About: For as long as I can remember, there has always been animals in my house, but the last 13 years are where my real growth has happened for me as a pet parent and carer. In my own home, there’s always been a variety from dogs to hedgehogs to cats to lizards. I have often found myself as a haven for wayward creatures in need of respite. I have experience caring for, raising, and training puppies as well as caring for senior dogs. I work full time as a teacher but I am often around on the weekends and evenings and am happy and able to make pets a part of my routine! Any space I am in is always treated with the upmost respect— I don’t touch what isn’t mine, I don’t touch what I don’t need to. Integrity and honesty are paramount. If there is an issue with anything, I of course will be upfront about it, as that is what I would expect and want from anyone in my home. Trusting me to come into your home is a big deal, and I would never want to jeopardize your peace of mind.
About: I grew up with dogs so I have lots of experience caring for them! Over the past couple of years I have started to dog sit for friends and neighbors as well. I am available for drop in visits and walks. If you need playtime or feeding I am here for you! Over summer I am working part time so I will have plenty of time to help out with your pet care needs! I am available for drop in visits and walks. I am available for your pet care needs for dogs and cats! Whether you need drop in visits walks, playtime, feeding, and more I am here for it!
About: I care very much for the well being of animals and want to make sure that the pets waiting for their owners feel safe with me. After work is usually when I will be able to, my work schedule is pretty random so I would work with the pet owners depending on how long they need me for. My backyard is nice and big enough to run around, but not secure enough for me to leave the pet alone back there. My front yard is nice too but needs the front gate fixed.
About: I’m a student and lifelong animal lover with years of pet store experience. My home is a mini-zoo with a German Shepherd, two cats, and pet rats! I’ve also kept everything from snakes to saltwater aquariums, so I’m comfortable with any species. Im am currently focusing on taking care of your fur babies. I'm flexible. As long as your baby is animal friendly I can possibly board at my home. I don't usually do boarding at my home but possibly. I will do as instructed at your residence. Just need to let me know what they are used too.
About: Hi🙂 Thanks for stopping by my page. Fun fact: If I could I would adopt and save as many dogs as I could fit in my home but unfortunately my husband said 2 is good for now😂 I have always felt passionate about animals especially pups. I love the idea of being able to turn my passion for caring for pups into a full time gig for myself, it’s truly a dream. I have over 10 years of experience with various of breeds and know how to care for them. I rescued Milo(dachshund beagle) my first baby back in 2014 and his sweet Sister, Layla (Rottweiler) back in 2016. They truly are the perfect pair and love having fur guests over. They are very social and playful with other pups. My main objective is to ensure your babies feel at home while away from their love ones and ensure to keep my clients at ease when booking with me. I know the importance of a clean and safe environment for our guest. I also have experience with the older pups and or the ones that require a strict schedule with medications and other medical needs. I’m proud to have multiple repeat clients and I appreciate the loyalty and trust that comes with boarding with a sitter. I have been boarding for over 6 years in the city and I’m excited to build my new clientele in the country here, back in my hometown 🤍 Feel free to reach out and request a meet and greet. I work from home and love being able to be home with my little ones and pups. It's so refreshing to meet clients and hang out with cute new pups on the daily basis. I'm a home body and love to be able to hangout in our large nice backyard. I have a nice fenced back yard that is perfect for pups to burn some energy and play. Both my dogs are very social and trained and love being able to keep the fur crew entertained and happy. We truly love hosting and ensuring our guest feel comfortable and safe.

My goal is to achieve the same routine you would have while you’re home to give your loved ones the stable routine they’re used too! In home: I have property where I can take the dogs out on long walks and can play with them with a great deal of space. They will always have access to water and will feed them according to their set schedules. I have space for crates if your pets do better crated while inside and if I’m away. They will be smothered with cuddles and treats if I’m able to. Clients Home: I will make sure to adhere to the routine you have already established at home, whether that’s long walks or playing in the backyard. Stick to the feeding schedule and ensure they are stress free while you’re away.
“Monica was caring and very responsible while taking care of Max. He’s a little older and requires a little TLC and she was so loving toward him. I will use her again and highly recommend her for any pet”

About: I've connected deeply with animals my whole life, and began caring for them around age 11. I grew up with dogs and cats, and have a great love for all creatures. Cats are my specialty, though my skills are also effective with dogs and all kinds of other animals. I am a Cat Whisperer with extensive knowledge and experience. My cats remain at optimal health due to my physical and energetic care of them. I provide Reiki services (energy healing) that is very effective with animals. For now, I'm offering my Reiki treatments for free as I am new to Rover (with purchase of Day Visits, House Sitting, or Dog Walking). I also have experience with animal hospice care, during which the Reiki treatments are especially supportive. Here's a review of my care for a 21+ year old cat who was nearing the end of her life: "You have a gift, and Princess and I are blessed to be on the receiving end of your gift. Yes, you’re a kitty-sitter, and yes you helped with her urinating outside of the box, but what you’re offering is much much much deeper than that. I think you have a calling for this, well, I don’t “think” - I know you have a calling for this, and I am just so grateful that we found you and so grateful to be on the receiving end of your gift.” -Arthur, February 2026 So I've been doing animal care for a long time with shining 5 star reviews, I'm just new to Rover! ✨😊✨ I'm self-employed with a very flexible schedule. I can work with you to sculpt the ideal care that your pet(s) needs. We can talk about possibilities✨ My pets and my client's pets are a top priority and I take it very seriously. My own cats benefit from the highest quality food, attention, and environment. I provide gentle focused care with therapeutic touch & massage. I am highly attuned to their needs & emotions. While I am a Cat Whisperer, my care for all animals goes above and beyond. I treat others as I want to be treated: keeping honesty, safety, and high quality care with positive loving energy at the forefront.
About: Kim's Sit & Stay Inn No, that's not really the name...but it may as well be! FEES ARE NEGOTIABLE! PLEASE ASK IF YOU NEED!! I am happy to work with you because I would want the same for my dogs. Hey there! I'm a MASSIVE animal lover that graduated from the Zoo program at Santa Fe College, and I am currently working full time on Rover. I'm here for your last minute needs! Big pups, small pups, I love them all. My husband and daughter are very involved as well so your fur baby basically gains an extended family when they stay with us. <3 <3 <3 I have a big back yard, comfy couch, and a 17 year old teen who also loves animals- so your pup will never be lonely. I am available 24/7 via text message, and other apps. (Limited cell service though so calling is limited. ) I have 4 indoor cats as well, but they have their own space (bedroom) and prefer to hide out there if there are any 4 legged visitors. I live on 1 acre in Alachua, Florida and about half of that is fenced, so we have a fully fenced back yard with plenty of room for running and playing. I'm also close to the I-75 interstate. I take my job very seriously and understand how stressful it can be to have to leave your pets with a stranger. I always recommend a meet and greet first before booking with me, but sometimes things are last minute and that's okay too. Hope to hear from you soon, have a nice day! 👍🏻 I am home all day, as this is my primary income. My husband works during the day. I can give your pups the attention they need, or space if necessary. I have a large yard and can take them out as often as needed. I allow pets on my furniture, and all my other doors in the house stay shut at all times. All pets are fed separately from each other so there is no food aggression.

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your dog, and a walker. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your walker or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your walker questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and walkers on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
Sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their calendar availability.
Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement walker.
