I came from an animal-loving family, we got our first dog when I was 7, and now at home I have two cats and one dog of my own, so I understand how much routine and a calm, familiar presence matter to pets while their owner is away. About: Someone in my family always had a cat, and I always wanted to be friends because I could never have one. I learned the hard way very young that cat trust is hard earned. Once I was old enough, cats in need of homes fell into my lap and they have taught me more patience than I ever expected, especially when handling introducing new cats to established homes. I’ve cared for dogs for over 10 years, to include caring for senior dogs through end of life care. During the day I’m a special education tutor, so have tons of patience and empathy! Part time tutor, part time studying for law school, so your pup will get plenty of belly scratches and one on one attention. (Limited cell service though so calling is limited. ) I have 4 indoor cats as well, but they have their own space (bedroom) and prefer to hide out there if there are any 4 legged visitors. I live on 1 acre in Alachua, Florida and about half of that is fenced, so we have a fully fenced back yard with plenty of room for running and playing. I'm also close to the I-75 interstate. I take my job very seriously and understand how stressful it can be to have to leave your pets with a stranger. I always recommend a meet and greet first before booking with me, but sometimes things are last minute and that's okay too. About: ◾️ When people ask if I'm a dog or a cat person, I say, "I'm an animal person!" I have a lifelong passion to care for nature and animals, whether cats, dogs, or other critter friends! I grew up with several pets who were part of the family, including a dog and four cats. Currently, I have a crested gecko named Savoovfy 🦎 and a mixed Jack Russell dog named Taro 🐶 , whom I adore. I have fun taking dogs for short walks or for longer adventures 🌎, at a slow pace or jogging. I also always enjoy playing with dogs or cats 🎉, or just hanging out with them and checking on them if they're in a more chill mood. I walk dogs rain or shine and will dry their fur afterwards (as long as you and your pup are comfortable with the rain!) I always love getting to see multiple animals at once, and other cute critters like birds, rodents, reptiles, and fish are always welcome too! I am experienced in administering a variety of medications as well, and I am certified in delivering pet CPR and first aid. ◾️ Boarding pets in someone else's home can be a great option as well in some cases. I am unable to offer boarding at this time since I live in a small apartment, but my dream is to board all the animals once I have a house with a backyard! 🏡
About: I currently own an Australian Shepherd, so i understand the importance of activities and mental stimulation a dog needs to be happy, calm, and healthy. Im currently almost always available, which means ill be able to help out as much as possible when it comes to pet care and house sitting. I am used to crate training which is needed for my dog when we run errands, as well as making a safe and fun environment for animals so they don't get bored and start being naughty and mischievous.

About: I have been a veterinary technician/nurse for the past 13 years. My whole life is dedicated to animals and providing them compassionate care. I have worked in a general practice for the last 13 years working with companion animals (cats and dogs) but I have grown up with birds, ferrets, fish, turtles and hamsters. I also have a degree in agriculture and have cared for livestock. I truly love all animals and will always take care of each individual pet as if they were my own. In home: I have property where I can take the dogs out on long walks and can play with them with a great deal of space. They will always have access to water and will feed them according to their set schedules. I have space for crates if your pets do better crated while inside and if I’m away. They will be smothered with cuddles and treats if I’m able to. Clients Home: I will make sure to adhere to the routine you have already established at home, whether that’s long walks or playing in the backyard. About: I have been around dogs my whole life. I have three dogs of my own and I have taken care of my neighbors and family members animals. I am currently going to school and playing softball but I have time in the mornings to walk and play with your pets and I am free from Saturday about noon to the rest of the weekend. About: I care very much for the well being of animals and want to make sure that the pets waiting for their owners feel safe with me. After work is usually when I will be able to, my work schedule is pretty random so I would work with the pet owners depending on how long they need me for. My backyard is nice and big enough to run around, but not secure enough for me to leave the pet alone back there. My front yard is nice too but needs the front gate fixed.
