About: I've cared for cats and dogs for years. I came from an animal-loving family, we got our first dog when I was 7, and now at home I have two cats and one dog of my own, so I understand how much routine and a calm, familiar presence matter to pets while their owner is away. I also consistently take care of my brother and sister-in-law's eight cats whenever they're on vacation, so multi-cat households and individual routines are second nature to me. Beyond my own household, I also volunteer with cat rescues. I'm dependable, detail-oriented, and treat every pet's home and routine with the same care I give my own. I'm currently working from home, and my work is mostly project based, so I'll have plenty of time to pop in and check on your pets. I offer drop-in visits on weekends and weekdays. I'm happy to work around your pet's usual routine — feeding times, play times, or medication schedules. I can also do multiple visits a day if your pet needs more frequent check-ins. For drop-in visits, I'll come to your home to care for your pet in their own familiar environment. I have experience with dogs and cats, including regular care of my own pets and cat-sitting for family. I'm attentive to safety details like secure doors and gates, and I always follow any specific instructions you leave for feeding, medication, or house rules.

About: My family had dogs for the majority of my life, and I was often the one tasked of taking care of them. I bathed, fed, took them to the vet, and walked them. They were all elderly dogs, so they have sadly passed away. Their names were Peanut, Waddlesworth, and Snickers. I’m currently a proud cat owner (or her servant, if you ask her) of Luna. I found her under my car when she was a kitten 3 years ago and she’s been with me since. Currently working a summer temp job at the University of Florida, but that will end at the start of September. My schedule is flexible outside of classes, which are for just over an hour a day Monday thru Thursday. I can cater my caretaking skills to your needs. Whether your dog needs walks every hour or twice a day, I can do it all.

About: I have been a veterinary technician/nurse for the past 13 years. My whole life is dedicated to animals and providing them compassionate care. I have worked in a general practice for the last 13 years working with companion animals (cats and dogs) but I have grown up with birds, ferrets, fish, turtles and hamsters. I also have a degree in agriculture and have cared for livestock. I truly love all animals and will always take care of each individual pet as if they were my own. I have a team of veterinary professionals that I can reach out to if there was ever an animal emergency or guidance needed. In home: I have property where I can take the dogs out on long walks and can play with them with a great deal of space. They will always have access to water and will feed them according to their set schedules. I have space for crates if your pets do better crated while inside and if I’m away. They will be smothered with cuddles and treats if I’m able to. Clients Home: I will make sure to adhere to the routine you have already established at home, whether that’s long walks or playing in the backyard. Stick to the feeding schedule and ensure they are stress free while you’re away.

About: I currently own an Australian Shepherd, so i understand the importance of activities and mental stimulation a dog needs to be happy, calm, and healthy. Im currently almost always available, which means ill be able to help out as much as possible when it comes to pet care and house sitting. I am used to crate training which is needed for my dog when we run errands, as well as making a safe and fun environment for animals so they don't get bored and start being naughty and mischievous.

About: I’ve been around animals my whole life and have always loved caring for them! I’ve had dogs of my own and have also cared for friends’ and family members’ dogs, cats, rabbits, and even snakes. I truly enjoy getting to know each animal’s unique personality and naturally match their energy, whether they’re playful and active or just want some extra cuddles and attention. Only sitters who have never booked with you before can schedule a Meet & Greet on Rover; however, you are welcome to coordinate one in Rover messages with sitters you have previously booked. This can be helpful if you have a new pet or routine you want to go over with your sitter.
Meet & Greets can take place in person or virtually. If you are booking with a sitter for the first time, we recommend in-person Meet & Greets to get a clearer sense of how your sitter interacts with your pet or the new environment.
During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy , which you can find on their profile under their contact information. Sitters may set a same-day, one-, three-, or seven-day cancellation policy. Cancelling within your sitter’s cancellation policy qualifies you for a full refund.
Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement sitter.
