Our kitty is very skittish and hides most of the times, but she was able to coax her out once out of four times. She ate well, however, and used the litter box so all is well. I feel confident with a little more time, Zoey will come out more. Will definitely hire her again!”

About: Hi! My names Alyson and I live in Mount Desert. My husband and I are dog parents of a 45 pound pup named Maggie. Maggie is a mixed hound breed who is very active and spunky. We love long walks and hikes together but once we get inside she is velcroed to my side! Although she is healthy and active, she has dry eye - I also have experiences giving dog medications and eye drops. I would love to hangout with your dog and make sure they’re exercised and happy!! Currently, I’m available on weekends and evenings. Please let me know what time you are looking to have your pup walked and we can chat! Please let me know if there’s anything specific your dog requires during their walk or stay! My dog is a part of my family and yours would be treated no different if in my care.

About: I absolutely love dogs and am absolutely open to farm sitting larger animals as well if that is needed. I have many years of overnight dog sitting experience and have stayed in a place up to 2 weeks caring for pets. I have experience with young energetic dogs as well as older dogs that require special diets and medications. I also used to work for a pet-sitting company where I did drop in visits so am happy to do that as well! I currently have a very flexible schedule and can be checking on animals every few hours. I am a farmer and my full time work starts in April so I would be able to stay overnights still and do check ins during my lunch breaks so let’s aren’t left alone longer than 4-5 hours. I care for pets in whichever way a client likes having their pets taken care of! I cannot host pets in my apartment since I live in a very small space and my partner has a dog living there already.

About: I have 4 years of pet care experience professionally as well as lots of informal experience. I’m comfortable walking and sitting all kinds of dogs- different sizes, personality, and needs! I love animals and I love getting to know new dogs. I have experience with giving oral meds, working with reactive dogs, and not afraid to clean messes! I currently work Thursday-Saturday, but am available the other days of the week. I can work morning and evenings and I am flexible with scheduling I always ensure I have a secure grip on leashes so that they won’t slip out of my hand if a dog lunges or starts to run. I stay aware of my surroundings and monitor what’s on the ground and whether there are other dogs around. I am also happy to communicate with owners as much as they would like and give updates on their animals!

About: I’ve taken care of all kinds of dogs since I was young. As well as many farm animals. I just separated from the military and kind of wanting to do something that makes me happy for a while. Which is getting to love on all the fur babies. I can give medicine as I have been treating my pup now for a few years. I can also take them for walks if wanted. Pretty free schedule can accommodate last minute bookings. As far as the weekly routine if I’m booked I will be with your pups as long as you’d want me there to entertain them. Would love to discuss house rules before hand, such as are they allowed on the furniture, what are feeding times, do they get crated at night? I would also like to do a meet and greet before as well, that way they have met me and im not just a new person to them while their people are gone.
