About: I’ve taken care of various animals since I was 13, including dogs, cats, and a hedgehog. I’m experienced in walking, grooming, and caretaking of smaller to medium sized animals. I’m also very comfortable with senior care through first hand experience with my own elderly pets, including three dogs, two cats. Two of them being dachshunds. I’m currently working-part time. I have a block schedule with classes on Monday/Tuesday/Friday, leaving me with ample hour long breaks between, with mostly evening classes, so I should have plenty of time with your pets! I love walking dogs, keeping things clean, and paying attention to your pets needs. When I house sit, I keep their feeding schedules on track, give any medication, and spend time with them in the way that makes them most comfortable. About: My husband and I have always had dogs and cats. We recently said good bye to our 2 16 year old mini-doxies. We miss the pitter patter of their paws and are looking to fill that gap. Although we are not ready to be full time pet parents right now, we would love to take care of your pups. As we had a paralyzed doxie and one with diabetes, we are adept at administering medication and expressing male bladders. I work out of the home 2-3 days a week and volunteer drive for a local organization. Your pup would not be left for more than 4 hours without me or my husband checking in. At Our Home: We have a small fenced in yard. No pet is left unattended when outside. Walks and hikes with your pup are always an option, either in the neighborhood or if they like to ride in the car, there are many trails nearby. At Your Home: I will follow whatever instruction you give me. My preference is to watch your pup in your home as they will be most comfortable there, but they are welcome in my home as well.
