main road. I am happy to keep your dog on a leash at all times when not indoors, and can crate them if needed. My shifts away from home are never longer than 4 hours. Our home is doggy proof (no chewable cords, small toys, or plastic bits accessible) and we keep all food off of our counters. I am also capable of making any and all adjustments that your pup may need, including all of the above in your own home environment. I am happy to do overnight stays or drop ins depending on your needs and my schedule.
“Jill is wonderful - very kind and compassionate, in addition to being incredibly organized and responsive! She takes amazing care of my 4 (very different personalities!) cats. I feel so comfortable leaving them in her care and it is an amazing peace of mind to know they are in safe and loving hands when I'm away. Jill is the best!”

“Lindsey was wonderful! She kept our kitty safe and fed and happy. I really appreciated the daily updates and photos, our son looked forward to seeing pictures of Sammy every day. Thank you so much Lindsey ❤️”

“Chuck was awesome with my cat. I would leave my cat again with him in a heartbeat. Chuck was accommodating with drop-off/pick up times and the fact that my cat is scared of dogs, making him the only pet at his place during the stay. He also kept me updated the whole time, and I could see my cat was having a good time with him and already feeling at home! Thank you, Chuck!”
About: I have always had pets growing up as a child and my love for them has grown into my adulthood even more. I started pet services a few years ago to make a little extra cash during the winter time. Mostly dogs (big or small) a few cats and 1 turtle I’m currently working part-time during these last months of winter so I’ll have plenty of time to play with your doggos! Which means they’ll get plenty of extra outdoor time For dog walking, I’ll most likely just take them around their neighborhood unless they are good with cars might take them over to the dog park An overnight I always stay at the client house so animal will have the comfort of home while they are getting used to a new person and theirs is away
“Our senior lady kitty, Nala looked forward to Jessica's daily drop in daily visits. This was our first time hiring someone and it really made a difference. We hate leaving her alone, but Jessica's visits gave us piece of mind and we really enjoyed the daily updates.”

About: Hello! I'm Jess - I'm from Northern California and moved to Maine last year. Growing up we always had dogs (and sometimes cats), so I learned to take care of pets from a young age. I was the go-to person in my neighborhood for pet-sitting and dog-walking. Currently I have one pup - Bodhi, a 2.5 year old black lab. I look forward to meeting you & your fur babies! I'm currently working part-time, so my schedule is pretty flexible at the moment. I'm available for drop-ins, all-day stays and overnights, as well as for long-term pet-sitting in your home. I love making every animal feel cared for - from playing with them, going on long walks outside, providing pets and cuddles, giving them occasional treats, etc. I care for every pet as if they were my own. I also love to send little text and video updates, so you can check in on them while you're away. I've even done FaceTimes with pets and their owners!
“Glendon was so outstanding- super attentive to my elderly cat’s needs over a holiday, great communication, and a true animal lover. Glendon also shared amazing fun video check ins, a real bonus. I can’t recommend highly enough if you’re looking for someone who will treat your pet like family!”

About: I grew up on a farm which meant caring for all types of domestic and farm animals. I’ve cared for and trained horses since I was 9, I have owned reptiles and rodents and even cared for opossums lol! I’m currently on summer break from college and I’m available 7 days a week! I live in the Bangor area and I have reliable transportation. In client home only and my goal is to care for your pets the same as you do when your home… including call play, leash walking, etc…
