About: I have been pet-sitting for my neighbors, family, and friends since I was 12. I have worked with all types of animals including cats, birds, and lizards. I have worked with senior dogs who needed special medication and treatment. I am currently a student at App State, however, most of my classes are online freeing up most of my day. I am available most weekends. I have a car to commute with as well. When providing care and attention to animals in the absence of their owners managed services, food, medical needs, and supplies. Provide House sitting duties which included collecting mail, newspaper, and packages, watering plants, put garbage/recycling bins out on designated days if needed by the owner. I provide a safe and nurturing environment for the animal. I take into account any special request the owner has for their pet.
“Pheobe was super easy to work with and did a great job with our three cats. She handled kitty digestive issues and wild kitten energy with grace and even kept the house tidy in the midst of cat chaos! Would recommend ☺️”

About: I grew up on a small farm in North Carolina with a veterinarian mom, so I’ve always been surrounded by animals of every age along with special needs animals. I started working as a tech assistant when I was 14 on my summer breaks and pet sat throughout the school year. I can administer medications, handle special needs animals, and animals of any age. I have a very flexible schedule, and am available all day Monday, Friday and weekends as well as late morning and afternoons on Tuesday and Wednesday. I currently do not have a fenced in backyard and have made the adjustment to getting my 3 year old pitty enough exercise with strictly leash walking! I take her on walks through the neighborhood every day, and take her on hikes as often as I can.
“Wow Marissa was such a great Pet Sitter for my 3 dogs. She is very calm and easy going. She walked all 3 of our dogs when weather permitted and was fine with our 2 Vizslas wanting to cuddle with her. My older dog has separation anxiety and did really well. Marissa is amazing. She will definitely be my No. 1 choice for a Pet Sitter in the future.”

About: I have always loved pets from a young age. Throughout my life I have had the privilege to own 3 dogs and a cat. I absolutely loved all of them! Growing up I was always expected to take care of the pets when my parents were at work or out of town. I pretty much have unlimited experience as I take care of my dogs every day. I also have experience with new dogs as I was a pet sitter for a year in high-school. I am a student athlete at Appalachian State, I run cross country and track. I may not be as flexible as others, but I make up for that with the care that I will provide when I am free! Saturday, Sunday, and Monday are my most free days. Perfect for when you need a weekend getaway, or a long day of work on Monday! I am unable to provide at home services at my place as unfortunately I live in an apartment. I will gladly take care of your pet in your home or at park, wherever you prefer! I just love animals and I can spend hours playing or just hours laying down!
“Jillian took great care of my two pugs. She stayed with them overnight for a week, since pictures and gave great feedback that they were doing well. I would absolutely recommend Jillian and I will definitely be utilizing her services again.”

“Christine did a great job with my cats. She sent me pictures and messages while I was gone, and they seemed to be well taken care of when I got home. I definitely recommend Christine!”

About: Dogs feel at ease with me because I bring a calm, easygoing energy that helps them settle in and feel right at home. Whether your pup’s full of energy or prefers a slower pace, I meet them where they’re at. I’ve spent a lot of time with bigger breeds and feel totally comfortable handling their strength and quirks. My goal is always to make sure your dog feels safe, happy, and cared for while you’re away. I’m currently in school part-time in the mornings-afternoon for only about 3 hours a day or less. I don’t have any other commitments so I have a lot of free time! I live in a pet friendly environment and there are no other animals in the house. My house is usually a quiet environment and there wouldn’t be very many restrictions for your pet. I am open to doing anything in the home I need to to make your pet feel comfortable.
About: Reliable pet sitter for over 10 years and experienced in puppy training, senior care, medications, and routine-based care, providing attentive, personalized support for every pet. I want to make sure your pet receives loving care when you’re not there. I am a student but I have a flexible schedule and can provide reliable walks and pet sitting during weekdays and weekends. I can make most any time or day work! I care for pets in familiar, stress-free environments, maintaining routines, cleanliness, and safety while providing gentle, attentive care. I prioritize safety by following instructions carefully, keeping environments clean and calm, and treating every home and pet with respect.
About: What sets me apart from other sitters is the level of personal care and attention I give to every pet as if they were my own. I am the sole caregiver for my dog, Honey, so I’m very familiar with daily routines, exercise needs, feeding schedules, and recognizing changes in behavior or health. Over the years I’ve also helped many friends by dog and cat sitting, doing drop-in visits for feeding and playtime, and taking dogs on walks, so I’m comfortable caring for pets with different personalities and energy levels. I’m dependable, detail-oriented, and great at following specific care instructions to keep pets on their normal routine and comfortable while their owners are away. I have experience with both active dogs who need longer walks and enrichment, as well as more laid-back pets who just want companionship and consistency. I’m also very patient and gentle, which is especially important for shy animals, younger pets still learning routines, or older pets who may need a slower pace and extra attention. Because I truly love animals, I focus on creating a safe, calm, and fun environment for them, and I make sure owners get regular updates and photos so they have peace of mind! :) Pet care fits easily into my weekly routine. I’m a full-time student at App State and I work as a CNA here in Boone, but I always make time for my furry friends. Taking my dog on regular walks throughout the week is already part of my schedule, and I enjoy building in extra time for feeding, play, and check-ins. Caring for animals is something I genuinely enjoy, so it naturally fits into my day. I focus on keeping pets comfortable and safe, and on sticking to their normal routine. I make sure they’re fed on schedule, have fresh water, and get plenty of attention and playtime. I clean litter boxes or handle bathroom breaks as needed, and I always keep an eye on their behavior so I can catch any signs of stress or discomfort. Whether I’m visiting a client’s home or hosting, I try to make the environment calm and predictable so each pet feels secure and cared for.
About: I’ve been surrounded by fur babies since I was a baby! At 10 years old, after endless begging, my parents finally said, ‘If you can take care of one, you can get one!’ That’s when I met my lifelong best friend. Through the years, I’ve learned how to care for her in every situation—whether she’s feeling under the weather or bursting with joy. This experience has made me a devoted and skilled pet caregiver, ready to provide the best care for your furry family members. I am a full time student-athlete at Dickinson College, but I have plenty of time on weekends, between classes and after practice to take care of your furry friends! As a college student living in campus housing I do not have the space to offer pet care in my "home", but I am happy to care for your pets in your home! I vow to be respectful of your space and meet your pets needs!

“Katy was an AMAZING dog sitter! Our pup is a little anxious and she was so sweet making sure he was comfortable and happy. She sent us updates and pictures and was very quick to respond whenever I messaged her to check in. She stayed at our place and was a wonderful guest. We came home to a super clean house and everything exactly as we left it. Wally was definitely super happy when he was with her and I would 1000% use Katy again to dog/house sit!”
